Define the working schedule of workers, setting the shift, Saturday time, rotation, among other. For this, it is necessary to use the table of schedules, that must already be defined.
In addition, the hourly scale is defined according to the schedule it represents, facilitating the correct choice when informing the employee's register.
The scale determines the work routine of each employee, grouping the schedules in which the employee will work. All employees are attached to a scale, whether administrative, relay, caster, production or other.
Through the scales the system will automatically generate the hours to be paid to the employee, not requiring the user to inform each processing of the sheet.
- The advantage of using time schedules is in the treatment of mixed schedules (night part and daytime part) with night premium evaluated proportionally by the system, even about the night premium in the WPRP.
- The changes carried out in the registration of schedules will have effect only after the next logon in the module.
Schedule
Code of each schedule, and can be up to 9999. This code will be informed in the information of each worker, as its working schedule.
Description
Brief description of the schedule that facilitates the handling of schedules, and can have up to 30 positions. Create meaningful names like "1st Shift", "Rotation 1", "General Shift", etc.
Legal aspect

Hours Day
At maximum 10 hours for an eight-hour workday, and increase of two hours that must be paid as overtime or compensated.
WPRP
Weekly period rest paid, for 44 weekly hours is 7,20 or 7,33 centesimal hours.
Periods of rest break will not be remunerated.
Information
The registration of the scales is necessary to cover the different shifts and schedules of the company.
Structure
Inform the structure code. It will determine which is the valid structure for each record of the window and to which company the register can be used.
- If no structure is reported, the scale can be used for all companies.
- This field will be available when, in: Others > Indications, the Uses Structure = Yes field and for the Benefits, Jobs and Salaries,Headcount, Time and Cafeteria Control, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Management, Security and Medicine, Trainings modules.
Type of Schedule
Indicate the type of Schedule:
- D - Defined: must be created with each new period;
- P - Permanent: continuous scale, is the most used. Example: Scale with administrative hours, starts on a Monday and ends on Sunday and every week will have the same times;
- B - Automatic Search: equal to "Permanent", but with search. Example: the employee can work in any shift that the system will calculate according to the schedule closest to the markings made;
- G - Automatic Generation: available only when client owns the module Generation of Scales;
- I - Intermittent Journey: available only when there is intermittent call, with schedule registered to know more.
ImportantThe call and the entire intermittent contract routine are only available from the moment an activation password is entered on the Intermittent Activation screen (FRATIINT). Refer to the activation screen documentati
on
- The Administrative schedules are permanent. An example of schedules defined would be the guardians, when there is not a pattern in days off. In this case there is a different schedule at each month. In the schedules of automatic search, it can be informed up to six schedules for each day.
- When the schedule is "Permanent", the schedules can be viewed on their respective days, by clicking the Rotation button, located on the left corner at the end of the window. The system will display the schedules from the open-ended period, or if there is no ope-ended calculation, the system will display the schedules from the current month.
- The Rotation enables that the same schedule may be used to cover many rotation groups. In this case, it is important to set the start dates of validity for the groups.
- The Auto Generation scale type indicates that the times used by the calculation are returned from the scale that will be generated by the Scale Generation routine. When defining the Type of Schedule = G, the Automatic tab will be enabled, in which the Days off, Double Shift and Work Shift will be defined, which are used by the evaluation routine during calculation. A Work Time may be reported only if the timetables definition is not done by the Timetables tab.
Note
For all types of scales, with the exception of the automatic generation scale
Auto Search Type Inform the type of automatic search:
- For the Greatest Number of Hours Performed
- By the Highest Percentage of Hours Performed
- First Marking Made on the Day
- First Marking Performed on the Day Considering Tolerances
Class of Schedule
Inform the class of schedule as defined in Tables > Schedules > Class of Schedule.
Group of Schedule
Select the code that represents the shift to be associated with this scale. This information is used to define scope and breakdown of information in some reports.
WPRP Hours
Quantity of WPRP hours (weekly paid rest period). It corresponds to the division of monthly hours by 30 days.
Worker of 220:00 monthly hours, inform 7:20 hours. Being 180:00 monthly hours, inform 6:00 hours.
This field is influenced by the Centesimal Hours indication only in the Personnel management module. In the other modules they are presented always in sexagesimal format.
Hours Week
Report the quantity of weekly hours of work, of this schedule. The weekly hours will be used by the system to calculate the number of employee hours. The calculation of the month hours is done by multiplying the weekly hours by 5. This field is influenced by the Centesimal Hours indication only in the Personnel management module. In the other modules they are presented always in sexagesimal format.
Worker of 220:00 monthly hours, inform 44:00 hours. Being 180:00 monthly hours, inform 36:00 hours.
This field is influenced by the Centesimal Hours indication only in the Personnel management module. In the other modules they are presented always in sexagesimal format.
Hours Month
Total of monthly hours worked.
Note
This field is influenced by the Centesimal Hours indication only in the Personnel management module. In the other modules they are presented always in sexagesimal format.
Pay Proportional Extras Determine if there will be overtime calculation and payment for employees working on the holiday. Enabled only when using relay scale.
It defines which table of holidays will be used for workers of this schedule.
- P - Own: It is enabled the Table of Holidays field and in the evaluation, it will be considered table of holidays informed in this field;
- F - Branch: It will be considered in the evaluation the tables of holidays (daytime and nighttime) reported in the Branch information;
- L - Org. Unit: It will be considered in the evaluation the tables of holidays (daytime and nighttime) informed in the Org. Chart Org. Unit properties;
- N - There is no holiday: for this schedule, holidays will not be considered in the evaluation.
- For the type table of holidays, also inform the code of the table of holidays that will be used for the employees of this scale.
- Always when informing 'L', the table of holidays will be considered, which is indicated in the worker current org. unit, in the following routines:
- Generation Time Routines (RotGerHor);
- Batteries Batteries of the Control of Point and Canteen in the Envelope;
- Typing of Transportation Vouchers;
- Calculation of end of notice;
- Calculation of the date of payment on the individual holiday receipt (FRFERIND);
- Calculation of the suggested date of payment on the collective holiday receipt (FR040PRG);
- Calculation of suggestion date of payment in the collective vacation receipt (FR040PRC);
- This information defines when the worker allocated on this schedule will have holiday.
Table of Holidays
Inform the table of holidays for the schedule, if this schedule uses a specific table of holidays. If this schedule uses the table of holidays, this field must be blank.
Official Table of Holidays
Inform the table of holidays that contains only national holidays, for purposes of calculating the Transportation Vouchers.
Note
The routine will check if the day is an Official Holiday and if the worker is working in this day, that is, the day in question is not part of the table of holidays of the worker schedule, then, the vouchers informed in the VTR Schedule for the holiday must be paid.
Time Events in the Day Off
It indicates to the module how to allocate time events on days off, compensated, WPRP and holidays. It may be:
- Does not consider Schedule: It allocates time events from 00:00 AM to 11:59PM in the day;
- Allocate as Previous Schedule: It allocates the time events as the limit of the time of the day immediately preceding the day off;
- Allocate as Previous Schedule: It allocates the time events as the limit of the schedule of the day immediately after the day off.
- This information influences in allocating time events of overtime carried out in days off, especially when performed in night hours. the time events of overtime must be observed, so that it can be defined in which day they must be allocated.
-
Example:
When the schedule is made up of different times care must be increased, because on Friday the schedule can be from 10 PM to 5 AM and on Monday from 5 AM to 2 PM.
On Saturday the worker has as time event 11 PM.
And on Sunday it has as time event 10 AM.
How will they be allocated?
If in this field it is indicated:
- The time event 11 PM will be allocated on Saturday and the time event 10 AM will be allocated on Sunday;
- The two time events will be allocated on Saturday, since the schedule from previous day, Friday, is from 10 PM to 5 AM;
- The two time events will be allocated on Sunday, because the next day is from 5 AM to 2 PM.
- On permanently scheduled holiday days, except when the scheduled time of day is 9996, 9998 or 9999, the appointments are allocated according to the schedule that the employee would do on the day, if it were not a public holiday.
- On the scale with Auto Search, it is considered for the schedule of the previous day, the time calculated in the search carried out, and for the schedule of the following day is always considered the base time of the scale.
Design Time Off Days Inform how the calculation of overtime carried out in day off must be, indicating one of the options below in this field:
- Do not Design: the extra hours performed in the clearances will be calculated normally, without time projection;
- Design As the previous Time: the system designs, for calculation of overtime, the day before the day off. If the day before the break for a 9996 9997 9998, schedule, or 9999, the system back until the day in which the time is different from a day off. And this schedule will be projected in the day off for calculating overtime, respecting the tolerances as the registration of that schedule;
- Design As Time later: the system designs in the day off the schedule posterior to the days off. For that the tolerances of this schedule be considered in the calculation of overtime performed on day off.
Optional days Inform the code of the Optional Days table.
Leave this field blank if the workers who will use this schedule do not have optional days.
In-between Workdays
It consists the minimum interval of 11 hours between a workday and another. The system will do a consistency in the registration of schedule, blocking or alerting the user when not respected the In-between Workday. Inform one of the options below:
- B - Block: the system will block the inclusion of schedule, which sequence does not respect the In-between Workday limit;
- A - Alert: the system will alert the user, informing that the schedule to be included is not respecting the In-between Workday limit;
- I - Ignore: this option is for the schedule which does not control the In-between Workday.
- The field is disabled when the Scale Type is equal to "B - Automatic Search";
- The calculation of the Interjornada, through this indication, only deals with what concerns the estimated hours;
- In the evaluation calculation the checking of In-between Workday based on clock in/out carried out by the worker is performed through the indication setting of theSituation of In-between Workday Violation, in Calculation > Evaluation > Definitions > Situations, in General tab.
Limit 1 Hours Bank The goal is just to allow that a quantity of hours be reported, which may be used in the Integration rule - Generation Period, to control weekly hours of a certain worker. This limit can be consulted in the rule, through the LimBa1 variable.
Limit 2 Hour Bank
The goal is just to allow that a quantity of hours be reported, which may be used in the Integration rule - Generation Period, to control weekly hours of a certain worker. This limit can be consulted in the rule, through the LimBa2 variable.
Select the code that represents the type of journey that makes up the scale.
The options "9" and "99" are identical, with the difference that the option "99 - Other types of day (scale, relay shifts, swaps, rotating schedules, etc.) - Do not lead to eSocial" will cause the Schedules group is not taken to the eSocial S-2200 and S-2206 layouts. Sending this information is optional.
Provide a breakdown that describes the type of journey selected in Type eSocial Day. This description is free and can contain up to 100 characters.
The description is used to characterize any type of selected day, but is more focused on type "9 - Other types of day (scale, relay shift, swaps, rotating schedules, etc.)", due to the fact that this is more than the rest. You can enter the data that characterize this journey, for example: the schedules that make up the scale, the type of slack or the shift.
This information composes eSocial non-periodic S-2100, S-2200 and S-2206 layouts. This field is enabled for any type of day, but for eSocial it is only sent if the type of day is set to "9 - Other types of day (scale, turn, swaps, rotating schedules, etc.)" .
Groups
This item allows that the same schedule may be used to cover multiple rotation groups. In this case, it is important to set the start dates of validity for the groups. This folder is not available in all modules of the Human Capital Management | HCM module.
Class
Inform the group number.
The collective transfers of base schedules and Saturday's, as well as week hours, must be treated through this item. Only when the company does not use hourly scale.
Base Date
Inform the beginning date of each group, being that the group 1 is equal to the beginning of the schedule validity.
It is possible having at minimum one and at maximum eight groups; it occurs due to the rotation schedules, in which several workers uninterruptedly working, with some groups working and others on day off.
- Workers that work in the administrative area, have a single schedule from Monday to Friday, the beginning of the schedule is Monday, however, the beginning of validity is the beginning day of works (corresponding to Monday). In this case we will have a single group, that is, a single date of beginning of validity.
- Workers from a production line work under a regime of 6 Vs. 2, that is, they work six days and rest two.
In the example, there are four different groups, that have the same schedule but have their rest days on differentiated date, in a manner that, there are always three groups working and one resting.
The beginning of the validity to be informed for each group is the first workday, the beginning of its shift, within the month in which its evaluation of time events starts, see the example below:
| Group | Validity date |
| 1 | 5/6/96 |
| 2 | 5/7/96 |
| 3 | 5/8/96 |
| 4 | 5/9/96 |
Schedules
Schedules
Inform all the schedules that will compose the schedule, completing a cycle. it can be informed up to 420 working times for permanent schedules and with automatic search.
If the Type of Schedule is "Automatic Search" (B), the treatment will be the same as the Permanent schedule, and it is still possible to use automatic search for up to five optional schedules in the days set by the user. These Optional Schedules will be reported in the Optional Schedules grid.
Note
When there is integration with the Time Management module, it is possible to register up to 30 optional schedules for each weekday.
The code of schedule 9997-Holiday, is never reported in the schedule registration, because the holidays are reported in Tables > Holidays.
When the Type of Schedule is "Automatic Generation" (G), this tab will be available only if the Treat Work field, from the Automatic tab is "S - Sequence of Schedules".
The double shift schedule is optional on this window.
Defined
These schedules are defined for each month. It is used mainly by guards or workers who do not have a cycle of work defined at each month. That is, at each month the worker has a schedule different from the previous month.
Period
Inform month and year for this "Defined" schedule. At each new period it is necessary to inform the schedules again.
Times of Defined Schedules
Unlike the permanent schedule, it must be informed at each month. It is used mainly by guards or workers who do not have a cycle of work defined. Its use needs a major care and attention, because at each month they must be informed about their schedules.
Schedule Date
Inform the date (day/month/year).
Schedule
Enter the schedule code for each day. To identify the WPRP, inform the code 9999, for "Saturday not worked" inform 9998 and for a "Special Day Off", inform 9996.
Automatic
When defining the Type of Schedule = G, the Automatic tab will be enabled, in which the Days off, Double Shift and Work Shift will be defined, which are used by the evaluation routine during calculation. A Work Time may be reported only if the timetables definition is not done by the Timetables tab.
- If the times of Clearance, Double Shift and Work are not defined, there will be an error in the calculation of calculation, since it will not be possible to determine the times that must be calculated on each day;
- The Automatic tab is available only when the client has a Scale Generation module in the owner and when the scaling type is of type "G - Automatic Generation";
- The shift defined in the schedule registration is the one that will determine in which shift the worker will be allocated.
Treat Work
Set how the working times of the schedule must be treated.
Selecting the option "S - Sequence of Times" the system:
- allows you to inform a fixed time sequence defined in the Times tab, similar to a permanent scale, and you can also define your respective Double Turn times;
- allows you to enter a time sequence similar to a permanent scale. This item is required for when employees meet different workdays during the week;
- you need the field Free time is not zeroed, because this information is required to calculate the calculation. If it is set to zero, the system will display the message "Date dd / mm / yyyy has no clearance time defined in the automatic register of the scale register".
Day Off Time
Inform the code of the schedule that will be used by the routine of evaluation to evaluate the days off.
Double Shift Schedule
Inform the code of the schedule that will be used by the routine of evaluation to evaluate the days in which the worker is carrying out a double of shift.
Work Time
Inform the code of the schedule that will be used by the routine of evaluation to evaluate the work days.
Relay Button It demonstrate the construction of the schedule day-by-day on the current period of the query, according to the beginning date, day od the week and schedules.
To view the times in their respective days click the button Relay, located in the left corner of the bottom of the screen. The system will display the schedules of the open-ended period, or if there is not any open-ended calculation, the system will show the schedules from the current month.
The Rotation enables that the same schedule may be used to cover many rotation groups. In this case, it is important to set the start dates of validity for the groups.
New Registration Button
The system starts the registration of a new schedule, by suggesting always the lowest available code and placing the focus in the field of schedule description.
Class: this field is included when there is more than one registered class.
