Collective Generation of Evaluations

When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.

Through this window is possible to generate evaluations of performance, excellence and expertise to several employees.

Important

Cycle

Identify evaluations to be generated with a cycle code.

Notes
  • This field will appear only if the General Definitions of Evaluations window the Cycle option is set as Y.
  • In the Trainings module, this field will be available only if the Jobs and Salaries module is integrated with the database.

Period

Define in which period the evaluations will be generated.

Important

When the Cycle field is visible, the month and the year of the Cycle beginning will be loaded in the Period field. If the user wants to report another period the system will allow, since it is within the period comprised by the beginning and end date of the cycle.

Limit Date

Report which is the limit date for that the evaluation be carried out.


Important

This field may be left blank, in this situation the evaluation may be done in any date.

Evaluation

Choose for which types do you want to generate the evaluations, and may be: Knowledge, Performance and Excellence.

Knowledge

When set to generate the Knowledge evaluation, it is necessary to report if only the knowledge must be presented. Required, Desirable or Both, as defined in the Knowledge information with the Technical Skills and Requirements.

Important

The knowledge to be generated in the evaluations for each worker will be searched according to the definition of the Consider Knowledge Requirements field, in Others > Indications.

Evaluation Focus

Define for which Focus the evaluation will be generated.


Important

It is not possible to generate evaluations of Subordinate/Superior and Client/Supplier simultaneously.

Self-Evaluation for Evaluator

Defines if an evaluation of Self-Evaluation type must also be generated for the Evaluator.

Important

This item is visible only if the Type of Evaluation is set as Self-Evaluation.

Overwrite Existing Record

When set to overlap the existing register, the system will overlap any register that is found for the same worker with the same competency and with same evaluation focus.


Important If this option is not selected and the system finds an identical register, it will position the new evaluation in another Sequence, for example to 2.

Consider Laid-off in the Month

Determine if the system must enable or not the generation of evaluation for laid-off workers in the period reported on the window.

The system will check until the last day of the reported period, in order to see which workers were laid-off in the month.

Range

Define if the ranges reported in the Selection button will be considered for the Evaluator, Evaluated or Both. When only the Self-Evaluation evaluation focus is set, will fix in the Evaluated option.

The existing ranges on the generation window will be updated with the ranges reported in the selection button.

Identification Number

When generating evaluations for one or more workers, they will be identified by an Identification Number, that can be used subsequently to Delete collectively the evaluations generated with a same Identifier.

After clicking the Show button, data are loaded for the Evaluations grid (the number that appears next to the grid is the quantity of evaluations that may be generated).

Then, the system displays the Company, Type, Information, Name (Evaluator) fields, which describe the evaluator data.

When it is not possible to generate evaluations for a certain worker, its line remains in red in the grid, and the reason of this impossibility is displayed in the Note field.
