We can have many registered salary structures, with treatment per area or group of jobs, etc.
Structure Code
Encode each structure to be used by the company.
Identify each structure.
Executive, administrative, production, commercial.

- In case the structure is not reported, the salary structure can be used for all companies.
- This field will be available when, in: Others > Indications, the Uses Structure field = Y-Yes and for the Benefits, Jobs and Salaries,Headcount, Time and Cafeteria Control, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Management, Security and Medicine, Trainings modules.
Information
This data allows that, according to the jobs to which the table is applied, it can have the indication of the system in the table.
Defines the way of salary values within the table.
- Regular
- Monthly, all salaries are at month level
- Diary, all salaries in day value
- Hourly, the salaries of the table correspond to the hour value
- Index, corresponds to a multiplier number
- For Skill - Regular (Only possible for structure of type Matrix)
In the types 2 to 4 will adequate to the type of salaries of workers, when updating the salary records. The salary of the table corresponds to 220 hours and if the worker schedule has less hours, will calculate it proportionally.
Report which salary must be assumed when including the salary records.
- Assumes the previous salary
- Assumes the salary from the salary structure
- Zeroes out the salary field
- Salary Structure Change and Inclusion
- When reporting A in the structure, when including the salary record and change the class/level, the previous salary will remain.
- If reporting E in the structure, when including a salary record and reporting the class/level, will assume the salary registered in reported the class/level, however, will bring the salary from the structure, class and level only in case of record inclusion. When it is a change it will remain with the previously reported salary.
- If reporting Z in the structure, when including a salary record and changing the class/level, will zero out the salary enabling the user to register the desirable salary.
- If reporting T in the structure, when including or changing a salary record will assume the salary registered in the reported class/level, however, will always update the salary, bringing information from the structure, class and level, when changing or including the record.
The indication selected will influence in the following routines:
- Branch Record
- Wage Launch
- Salary proposal
- History Salary on admission and changes in salary history
- Entry of Salary Proposals
When there is indication Y in this field, it means that the user wants that the module consists, so that when there is inclusion or change of salary record the system checks if the structure/class and level indicated are within the initial and final ranges defined in the worker’s job information.
Consists Salary: When the field is indicated with value Y, the system will consist the value of the salary manually reported, by respecting the salary interval of the Structure/Class/Level.
If the salaries from the structure are registered as follows:
- Class A Level 1: R$ 1,000
- Class A Level 2: R$ 1,100
- Class B Level 1: R$ 1,200
- Class B Level 2: R$ 1,300
- Class C Level 1: R$ 1,400
- Class C Level 2: R$ 1,500
- Class D Level 1: R$ 1,600
- Class D Level 2: R$ 1,700
The system will interpret the classes/levels intervals as follows:
- Class A Level 1: interval from R$ 1,000 to R$ 1,099.99
- Class A Level 2: interval from R$ 1,100 to R$ 1,199.99
- Class B Level 1: interval from R$ 1,200 to R$ 1,299.99
- Class B Level 2: interval from R$ 1,300 to R$ 1,399.99
- Class C Level 1: interval from R$ 1,400 to R$ 1,499.99
- Class C Level 2: interval from R$ 1,500 to R$ 1,599.99
- Class D Level 1: interval from R$ 1,600 to R$ 1,699.99
- Class D Level 2: interval from R$ 1,700 to...
When set to "H - Hour" month, the system will consist of salaries respecting the salary range of the Structure / Class / Level proportionally to the hours.
If the structure's salaries are registered as follows:
Class A Level 1: R $ 1000.00
Class A Level 2: R $ 1100.00
Class B Level 1: R $ 1200.00
Class B Level 2: R $ 1300.00
Considering a 110-hour scale, when setting Class A and Level 1, the system will proportionalize the initial and final range for consistency, that is, the structure is represented as follows:
Class A Level 1: R $ 500.00
Class A Level 2: R $ 550.00
Class B Level 1: R $ 600.00
Class B Level 2: R $ 650.00
This means that the employee must have a salary of $ 500.00 to $ 499.99.
The sequence of the level that corresponds to the market salary level must be reported, according to what is in the Salaries folder - Levels grid. The sequence is according to the order as the levels are presented in the grid, from top to bottom. That is, report which level of the table corresponds to the market level, to facilitate the salary table of the search, frameworks and other uses within the Jobs and Salaries module, as well as in the issuing of reports to compare the salary that is being paid to workers relating to the market salary.
The field level also defines the salary level of the salary that can be used to calculate the% wage historical performance, according to the definition of the '% of Salary' field (Miscellaneous> Ticketing).

Features about the Routine for Duplication of Classes and Levels
- To duplicate only level
- If it is matrix: inform class and level that you want to duplicate, to know from which class the level to be duplicated will belong
- If it is list: only informs the level, since. the class will always be 1.
- To duplicate the entire class
- If it is matrix: inform only the class, and the system duplicates the class with all levels of it.
- It is not possible because the list structure has only one class.
Position
It will be always suggested the next available position with respect to selection. Normally, it will be duplicated in the next position. If the user wants to inform a position between classes or levels, it may report:
- Leaving the suggested position: the classes / levels will be saved in the available position.
- Reporting an already existing position: the posterior classes/levels will be increased, and the class/level to be duplicated will be duplicated in this already existing position.
One position greater than the suggested position may never be reported, because in this case, sequences would be left blank.
Maintenance
The type is used to identify the structure as below:
- Effective
- Simulated
Indicate day/month/year of the validity start. The final date will be automatically updated by the program, always when creating a new structure. It will be used to identify the period of existence of each table.
Indicate the reason for the salary change. It will be useful in the records.
This data will indicate the value of the index when the type of information is 5-Index This value will be multiplied by the quantity reported in the levels of the salary table in order to obtain the worker salary.
Adjustment Percentage
This field is filled out with the value of the Percentage field reported in the Ranges grid, from the Adjustment of Structures window (Salaries > Structure > Readjust) when performing an adjustment.
A number from 0 to 9 which indicates until which decimal place we want the rounding of these salaries, after readjustment.

te
The module will always check in the worker's Union, at the time of the adjustment, adjustment and other calculations that involve salaries, how many decimal places the Union uses. If the worker does not have an Union, the module will use the general definition which will be informed on the Indications window.
This field is enabled only when the Information field (from the Information folder) is equal to 5-Index, being that, it is used only by specific routines (through the rules, for example).
The options for the type of rounding are 15, dividing it between normal and special rounding.
