Rules

Runs the rule corresponding to the one existing in the Code of Rule field on the date, time and periodicity indicated.

Owner System: Select the acronym for the People Management module | HCM that will be the owner of the task. Thus, when the task is run, it will be destined to the correct system.

Location: Specify which processes will be run in a specific server without these processes be run by the other servers which use this same database.

Periodicity: The information referring to the periodicity of running this process are displayed in this field. To change these settings, use the Periodicity button.

Only on Weekdays: Indicates if the Process must be also run on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (It is considered as being holidays all the days registered in the table of holidays.)

Predecessor Process: This field allows to indicate that this process will be run only after the running of other process. For this, it is necessary to report the type of predecessor process (if it is a Report process, Calculation, etc.) and its code. The predecessor process is run 1 minute before the main process.

Process may Deactivate

Report if there is an error in the running of the automatic process. If there is, report if the process must be deactivated, or if it must continue running in the next periods.

Generates Log Message

Report if the system must generate a log message if any error occur when running the automatic process.

Email of Responsible Person

Report the e-mail of the person responsible for the process, to send a log message when an error occurs in the running of automatic process.

Regional Configuration

Select which regional configuration will be valid for this automatic process. For default regional setting, the field must always be zero.

Rule code

Report the code of the rule to be run on specific date and time. To select, press the button beside.

Language code

Report the code of the language in which the automatic process will be run.
