Situations of Verification
The definitions of situations are informed some data that will determine the mode of calculation of working hours, absences, overtime. The definitions given here may be used for one or more companies and / or one or more unions.
It is worth remembering that employees have Union history, and branch history with Exchange of company, so the definitions of situations can change every day.
Important
Additional situations of all situations listed here must be larger than its corresponding code daytime. I.e. the code of a particular daytime situation should always be smaller than the code of its complement. This is because there is no way to indicate to the system which situation is nocturnal and diurnal, and which is therefore, to make this differentiation, the situation of less code will always be considered as daytime.
Definition of situations
Enter a code for the definition of situations. The definition of situations can be by company or Union and the option is marked in the register of the company and the Union. Being that the Union is optional.
General
Work Situation Enter the code of the situation that must be used to determine the hours worked found in the calculation.
Situation of Additional Night
Enter the code of the nightly additional situation. If the company does not separate the additional hours, let this reset.
Additional Night's situation cannot be the complementary situation Work.
Status Invalid Markings Enter the code of the situation for the cases where the markings found on the day do not allow a correct calculation.
Situation Leave Paid Vacation Enter the code of the situation in which the days that were disregarded in calculating the holiday receipt will be calculated. With that, these days will be calculated with the situation shown here, in place of the vacation. This situation must be entered in the base of the corresponding event, in Tables> Events> Register, in the Situations tab, informing "S" in the DSR Backspace column, so that the generated hours are integrated.
On the Contest Schedules screen and the Scores reports, only the description of the situation reported in this field will be displayed on days with different time schedules (9996, 9997, 9998, 9999).
This field is only available if the Point and Dining Control is integrated with the Personnel Management module, and if you are informed of "2 - Calculating Calculation in Indicated Situation" in Tables> Unions, field Disregarded Holiday Days the Vacation tab.
Reservation Situation
Inform the code of the Reservation situation used in the driver's day control, in compliance with Law 12.619 / 12, which provides reservations, waiting and rest appointments.
Standby Situation Inform the code of the Waiting situation used in the Driver's day control, in compliance with Law 12.619 / 12 which provides for reservations, waiting and rest appointments.
Important
The Rest does not generate verification situation, however, it is necessary that there is registered and situation that both she and the situations and wait, have a separation of clocking events registered with their proper uses.
Note
To use the situation and flexible hours, the dev time is designed and discounted the amount of expected to be ascertained. In other words, the hours performed in wait on time are converted to work.

Situation Violation Interjornada
Enter the code of the situation to be used for the calculation of the hours of interjornada, in view of the Summary 110. In this situation will be calculated the hours of noncompliance of interjornada of 11 hours between one day and another and also the 35 hours in the weekly rest.
15 minutes rest situation for women
Inform the code of the situation that will be used when the 15-minute rest break for women is not met, according to article 384 of the CLT. In this case, the system will calculate 15 minutes in this situation.
Calculation is performed when:
- There are extras on the way out;
- There are extras after the time, with the time between the last marking before the extra and beginning of the extra after file less than 15 minutes. Shuttles and schedules are considered as rest.
Note
The calculation of the extras at the exit and / or after the working day depends on the tolerances existing in the schedule.

This situation is no longer generated as of 11/11/2017, due to the interval of 15 minutes of rest for women to be revoked in the approved text, Law 13467, on July 13, 2017.
Situation of violation of intrajornada
Enter the code of the situation that will be used when there is a breach of intrajornada, according to union registration (FR014SIN).
Even if there is no overtime authorization schedule, the situation of the intrajornada violation routine will be generated.
Absences
Situation of Delay
Enter the code of the situation where the hours of delay will be cleared. If the company does not separate the situation late, let reset.
Intermediate Output Situation Enter the code of the situation where the intermediate exit times will be cleared. If the company does not separate the intermediate outputs absences, leave this zeroed.
Early Termination Situation Enter the code of the situation where the hours of early departure will be cleared. If the company does not separate the situation anticipated outputs of the faults, let this reset.
Fault Situation on Relay Scale Holiday Determine the generation of holiday missed hours for employees using relay scale.
Overtimes
Percentage Next Day Indicate if the company differentiates the overtime made after 00:00, mainly on days prior to the weekly or holiday rest.
The employee made extra hours from 8:00 pm on Saturday until 2:00 am on Sunday.
Saturday's 50% additional overtimes and Sunday 100%.
If this field is marked "no" the system will calculate the 06:00 hours with the additional 50%.
If it is marked "S" shall be calculated:
from 20:00 to 00:00, with an additional 50%, and from 00:00 to 02:00, with an additional 100%.
Limit Separation of Extras
Fill in this data only if the company differentiates the percentage when the employee exceeds certain amount of overtime on the day.
Up to two extra hours the additional 50%
Above two hours the additional is 100%
So in this field should be informed "2:00". And shall be entitled to be informed of codes with 100%.
Separate extras after night conversion
Indicate whether there will be separation of overtime after the conversion of the night hours by checking the hours that are beyond the established limit. The minutes that are beyond this limit are moved to the corresponding separation situations.
This field is enabled only when the Limit Separation of Extras is greater than zero. Otherwise, it is disabled and with the option "N - No". If the parameter Percentage Next day is enabled, the situations in the order are checked, according to the current day and the next day.

Unauthorized Extras Enter the code for the Unauthorized Overtime situation. This field is only valid for branches that choose the Overtime Authorization routine.
Extras Before
Enter the code in the situation where they will be cleared the overtime performed before work. Considered overtimes before when there is a gap between these and the start of normal business hours.
