This documentation has information that applies only to some modules. Contents that have the icon
indicate each case, position the mouse over this icon and see the description of the modules.
Represents the registration and other markings of each subsidiary, as well as the parent company. Employees need to be connected to a branch office so that the system can calculate correctly respecting the differences of each. The percentages related to GRPS, FGTS, RAIS data, etc., are indicated by subsidiary. Therefore, it is mandatory that:
- Each company has at least one subsidiary that is itself;
- In the case of builders, each work must be a subsidiary;
- For service providers, each customer must be a subsidiary.
The options below, except for Cadastre, are only available in the modules in which they are used, and the People Management modules are not available in all | HCM.
In the Point and Dining Control calculations, the branch definitions impact on the Holiday Table and Overtime Authorization. The other information registered in the fields available in the register of branches are used in reports or in treatment if rules. The workers need to be linked to a branch, through the branch record.
Notes
- Before registering the branches for a company, it is necessary to select it through the F5 function or using the shortcut icon in the main menu.
- With the Personnel Administration module at the owner, it is only possible to register the branches through this module. Otherwise, the registration can be done through the other modules.
Key fields
Sequence identification code of the branch.
Full description of the name of the subsidiary.
Guides
Nickname
Reduced name of the branch, which will be in reports and legal documents as GRPS*, FGTS*, etc.
Enter the country where the branch is located.
Enter the state where the branch is located.
City Report the code of the city where the branch is. In deployments, the table with the codes of the Brazilian municipalities will already be registered. In case of change or inclusion, do it through the option Tables > General > Cities.
Neighborhood
Report the code of the neighborhood of the branch address.
Note
The neighborhoods can be registered in Tables > General > Cities. Before making the registration, make sure that the city to which the neighborhoods belong is selected.
ZIP CODE
Inform the Postal Address Code of the branch address.
Note
When reporting the neighborhood code, the system will automatically bring the Zip Code reported in the neighborhood information to this field.
Address
Register the branch address. Indicate the street, avenue and number of the branch.
Complement Report the complement of the branch address, if there is.
Phone Enter the affiliate's phone number, preceded by the DDI and DDD codes. Example: 055 047 3221-3300.
Fax
Enter the fax number of the branch, preceded by the DDI and DDD codes. Example: 055 047 3221-3300.
Enter the stock type according to table 10 of the eSocial layout S-1020. This field can only be changed if the branch office does not have a stock uploaded to eSocial.
When indicated in the Company Register in the Total Accounting = 'F' field, in the accounting, the user can group the subsidiaries into accounting branches.
Company 02 has 4 branches. However in the accounting, the subsidiaries 1 and 2 will be counted together.
In the register of the branches, in the Field Accounting branch indicate:

In this structure, the company will have 4 branches, but only 3 accounting branches.
Note
The accounting branch with zeros will be considered if there are other non-zero numbered subsidiaries.
Inform the type of affiliate being registered.
- M - Corresponds to Matrix
- F - Registration of a Branch
- O - Corresponds to the work (Builder)
- T - Temporary
- C - Cooperativa Trabajo
- D - Domestic Worker
- E - eSocial employer - can not be used for employee allocation.
Determine the type of inscription of the branch that is being registered.
- CNPJ - National Register of Legal Entities
- CEI - Specific Registry INSS
- CPF - Individual Registry
It is no longer allowed to register a branch with type of inscription = 4 - INCRA*, because is no longer valid since 1995.
Report the CNPJ*/MF* registration number. If the type of CEI*, CPF* or INCRA* has been indicated in the previous data, this is the number that may be reported in this space.
Indicate the inscription number in the INSS* Specific Information, only when the type is referent to the work and has construction company CNPJ* registered in the CNPJ* Number data, otherwise, leave it zeroed.
CIPA DRT Registration
Enter the branch number in the Regional Labor Office. This number is used in the delivery of CIPA reports.
Degree of Risk
Please state the degree of risk of the subsidiary in accordance with NR 4 (SESMT).

Enter the registration number in the National Register of Works (CNO), if any.
Indicate the state registration of this branch or indicate EXEMPT.
Indicate the municipal registration of this branch or indicate EXEMPT.
Enter the registration number in the Register of Economic Activity of Individuals.
Define the type of Economic Activity Register of Individuals. This field is enabled only if the field Registration CAEPF has been informed.
Inform branch of activity of the branch.
Represents the code of the branch of activity of this company, before the Internal Revenue Service.
From that date, the system will perform the verification by taking "S" or "N" for the record 10 in the generation of the sefip, position 214 - Indicator of CNAE FISCAL Change.
Note
When there is information in this field and the competency is the same as the competence of the generation, "S" will be taken to the text file.
When companies have more than one establishment and each one registers with the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) in distinct CNAE, the CNAE of the company is defined by the concept of CNAE Preponderante, as that CNAE whose degree of risk (mild, medium and severe) has the majority of workers registered with the CNIS. Indicate:
- P - Predominant (Centralizer)
- W - Centralized in the Preponderant
- N - Own (No Preponderant)
For competency from 12/2008 and when using version of the Sefip validator equal to or greater than 8.4, the Personnel Administration will take the following information to field 14 of register 10 (position 214) of the Sefip.re file:
- S - for subsidiary with CNAE Preponderant = C and whose Date Amendment CNAE is the same as the declared competence;
- N - for subsidiary with CNAE Preponderant = C and without Data Amendment CNAE or with competence different from declared;
- A - for subsidiary with CNAE Preponderant = P or N and whose Date Amendment CNAE is the same as the declared competence;
- P - for subsidiary with CNAE Preponderant = P or N and without Date Amendment CNAE or with competence different from that declared.
Important
The Predominant CNAE is not fed through the Sefip file, only when it is itself. If a Preauthorized CNAE of another establishment is used, the user will have to manually include this Preponderant CNAE within Sefip. This information will be stored in Sefip, and neither will Database Cleanup delete it.
Indicate the code of the service provider, which will be a company registered in Companies / Other Companies / Registration.
For branches Type:
- O - Work. Inform the code of the developer;
- T - Temporary. Inform the customer, another company, of that branch.
Note
Whenever you need to register a receipt in the Calculations> Third Party> Receipts menu, the system will only allow you to inform the subsidiaries that have a designated accountant.
Inform the bank of the branch bank account, which can be used in the report generator.
Inform the branch bank account of the branch.
Enter the bank account number of the branch.
Enter the digit of the branch bank account.
Budget Closed Specify the status of the budget to do the collection on the Web. If you are in a Closed situation, the web form will not allow changes.
Notes
- In a table by C.Custo, the relationship between branch and C.Custo is made by the field Budget Branch available in the c.cost.
- This same tagging is contained in the general budget settings screen (Budget> Settings> General), so the system will only consider the value entered in this field if the Budget is not closed (according to the general budget settings) and exists a Branch Level defined in the Organizational Chart structure (Tables> Organization Charts> Structures).
Diurnal Table of Holidays
Report the table of holidays to be accomplished by the schedules with the Holidays field = F, when the schedule is diurnal or mixed. In the SM module will be used in the generation of request for exams.
Night Holiday Table Report the table of holidays to be accomplished by the schedules with the Holidays field = F, when the schedule is nocturnal. If there is no difference between diurnal and nocturnal, report the same code for both data. In the SM module will be used in the generation of request for exams.
Tab. Holidays Official Day Enter the daytime holiday table that contains only national holidays, for the purpose of calculating travel vouchers, overtime and relay-scale fouls.
Night Official Tab Inform the nightly holiday table that only contains national holidays, for the purpose of calculating travel vouchers, overtime and relay-scale fouls.
Notes
When there are relay scales, only the official holiday table will be considered.
Payment for overtime / absences for the holiday is done according to whether the day is an official holiday and whether the employee is working on this day.
The routine will check if the day is an Official Holiday and if the worker is working in this day, that is, the day in question is not part of the table of holidays of the worker schedule, then, the vouchers informed in the VTR Schedule for the holiday must be paid.
Stores the information of the last record number of the record informed to the collaborators. Represents the control for the next admission number to be made.
Note
This field will be disabled when the field Control Record Tab is marked with "C" - Centralized Control.
Inform the code of the bank that will be used in the agreement to pay PIS in the company.
Indicate which agency of the CEF will be used in the agreement for payment of PIS in the company.
Indicate to which agency should be forwarded the value for withdrawal of employees who are not paid by the company and who will be returned to CEF.
Inform if the daytime and night hours are to be added according to the time worked and the turn of the scale:
- T: 3rd shift only
- S: Yes
- N: No
The options work as follows:
- T: If the time shift is 3, even if there is daytime all hours will be generated as nocturnal For shifts 1 or 2 the day and night hours no will be joined.
- S: If the time shift is 1 or 2, even if there is night time, all hours will be generated as diurnal If the time shift is 3, even if there is daytime, all hours will be generated as nocturnal
- N: Regardless of the time shift no will be joined.
For turns 4, 8, 9, this signaling does not interfere with anything.
Example 1
Hours: 19:00 to 03:00, with the turn: 1
Assignment = T:
In this case the hours will not be joined. Only 5 hours will be paid as night, as this option is only valid for shift 3.
Assignment = S:
Despite having 5 hours as night, the 8 hours will be calculated and paid as normal daytime hours, for having turn 1 indicated in the time record.
Assignment = N:
The hours will not be joined. Only 5 hours will be paid as night.
Example 2
Hours: 19:00 to 03:00, with the turn: 3
Indicate the company that should be considered for generating the legal reports.
Note
This field is only used when in the field Data of Responsible Person (available on Legal Officer screens) is marked option 3 - Branch.
Indicate the type of person in charge, being Collaborator or Third, which should be considered for the generation of legal reports.

This field is only used when in the field Data of Responsible Person (available in the screens of Legal Responsible) is marked the option "3 - Branch".
Indicate the registration of the employee considered as Legal Responsible in the generation of legal reports.
Note
This field is only used when in the field Data of Responsible Person (available in the screens of Legal Responsible) is marked the option "3 - Branch".
Indicate the company of the person in charge of the PPP that will be considered in the generation of the reports of the PPP.
Indicate the type of employee responsible, being able to be employed or third party.
Indicate the registration of the collaborator or third party considered as Legal Responsible in the generation of PPP reports. This information will be printed in field 20.2 of the PPP.
Background Scan Field intended to justify the absence in the PPP of information on medical or ASO tests.
Background CAT Field intended for comments concerning CAT. It will be printed right after the field 12.
Justification Signature Field for comments concerning the electronic signature of the person responsible for the information.
Justification General
Field intended for notes related to the PPP. It will be printed in the Notes field.
Note
If the fieldsJustification Examination, Justification CAT, Justification Signature and General Rationale are not met, the justification given in the PPP (Security> PPP> Definitions) settings will be used.
Inform the percentage relative to the additional Senai, if the company contributes to this additional.
In Taxes> Pension Plans> Ratio> Senai Summary you can issue reports containing information such as the basis of calculation and the amount of the contribution.
A screw industry that has 700 employees, whose payroll is R $ 900,000.00. Your additional contribution will be: R $ 900.000,00 * 0.20% = R $ 1,800.00, value to be collected in a separate guide provided by Senai.
Indicate the percentage of charges to be considered in the calculation of provisions, when applicable.
In the calculation of the provision, the percentages will be considered in the following order:
- If there are provision charges in the subsidiary's registry, assume this percentage; if no
- If there are provision charges in the company, assume this percentage; if no
- Applies the percentages of the GPS, contained in the GPS Percentages and in the branch office register.
Note
When there is a percentage indicated, in the provision will not be calculated the column referring to the FGTS.
In this field it is possible to enter the complete business name of the branch up to 60 positions, where, if completed, it will be taken to the Report, DIRF and RAIS, replacing the field Corporate Name.
Indicate if the subsidiary has own control (P) numbering of the record sheet or if the control is centralized (C) in another branch.
This field is enabled when the Record Tab Control field is equal to 'C'. It should be indicated the branch that centralizes the control of the numbering of the record sheet. All the subsidiaries that are centralized will obey the same sequence of numbering of the record sheet of the centralizing branch, having sole control.
Subsidiaries 01 and 05 have the same registration as CNPJ and must make single control of the numbering of the registration card. The 01 subsidiary will be the centralizer and the 05 subsidiary will be centralized in 01. The parameterization in each branch will look like this:
- Branch 01: Control Registration Tab = 'P' and Control Tab disabled (zeroed);
- Branch 05: Control Registration Tab = 'C' and Control Tab = '01'.
At this moment the branch 05 will receive in the field "Last Record Record" the same value that it existed in branch 01.
Block Admissions in Personnel Administration
The field is only displayed when there is integration with the Recruitment and Selection module.
This field is respected when there is no block of admission in the company register.
Define whether to block admissions to:
- 1 - All - It is not possible to register Employees and Third Parties by Personnel Administration
- 2 - Employees Only - It is not possible to register Employees by Personnel Administration
- 3 - No - It is possible to register the Employees and Third Parties by the Personnel Administration
- 4 - Only Third Parties - It is not possible to register third parties by the Personnel Administration
National Code of Economic Activity Code of the main activity, according to the IBGE Foundation Activity Classification Table.
Company on the ID Card
Company identification number on the employees and partners ID cards. This number will be showed on the ID card, when in the ID card definitions in Collectors > ID Cards > ID Cards Definitions, it is defined to use recognition By Identifiers, and identifiers for the company are reserved in the ID card mask. This field is used for Reading the Clocking Events and if there is any number reported, only clocking events with this code will be accepted. If the branch does not have this number on the ID card, leave this data zeroed.
Temporary ID Card Company
Identification number on temporary ID cards of employees and partners. This number will be showed on the ID card, when in the ID card definitions in Collectors > ID Cards > ID Cards Definitions, it is defined to use recognition By Identifiers, and identifiers for the company are reserved in the ID card mask. This field is used for Reading the Clocking Events and if there is any number reported, only clocking events with this code will be accepted. If the branch does not have this number on the ID card, leave this data zeroed.
Via Interim badge Report the temporary ID card via for employee and partner, used by the branch. If it does not use ID Card via, the field can be left zeroed.
Authorization Overtime Report if the branch uses Programming of Overtime Authorization.
The routine of Overtime Authorization is treated as follows:
- In the branch information, its must be reported that there is control.
- In the Overtime Definitions, report the code of the situation for Non-authorized Overtime. In this case, all overtime will be evaluated in this same code.
- To authorize overtime, carry out authorization in Workers > Programming > Overtime Authorization, making an individual or collective programming.
If a certain branch uses the routine of overtime authorization, but when carrying out the overtime authorization the system is still not considering as Non-authorized Overtime, maybe the programming is configured with incorrect start time.
The Overtime Authorization programming is defined as:
- Start time: 8 AM
- End time: 10 PM.
The clocking events were:
- 1st clocking event: 06:22
- 2nd clocking event: 12:00
- 3rd clocking event: 14:00
- 4th clocking event: 9 PM
The system has generated: 12:38 PM in the situation of Non-authorized Overtime. This occurs because the programming is configured with incorrect start time.
It must be reported the start time less or equal to the worker first clocking event. If the first or last clocking event is out of the period registered in the permission, the system will continue generating non-authorized overtime.
Closing of Overtime
Report which period used in the branch to perform the closing of overtime. This signaling is only for queries in the Integration rules (Generation, Projection and Final Calculation Period), when the Exceed Hours Limit field can also be used.
Limit Overtime Indicate the limit of hours that can be used in integration rules (Period of Generation, Projection and Final Calculation), with the Closing of Overtime field.
Date at Overtime Authorization
Indicate how the dates of overtime authorizations for diurnal schedules must be considered.
Schedule - 10 PM - 1 AM - 2 AM - 5 AM
Overtime from 5 AM to 7 AM.
Assuming that the entry of the workday (at 10 PM) occurred on 8/8/2006, the programming date to authorize this overtime should have to be reported as below:
- With value 1 - Workday in this indication: 8/8/2006, which is the workday date.
- With value 2 - Real in this indication: 8/9/2006, which is the date when the overtime were performed (from 5 AM to 7 AM).
When reporting the option 1 - Workday in this field, the consistency of the programming overlapping for Overtime Authorization in night schedules take into account both the day when the programming has been registered and the next day. For example, the following registering would cause overlapping:
1st Programming

Calculate WPRP According to the Schedule
Report how the calculation of the WPRP item must be done, as below:
- Y - Yes - The calculation of the WPRP item will be done according to the quantity of WPRP’s (schedule 9999) reported in the schedule.
- N - No - The WPRP item will be calculated according to the quantity of Sundays existing in the period.
- I - Use Integration Definition - The calculation will be done according to the Calculate WPRP According to the Schedule indication, existing in the integration definitions (in Calculations > Integration > Definitions, WPRP tab).
- When reporting Y or N in this indication, it will always prevail on the indication with the same name existing in the integration definition (in Calculations > Integrations > Definitions, WPRP tab).
- If this field is blank, the calculation of WPRP hours generated in the integration is compromised. The item of WPRP Absence Hours, for example, may not be calculated.
- Regardless of what is reported here, the Time and Cafeteria Control will always consider the holidays (schedule 9997) that occur within the period.
Pay a fine for work in the DSR Determine the payment of the fine for the employee's work in DSR.
Warning
This documentation applies only to the module: AP.
If eSocial is in use, the GPS tab records are not duplicated when using the branch replication routine.
Indicate the type of GPS that will use the parameters registered:
- Company normal GPS
- GPS temporary workers
Inform a date for starting the application of the percentages below registered.
Indicate the code of the employer's branch, for purposes of issuing various reports and text files, such as: GPS, INSS Relation, SEFIP, Contract Terminations and CAGED. Item required mainly for construction companies with Works registry, where you must inform the code of the branch corresponding to the construction company, when the normal Branch indicates the same code of the branch that is being registered.

Indicate to which Fpas code this Branch belongs. It will be used in GPS emission and calculation.
In the GPS, when to look for the autonomous ones to verify:
If the affiliate's FPAS is different from 612 and different from 620 and you have freelance carriers / freelancers (use type 8), you must generate a GPS with FPAS 620 and third party code 3072 for these payments. This third party should not be considered in the normal FPAS GPS of the branch office.
This new GPS will be recorded with origin 7 = Carrier (FPAS 620).
On this GPS you will be informed
Company share =% GPS of the third party payment (if different from zero, otherwise it is worth the% Directors of the Subsidiary) on the Calculation Base of the GPS and Third Parties = INSS Value of the payment of the third party.
Whenever you issue a GPS with source 7 you must assume FPAS 620 and Third Party Code 3072.
ESocial Third Party Code and Terc. Suspended eSocial
These fields are not editable, they serve to represent the third party codes, as described below:
- ESocial Third Party Code: represents the code of Third Parties, according to table 4, considering the existence of any agreements for direct collection. Example: If the contributor is framed with FPAS 507, whose code full of Third parties is 0079, if it has an agreement with Senai it must present the code 0075.
To compose this information, the system considers the field value FPAS Code and subtracts the total GPS agreement codes without any informed process. If Third Party Code (FR026FPV) is changed, the value of this field will be automatically recalculated. - Terc. Suspended eSocial: represents the combination of Third Party codes for which collection is suspended due to legal proceedings. Example: If the taxpayer has process decisions to suspend collections to Sesi (0008) and Sebrae (0064), the combined code of the two entities, ie 0072 (0008 + 0064), is displayed.
To compose this information, the system considers the sum of GPS covenants codes with informed process. If Third Party Code (FR026FPV) is changed, the value of this field will be automatically recalculated.
Indicate the percentage to be collected by the company and passed on to Social Security through the GPS guide, due to RAT (Work Accident Risk).
This field determines how the RAT value will be sent to the eSocial S-1005 and S-1080 layouts. If filling in this field is:
- equal to "0" (zero): field will be enabled RNA of the CNAE, which must be filled with the value of the RAT according to the company's CNAE.
- other than "0" (zero): the field RNA of the CNAE will remain disabled and assume the same field value % RAT: Due.
Notes
- This percentage is established based on the degree of risk of the activities carried out by the company, in accordance with the respective RAT code.
- This field should receive the total of the percentage due, regardless of the percentage effectively collected, when there is a preliminary injunction.
Represents the percentage effectively paid by the company, due to work accident insurance, when there is a preliminary.
- If the percentage of this field is different from zero, it will be considered in the generation of GPS, INSS Relation and Accounting by CLCs: 1291 and 1391/1292 and 1392; For generation of the provision amounts and SEFIP, the percentage reported in the field Due.
- If there is no percentage reported in this field, the value reported in the previous field will be considered for generation of all the aforementioned routines: Due.
RNA of the CNAE
This field is enabled when the value is zero in the field % RAT: Due, related to RAT (Work Accident Risk). In this case, it is necessary to enter here the value regarding the contribution of the RAT according to the company's CNAE, for sending in the e-Satations S-1005 and S-1080.
If the value of the RAT is different from zero in % RAT: Due, this field will remain disabled for editing and will assume the same value.
RAT Process Number
Enter the number of the judicial process related to the suspension of the Occupational Accident Risk (RAT).
Code Suspension RAT
Inform the code referring to the indication of suspension of the Occupational Accident Risk (RAT), assigned by the employer. The information is used by the layout S-1005 eSocial and must be completed when a process number is provided.
Law No. 10,666, of May 8, 2003, made it possible to reduce or increase the RAT rate in order to encourage the improvement of working conditions and workers' health by encouraging companies to implement more effective health and safety policies at work to reduce accidentality.
The said Law, in its article 10, prescribes that the rates of 1%, 2% or 3%, per company, can vary between half and double, according to the methodology of the FAP. This factor is a multiplier over the 1%, 2% or 3% rate corresponding to the prevailing CNAE RAT and will vary in a continuous closed interval of 0.500 to 2.0000.
The FAP will be recalculated periodically according to the quantity, severity and cost of the accidental occurrences in each company. Thus, companies with more accidents and more serious accidents in a subclass CNAE will contribute a higher value, while companies with less accident will have a reduction in contribution value.]
It is intended to create a new GPS registration history and indicate the FAP factor that will be used to multiply with the% RAT (due or with a threshold). However, this will only be calculated if it is marked 'S' in the Applies FAP Factor field, otherwise consider only the percentage of the RAT field.
- The factor is not applied over special retirement surcharge;

Decree 6.945, of August 21, 2009, established the form of reduction of rates of social security contributions of companies of Information Technology - IT and Information and Communication Technology - TIC Exporters. This Decree entered into force on September 1, 2009.
Inform in this field the% reduction of the GPS rates (Company Part and Third Parties / Other Entities). In the part of the Company the value informed is reduced in a simple way, and in the case of third parties the orientation is to calculate the amount due to each entity, apply the reduction percentage on the value found, subtract from the amount due the value relative to the percentage applied and what remains is the amount to be collected for each entity, with the exception of Education Salary.

The Personnel Administration manages the calculation of taxes through the incidence of events. For example, if the event Indemnified Early Warning has the definition of positive incidence for contribution to Social Security, both employee and employer make the respective contributions to that body. If there is no incidence, neither contributes.
There are companies and even unions that can get injunctions exempting the Company, RAT,% Third Parties and Covenants in GPS from certain events. But in this situation, only the company is exempted from the contribution to Social Security, maintaining the contribution of the employee. Because of this you can not directly change the incidence of events. For this purpose, the guide is used to indicate the groups of events and / or characteristics whose values will be excluded from the calculation of the employer contribution in the GPS.
The control of these injunctions can be done by company or by branch. Inform if there is an international fine-exemption agreement. This information identifies the correct framework in the FPAS for Social Security.
Only companies with the Tax Classification eSocial equal to "60 - Diplomatic Mission or Foreign Career Consular Office" shall inform this field. Still, this field remains enabled only if the Nature Establishment is equal to "501.0 - International Organization", "502.9 - Foreign Diplomatic Representation" or "503.7 - Other Extraterritorial Institutions".
Repayment Partner
Inform in this field if there was any financial transfer, of any nature, from the company to the partners in the previous year. This information is sent in the month of January each year.
Note
If in some year the company has not made the transfer to the partners, it is recommended that a new change date be inserted and then the information be updated.
Indicate whether the company is a non-profit educational entity, whose purpose is to assist the adolescent and professional education (according to article 430, clause II, CLT). This information is mandatory for Legal Entities. If not, this field will remain disabled and filled with "N - No".
Additionally, when this field is reported as "S - Yes", the Apprentice Information tab is enabled on the Complement Tab screen (FR034CPL).
Indicate if it is a temporary work company (according to Law No. 6,019 / 1974), registered with the Ministry of Labor. The filling out of this field is mandatory.
Temporary Work Company Registration
Enter the registration number of the temporary work company with the Ministry of Labor. This field is required if the field Temporary Work Company was filled with "S - Yes", otherwise it will be disabled.
This field is only enabled by selecting option 1 or 2 in the field Decentralized Base on the eSocial Settings screen (FR030DES).
It indicates whether the information should be sent to the government environment through the options:
- 0 - Send to the government environment - selecting this option the information will be sent to eSocial for not being centralized;
- 1- Do not send to the government environment - by selecting this option the information will not be sent, indicating centralization.
- When an entity (eSocial Employee, eSocial Establishment, or Legal Proceedings) is set to not send to the government environment, the Status of the pending will be created with type "9 - Not sent to the government (Decentralized Base)" and the receipt number should be "NOT SENT. GOVERNMENT".
This treatment is necessary so that eSocial does not receive duplicate files in the S-1000, S-1005 and S-1070 layouts, where its key is CNPJ or Process Number.

Decentralized Base Option
This field is only enabled by selecting option 1 or 2 in the field Decentralized Base on the eSocial Settings screen (FR030DES).
It indicates whether the information should be sent to the government environment through the options:
- 0 - Send to the government environment - selecting this option the information will be sent to eSocial for not being centralized;
- 1- Do not send to the government environment - by selecting this option the information will not be sent, indicating centralization.
- When an entity (eSocial Employee, eSocial Establishment, or Legal Proceedings) is set to not send to the government environment, the Status of the pending will be created with type "9 - Not sent to the government (Decentralized Base)" and the receipt number should be "NOT SENT. GOVERNMENT".
This treatment is necessary so that eSocial does not receive duplicate files in the S-1000, S-1005 and S-1070 layouts, where its key is CNPJ or Process Number.
