Set Exceptions

This type of hit is indicated when there are certain situations of exception to be settled. You can determine the employees to be hit by using the Selection. To access collaborators with exception, click on the button Process.

When in the field beginning date Law 13,103Drivers, on the Point of the window Indications miscellaneous (RF000ASS), are informed a date for beginning of the validity of the law, to 13,103 ascertain a date after the validity of the law of the drivers, if marking is found on the reserve day, the date will be established automatically as invalid clocking events . At this point the user is signaled that must make the adjustment of the clocking events , which can be done in > > Definitions > Calculation Calculations situations (FR060DSI).

Start Period
Inform the starting date of the period you want to perform the adjustments. This date must be within the period of calculation, shown on the bottom line of the video.

Final Period Enter the end date of the period you want to perform the adjustments. This date must be within the period of calculation, shown on the bottom line of the video.
