Separation of Clocking Events

This option should be informed the clocks, the functions, uses and situations already registered functions that are used in watches.

In Separation the system separates the markings according to what is defined, therefore, it is of fundamental importance that the register is correct so that the markings are separated correctly.

Example:

The clock function 00 01 (no function) will be used for marking point, 05 function can be used at any time to exit justified (05, 00 clock function in this case). 10 clock with function 08 is cafeteria.

The Separation of Markings also special registration for employees, in this it is possible to give a differential treatment of separation of the other collaborators.

General

Site

Situation
Report to user functions 5, 6 or 8 (Exits, Entries or Extras Justified).

Enter the code in the situation where they will be calculated the time justified on output (when the use is 5), at the entrance (when the use is 6) or extra (when the use is 8).

Exit Termination
Indicates when this exit will end:

• "D - End on Day": the exit ends on the same day it started;
• "R - Termination in Return": the exit will only end when the employee makes the next appointment, even in later days.
