Holidays
The period table of holidays of each region are registered in this item, which will be used in the evaluation of the overtime and rest time, as well as in the calculations of taxes arrears.
The table of national table must be kept with all federal bank holidays, being used in the generation of daily ITRD in calculations arrears of FGTS.
In the Time and Cafeteria Control module,the table of holidays will be informed in the branch registration or in the worker schedule registration. The schedule of working times may use the may use the table of holidays of the branch, and may have its own table or not use the table of holidays. Each branch may have two tables of holidays: one for workers from the third shift and another for the other shifts, being the third shift identified in the worker schedule information.
Enter a code for each table of holidays registered. If the company has branches in different cities, each branch must have its own table of holidays, because there are municipal holidays.

Inform the date in the format "dd/mm/yyyy" for each holiday registered.
Description
Describe the reason or holiday name with up to 15 positions.
Distribute Transportation Vouchers
Inform if at each day of specific holiday there will be (Y) or not (N) the distribution of the quantity of transportation vouchers indicated in the Holidays field, of the worker Schedule information (Workers > Transportation Vouchers > Information > Schedules)
Important
In the Time and Cafeteria Control module this column will be available only when integrated to Personnel Management module.
Day for Service
Normally, on holidays, the bus lines use Sunday time, but in some cases the lines who render service to other companies use from other weekday. In this case, indicate the schedule from which weekday must be used in the holiday for the cases of lines that do not stop on this day.
Duplicate Button
To facilitate the registration of holidays is possible to duplicate the holidays dates from one year to another. When clicking this button, the Duplication of Holidays window will open, on which it must be informed the base year and the new year. If there are differentiated days between one year and another, it can be used the Variable Holidays grid to perform such adjustments Through the Selection button it is possible to indicate which tables of holidays must be duplicated. If no table is selected the system will duplicate all tables that have the base Year registered.
