By the variable TypeEfeCan, it allows to identify if the effectiveness is of the Individual or Collective type.

In the individual permanent employment, the registration will be carried out directly in the Employee Register after the user reports the new ID number. It is possible to verify by the variable InsColEfe if the employee was registered by the effective routine or by typing in the base card. In the Collective, the Collective Permanent Employment window is enabled, on which the data common to all involved candidates will be reported. The Readmission option will be available only if there is a candidate to be turned permanent (Recruitment and Selection), who has a CPF* as worker and has not any active contract at the permanent employment moment.
