Optional Days

It consists of a table where informed the code of a situation and the days of each year which will be optional. Can be registered multiple tables. They shall be informed in the registers of the schedules, which in turn, will influence the calculation of calculation as follows:

• When is a optional day every hour, delay, early departure or intermediate output will be calculated on the Day Optional situation.
• If there is to a removal or compensation programming optional, these will override the day optional. Just like the hours worked.
• If it is carried out a schedule of bridge, or time scale, optional day will remain the same, i.e. it is not possible to transfer a day optional.

To facilitate the registration of optional days of following years can be used the "duplicate" button which opens the screen "duplication of Optional Days", where we inform the base year and the new year. The system will duplicate the optional days of all the tables that have the specified year in the duplication.

Situation

Inform the situation in which the system should calculate the hours of the employee's absence on a day optional.

Optional Day

This grid inform optional days as defined in the previous year. There is a limit of 100 days per year.

Duplicate

To facilitate the registration of the optional days, it is possible, through this screen, to double the dates of optional days from one year to the next.
