Delete People
Menu: People> Delete People
The binding among people and workers and their dependents or candidates and the person itself, will be deleted on this window.
By the Log button, allows to view in details the parameters reported for the deletion of bindings and people, as well as the list of people involved. The Log created will be of type 124-Deletion of People.
Tell people who will be unlinked and / or deleted from the database.
Optional Criteria
These checkboxes assist in operation when there is a very large volume of people records, and may or may not be used in conjunction with the definition of Person (+). The criteria selected here are applied only to the People - People Master (R033PES) table.
No Social Security Number
It includes in the operation all the people without CPF informed.
No date of birth
It includes in the operation all persons without an informed birth date.
Without CTPS
It includes in the operation all the people without Informed Portfolio (CTPS).
Without PIS
It includes in the operation all persons without an informed PIS number.
Advanced Filter
Use this filter to select a field from the People - People Master table (R033PES) and determine the desired conditions.
Operators accepted in this field: = , <, > , <> , > =, (I.e. , LIKEand NOT LIKE.
Example:
To consider all male employees, ie Sex of the Person (TipSex) field equal to 'M', enter the following advanced filter:
R033PES.TIPSEX = 'M'
Delete
Linking
Check this field to exclude only existing links between people and employees, dependents, or candidates.
Links and People
Check this field to delete the links and the person from the database.
