Special separation of clocking events
Special separation of clocking events allows the system to calculate a different usage patterns for certain employees within a specific period.
Examples:
- Clock 01 with function 01 has use 2 (point only), but it must generate use 1 (Access) for the head of the sector, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
- The clock 07 is cafeteria, but during the period of 11/1/99 the 11/3/99 will serve as access to third parties.
Because this screen allows you to enter specific uses without the information of dates (initial and final), when in the field Start Date Law 13.103 Drivers, on the Screen Point tab Miscellaneous Ticketing , it is informed a date for beginning of force of the law 13.103, the control is of the following way, not allowing the insertion of the special separation of markings:
- Use of reservation;
- Starting date field informed after the validity of the law; or
- End date field resets or informed after the validity of the law.

Start Date Enter the date on which the special separation will begin.
End Date
Enter the end date for this special separation. If it is for an undetermined period, this field can be left blank.
Use
Select the use that will have this watch and function as requested period.
Situation
Please state in which situation the hours should be determined when dialing with this clock and function.
This field is enabled only when the Use is "5 - Justified Exit".
Range of Separation
Enter the start time for the differential use of this clock and function.
Example:
The use will only be differentiated from 09:00 hours up to 17:00 hours.

Enter the end time of the differential use of this clock and function.
Example:
The use will only be differentiated from 09:00 hours up to 17:00 hours.
