It is possible determining to the module if it will work with centesimal hours, that is, minutes of 100, in which 30 minutes is equal to 0.50, in the typing and calculations demonstrations of the financial statement, payslips, reports, rescission and vacation.

Edition of ID Number
It allows to determine to the system where you want the zeros to the left be substituted by spaces. The characters to be used are:

Collector's Edition and Permission Edition

These indications indicate the mask definition and the size of the Collector and Permission fields in the whole system. The size can vary from 3 or 5 digits. In case there is no Time and Cafeteria Control in the license file, the Collector Edition field will allow changes, otherwise, they occur automatically, only in the Time and Cafeteria Control module and according to the type of TBS, as follows:

• TBS 20 and 23 (Telematics): verifies in the base Telematics the size of the fields permit and collector, and arrow according (3 or 5);
• TBS 21 and 22 (Without Telematics): 5-digit arrow;
• Not being any of the above two options, the default is always 3 digits.

Company Employment Agency

Identifies if the Employment Agency routine is used or not:

• Yes, the Recruitment and Selection is changed to work as an Employment Agent. A button is available in the menu bar, to access the companies. These companies must be registered in Companies > Other Companies > Information with type of use 2.
• No, the Employment Agency resource is not available.

Singular Currency

This datum orients the Module about the issues of documents or reports in which there are values or salaries in writing form. If the user is issuing checks as net value in writing form, the description of the currency in the singular is the one registered here.

Plural Currency

This datum orients the Module about the issues of documents or reports in which there are values or salaries in writing form. If the user is issuing checks as net value in writing form, the description of the currency in the singular is the one registered here.

MTPS Agreement

Include the code of the MTPS agreement for sending the Caged by magnetic mean.

GRR Start Dat
e If there is information in this field, it will consider as beginning date for the FGTS values calculation that will not be paid in the rescission but will be collected through the GRFP form. Features for calculation of FGTS deposited: 31H, 31G, 31I, 31F, 31J.

Job Several Careers

It allows to define if a job may be informed in several careers (on the window: Jobs > Career > career per Job). When informing 'S' for this field, the Careerfield is presented on the windows below:

• Collaborators> Historical> Charges.
• Proposal> Charges> Registration.
• Proposal > Jobs > Approve > Individual.

Uses Structure

Through this routine, the user can register the structures of the system, where each structure is set as the default for one or more companies. When setting this field with 'S', It is made available the window for registration of structures in the menu Tables > General > Structure (or Tables > Structure, depending on the module) for modules Benefits, Jobs and Salaries, Headcount and Time and Cafeteria Control, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Management, Security and Medicine, Trainings.

Stocking Frame query Indicate whether stocking Frame should be checked. In the RS module is used when the registration of the requests.

Allows Charges Not Expecte

Holidays Table

Report the code for the Table of Holidays that the company uses for automatic generation of ITRD.

Monitors Salary Defines whether changes (inclusions, changes and deletions) made in the Wage History or adjustments made by the Wage Readiness routine will be monitored.

Whe the indication is equal to 'S', the changes carried out in the salary record (R038HSA), in any module, will be saved in the R067SAL table. Being that, currently the log is generated only by the windows of salary Record and Salary Adjustment, that is, only the changes carried out directly on these windows will generate the log.

These changes may be viewed through the CSLO002.CAD model (Log of Salary Changes).

Recalculate% Performance
Report as below: To enable% performance calculation, you must set this field and set the '% of Salary' field, in which you will identify at which level the% employee performance is calculated.

Salary Percentage

The performance percentage calculation way must be indicated in this item, which may be;

• Starting salary of the job - The system identifies the starting salary of the job according to the definition made in the worker job registration that may have a definition exactly in this order: to the branch, to the company, to the job, being that in the last one the change date is respected;

Uses Turn Over

Inform if the company uses Turn-Over in the transfers. When informing S, this information is used for calculating the profit sharing payment in the Profit Sharing Plan module (PSP).

Other Contract IT/Third Party

It is possible indicating how the treatment of IR bases is, when the worker has more than one contract and the third party has the same CPF:

0. Joins all incomes, to branches with same CNPJ base (8 first digits).
1. Join the same CNPJ (it will be added only the income of the branches that have same CNPJ).
2. Joins all incomes independent on CNPJ.

Type Rounding

The way how the Union makes the treatment of the number of decimal places of the hourly paid workers salary is determined in this field (Types of salaries 2, 3.4):

Type	Description
N	Normal - When the rounding is indicated as N (Normal) it means that if the place that is being rounded up is < 5, it does not round; If the place that is being rounded up is > = 5, it rounds up (sum + 1).
E	Especial - When the rounding is indicated as E (Special) it means that if the place that is being rounded up is = 0, it does not round; If the place that is being rounded up is > = 1 It rounds up (sum + 1).

Active Company Aid

In the Benefits module, the configuration of this field affects the window for Entries of Day Care Center Benefit. When indicated 'N', the field "Company" is enabled to inform the worker's company code, thus allowing to carry out entries for workers from all companies without the need to change the active company. When indicating 'S', it is possible carry out entries only for workers from the active company.

In the Trainings module, the configuration of this field affects the following windows: Aid, Assistance Requester, Approve Requesters, Aids and Entries, Payroll Integration and the range of the Payroll Integration Selection window.

Decimal Places/Hourly Paid Workers/Skilled Workers

The Personnel Administration will verify at the time of adjustment, adjustment and other calculations involving wages, in how many decimal places will the rounding occur. 2. The system let up to the user to inform the team later: does not make any checking on inclusion of the worker.

Creates Salary Record

Through this indication, it is possible that, when creating a job record, a salary record is automatically created, updating the structure \ class and level fields according to what is defined in the job to where the worker is being transferred.

History of Expenses

Through this indication, when the module is associated to the Personnel Management module and the Uses Nature of Expense field of the R048Def table is checked with S, the user can define as the module must behave as the creation or not of the Expense Nature Record when there is any change in the worker jobs record.

Identifies Education Degree

Through this indication, it is checked in the job transfers,if the worker corresponds to the education prerequisite demanded by the new job.

Control batches per User

It allows to indicate if the system must control the inclusion and change of Batches per user code:

• Yes. Indicating 'S', ' the code and the description of the user who carried out the inclusion/change, will be displayed on the Batch Registration window. From this, only this user can change it.
• No. The batch control per user is not used.

Inclusion of Duplicate Schedules

The system will consist of the "Working Times" tab that is being changed/included, to prevent them from being registered with several schedules containing the same information. Select one of the options to:

Administration Course Reservation

The registration of courses reservation now has the possibility to do the treatment per participant. Options Available:

1. Per participant - In this condition, the following menu items and windows will be changed:

It defines how the knowledge are searched when generating the knowledge evaluation.

In this field, it can be informed the quantity of days prior to the expiration date of the license file that must be achieved in order e-mail be sent. The e-mail is sent only once a day, and the recipient is the address informed in the field "Email for Warning".

E-mail for Notice

It can be informed the address to which an notice e-mail is sent when the quantity of days informed in the field "Notice Days Copy Validity" (above).

Responsible E-mail

It can be informed the address to which an notice e-mail is sent when there is an exception in the execution of the system, due to the routine of records update.

Remove from the Third Party the Responsible Laid-off

It allows informing which the system behavior must be when laying-off a worker who was indicated as being responsible for one or more third parties, as below:

Option	Description
Y - Yes	The association of the laid-off worker with all third party must be automatically undone, for which it is responsible, without asking to the user.
N - No	The association must not be undone.
P - Ask	For each third party for which the laid-off worker is responsible, the system will ask if the user really want to undo this association.

Historical Description of the Job

Valid information:

• Yes, when opting by Historical Description of the Job, the folder "Description" is substituted by the window "Description of Job", in which it is possible to store records of job descriptions. In Jobs and Salaries module, this window can be accessed through the menu Jobs > Jobs > Description, or through the Description button on the footer of the Jobs Information window, and in the Trainings module it can be accessed through the menu Tables > Jobs > Descriptions, or through the Description button on the footer of the Jobs Information window. In Security and Medicine module it is available the Description button on the window, in Security > ERPP per EHG > Information.
• No, the description of items is fixed.

Payment Sentence

It defines if the Integration folder and Execution folder are made available in the lawsuit registration, in the Legal module. Enables to use the routines of Labor Demand.

Checks the Access Time Events in the Write-off/Exclusion of ID Cards

It allows defining if the system must or not block the Write-off/Exclusion of a record of holder or temporary ID card when there are time events of access for this ID card (field R070ACC.UsoMar equal to 1). For the write-off, the blocking is done when the are time events with date and time equal or greater than the final date and hour informed. For the exclusion, the blocking is done when there are time events with date and time posterior to the initial date and time of the record. Report:

• Yes, the system must check the access time events in the write-off/exclusion of ID card records.
• No, the system must not check the access time events in the write-off/exclusion of ID card records.

Just the Administrator Changes Payroll/Time Events Permissions

This field is visible only in the Personnel Management and Time and Cafeteria Control modules, and it defines if only the Administrator users (as defined in the SGU) can change the items "Allows Calculating the Payroll", "Allows Changing the Electronic Clocking in/out" and "Allows Changing the Electronic Clocking in/out of Cafeteria", present in Others > Users > Calculation Permissions. If you enter "S" in this tag, the three items mentioned are not shown on the screen for users who are not Administrators. If "N" is entered, any user with access to the "Miscellaneous / Users / Permission Calculations" menu can change these three items.

Controls Technical Epidemiological Link (NTEP)

It allows to define if the system will use or not the routine that controls the NTEP. When informing Yes, the following windows and fields will be made available:

• Attendances (FR110MAT) - for the SM module only: on the Pitch tab, the field Nexus Risk;
• Leave (FR038AFA), the Accompaniment tab is enabled, and on the Subgroup CID, Nexus Risk, Expert Decision Date, Date Home Nexo and Initial Situation.

Uses Equivalence per Routine

It allows to define if the system uses the equivalence of training and improvement courses , in which the same requirement (course) can be used in more than one group of equivalence.

• Yes. In the information of equivalence groups of training and improvement course, it is available the Type field to indicate if the group is 'standard', that is, if it has the current behavior of the equivalences or 'Specifies per Routine'. In the equivalence groups with the type 'Specifies per Routine', it is allowed to register courses that are already listed in other groups. These groups are used in the requirements registration when there is need to consider equivalent courses different from the default, as the case of distinct jobs that have as requirement the same training course when one of the jobs admit equivalence with a certain set of courses and other job does not, what does not avoid conflicts in the registration of equivalences and duplication of courses.
  The equivalences of courses are used in the routines of Triage and Selection (Recruitment and Selection), Survey for Training Need and Checking of Course Prerequisites (Trainings).
  On the windows of the Trainings and Recruitment and Selection modules, the respective fields will be made available:

• (TR) Tables> Organizational Chart> RequirementsLocal - Improvement and Training folder, in which the field Group Eqv. (LNT)
• (TR) Tables> Positions> Requirements by Location / Position - Improvement and Training folder, in which the field Group Eqv. (LNT)
• (TR) In Tables> Courses> Courses Improvement - Pre-Req. Training and Improvement, the field Group Eqv. (Turmas) is already available.

When indicating this field with 'S' the system will open the window "Premiums for Org. Unit" by clicking on the Save button of the register of org. units from the org. chart and if there is an org. unit added in the table.

Always Replace Address as ZIP CODE

In the candidates and cities registration, it is possible to define the places, and when the ZIP CODE is indicated in the worker complementary form the system automatically fills out the Address, City and Neighborhood fields. Through this indication the following must be specified:

• Yes. When there is already an address filled out in the complementary form and a new ZIP CODE is indicated for the worker, the place data must be replaced.
• No. Keep the existing data.

Nr. of Unique Cadastre Among Company

Please state as below:

• S - Yes: use single registration number between companies. In the transfer between companies the employee will be kept in his / her original register (in the destination company) and the data of the previous record (of the origin company) will be transported to a register within the backup range defined in the company register, in the Readmission tab. This option is useful only if the database does not have any records repeated between companies.
• N - No: use single registration number between companies. In the transfer will be indicated the new register of the employee in the destination company and in the company origin will keep its original cadastre.

Hierarchical Cost Center

Indicate as below:

• Yes. The Cost center information is treated hierarchically and in certain models it is possible to list information with levels of totals and breaks.
• No. The cost center information does not have hierarchy.

Alternate Grid Colors

Indicate as below:

• Yes. It will enable the Even Line Color and Odd Line Color fields, that will receive the color selected by the user through the Search button of this field.
• No. The grids of the system will have their lines with default color, white.

Even Line Color and Odd Line Color

In these fields the user can select the colors that it wants the system takes over for the grids.

Management per Competencies

Select the desired option:

0. Deactivate. In this case, the routine is not used. When the customer has the license to use of this routine, this item is not available.
1. Under deployment. In this case, the routine is used and the old routines remain active.
2. Activate and keep legacy. In this case, the routine is used and the old routines remain active.

Alphanumeric Health Plan Enrollment

Through this field it is possible to define if the form of registration of the health plan code of the Employer and the dependent is numerical or alphanumeric:

• Yes. In this case, it is possible typing up to 20 alphanumeric characters.
• No. In this case, it is possible typing 11 numbers for the worker and 15 numbers for the dependent.

This indication serves to reload the dynamic range without the Middleware is restarted. For this, it is necessary to select 'Y'.

New Structure of Locations

Use this field to set the thresholds for levels and sub-levels in your organization charts. Note that this field is not natively available in the system, assuming the default value. If you need to use it, please contact Senior Account Executive.

If the check is "N - No" (system default):

• Levels: allows at most 12 levels;
• Sub-Levels: allows at most 1,296 sub-levels.

If it is "S - Yes":

• Levels: allows at most 24 levels;
• Sub-Levels: allows at most 46,656 sub-levels.

Registered Branches as a Company

This field should only be used by organizations using affiliated companies as a company in People Management | HCM, that is, they have more than one CNPJ root registered under the same company.

By changing this sign to "S - Yes", the system will eSocial layouts by branch, grouping them by the root of their CNPJ.

Default System Behavior	By changing the sign to "S - Yes"
For each company, it identifies through the Type Branch in the affiliate's registry which will be considered as the employer's branch. The preference will be for the affiliate of the type "E - Employer eSocial". If this does not exist, it will be considered the subsidiary "M - Matrix" or, in the case of a Domestic company, the "D - Doméstica"	For each company, it will look for the information of each branch registered with the Type Branch equal to "M - Matrix" and will send its information separately to eSocial, considering the grouping of the subsidiaries that have the same root CNPJ.
It is not necessary to inform the employer branch on the preliminary admission screen (FR034PRE).	Field is enabled Employee Branch on the preliminary intake screen (FR034PRE), being necessary to fill it with the code of the employer's branch linked to that pre-admission.

Through this tab it is possible to make the rehiring control of several categories of workers.

Ex-Third Party Rehired as Third Party
It allows to indicate if the system must consist the rehiring of third party.

Quantity of Days or Months for rehiring of an Ex-Third Party

It allows to report the quantity of months or days required to rehire an ex-third party. From this information, it is checked if the period between the final date of the third party and the initial date of the rehiring is greater than reported. Being greater, it allows to include it normally; If it is lesser, it sends an alert message asking if the user wants to continue.

Ex-Third party Rehired as an Employee

Indicates if the system must consist the rehiring of an ex-third party as an employee.

Number of Days or Months for the rehiring of a former third party as Employee

It allows to inform the quantity of months or days required to rehire an ex-third party. From this information, it is checked if the period between the final date of the ex-third party and the admission date of the new worker is greater than the informed. Former Temporary Employee

It allows to define if the system must consist the rehiring of third temporary employees.

Through this field it is possible to define if the system must consist the rehiring of employees by undetermined term.

It allows to indicate if the system must consist the rehiring of employees by undetermined term.

It allows to define if the system must consist the rehiring of employees by undetermined term (type of contract = 7).

From this information, it is checked if the period between the lay-off date of the former employee and the admission date of the new worker is greater than the informed. Statutory

It allows to define if the system must consist the rehiring of third temporary employees.

Amount of Days or Months for rehiring a statutory ex-employee

It is possible to inform the quantity of months or days required for rehiring a statutory former employee. From this information, the system will check if the period between the lay-off date of the statutory former employee and the admission date of the new worker is greater than the informed. Being greater, it allows to include it normally; If it is lesser, it sends an alert message asking if the user wants to continue.

Consist Workers with same CPF/PIS

It allows to indicate if the inclusion or change of employees and third parties that have the same number of CPF or PIS a already registered, must be consisted. Indicating 'Y' in the inclusion or change of an employee or third party, when passing by the CPF and PIS fields, the system checks if there is already any employee or third party registered with the same CPF code or PIS. If the value is already registered, the system sends an alert message, and the user can choose if continue or not.

This tab allows the manipulation, via special rule, the calculation of the vacation vesting period, Special Leave and Retirement.

Vacation Rule

Through this option, it is possible to inform a special rule for differentiated calculation of vacation entitlement of workers.

Special License Rule
From this option, it is possible to inform a special rule for differentiated calculation of entitlement of special leave of workers.

Retirement Rule

From this option, it is possible to inform a special rule for differentiated calculation of entitlement of retirement.

Inform in these fields the data about CPF, Name, Phone, Fax and Email of the person responsible for generating the annual routines of DIRF and RAIS.

This tab allows to configure the system to search information from other external tables to the Human Capital Management, via special rule, in the inclusion of a worker, third party, complementary form and other companies.

People

Uses External Table

It allows to Indicate if in the inclusion of workers, third party, candidates, complementary form and other companies, it is used external tables to the Human Capital Management | HCM module, created by the user itself.

The user will inform the code of the ID number and it is consisted when the cursor gets out of the field "ID Number". At this point, a window is opened with the user table data allowing the user to select a particular register (the selected information will be taken over by ID number typed) or cancel the window, continuing the manual inclusion.

Option I requires a special rule to work.

To run the rule per process 39, the External Table Name, Name Field Key External Table and Field Name Third Party Person fields are required, as well as the Uses External Table field must always be with the option "I" set.

External Table Name

In this field it is possible to define the name of the user table that contains the data to be brought to the employee register.

Person Employees Field Name - Person Third Party Field Name - Person Partners Field Name

Situation	Description
When Using External Table = I	Inform the name of the user field included in the employee register (R034FUN) and set in the rule to receive the value of the CodPesExt system variable.

You can enter the name of the user field included in the R122Cex (External Candidate) table and set in the rule to receive the value of the CodPesExt system variable.

It allows to inform the name of the key field of the user table, that contains the information to be brought to the information of other companies (R032OEM).

Zip Code Edition:

It allows to configure the mask of ZIP CODE according to user's need. The system windows that have the field of ZIP CODE will respect this setting.

This window allows to configure the use of the workers from each module of the Human Capital Management | HCM system, in relation to the control of the license file workers. It interacts directly with the registration of employees, third party and partners.

Workers Courting Grid

• Module - It presents the Human Capital Management | HCM module.
• Type of Worker - The counting control is individual, that is, per employee, third party and partner.
• Considers counting - It aims to define if the respective type of worker is considered or not in the counting of each module. This parameter is used for the counting of workers in the copy and as "default", the first system load, it is recorded with:

  Yes - for the
  • type "Employee" in all modules.
  No - for the types "Third Party" and "Partner" in all modules except Time and Cafeteria Control.
  

Accepts Workers: It allows to define how the workers not considered in the counting are treated. It is checked if the worker may or may not be used in a certain process as the count indicator located in the column "Considers", in the tab "Modules" of the register of employees, third parties and partners. Example of strategic process: In the Recruitment and Selection module, when including a record of course.

1. Changes the count indicator - When indicating a worker not considered in the module, it will automatically change it to be considered.
2. Criticizes and allows to change the indicator - it presents an alert message when indicating a worker not considered in the module, with the possibility to change the worker indicator.
3. Blocks - It avoids that the worker be used in module in specific situations.

This window allows to configure the control of pending caused by the transfers of company, branch, org. unit, cost center, job, schedule, and disconnection. The information will be generated in Workers > > Records >Pending.

In this guide are grouped the markings that affect only the Point Control and Canteen module. It is only displayed when the customer owns this module.

Default Site

Indicate the code of a default site, in case the customer opts for not to use the routine of sites. Thus, the code of the site is not displayed on the windows on which the collectors are displayed and the same functionality of version 5.3.2. is kept. The use of the routine of sites allows that the same base has collectors with the same code, but with different uses, because the registration of collector will be by site. In most companies there is no need to use the routine of sites, because there are not two or more collectors with the same code. In these cases, to simplify the evaluation routine, it is recommended to use the default site. If not using the default site,on all the windows where there is the collector code, the site code is also shown. If the company chooses to use the routine of sites, this field must be blank and it is necessary to change the import/export models and the customer specific reports that use collector.

Site for the Capture Clocking Event, Decree 373

This indication allows to insert only a specific site, which is of model "98 - Captura Decree 373", if it is used the routine of sites in the system and there is information in the time event read. If informing the "Default Site", the current field is not shown and it will have the same value as the field "Default Site".

Collector for the Capture Clocking Event, Decree 373

This setting allows to insert only collectors which the models are of type "98 - Captura Decree 373", in order to be considered if the information does not appear in the time event read.

Website for clocking events of Mobility

In this field, it is possible to define the site which is used for reading the clocking events, resulting from the Clock In/Out application. If the Default Site field is filled out, its information will be considered when reading the files of clocking events.

Collector for clocking events of Mobility

In this field, the collector is used for reading the clocking events, resulting from the Mobility - Clock In/Out application, must be reported. Only collectors that reference the model “96-Mobility” can be used for the site reported.

Number of Employees per Transaction in Calculation

This field indicates at each how many workers the system must record the transaction on the Bank. If letting it zeroed, the system assumes 20, which is the current way of treatment. If informing some value, the evaluation calculation will take it, being at maximum 20.

File Read by Record

Indicate if the reading of files of time events is carried out through the ID number of the worker ID card, as below:

• Yes - The reading is carried out based on the number of the worker ID number. It must be indicated in the field " Type of Worker for Reading" the type of default worker that is used to record the time events.
  When this option is selected, it is displayed on the window of for registration of Collector Models (menu "Collectors > Models") the "Company" tab . The code of the company with which the time event is recorded is obtained based on the registrations made in this tab. See the help of this new tab for further information about how to read, from the file, the worker ID number.
  Even by selecting this option, all workers must have an ID card record open-ended. Otherwise, the time events of workers without ID card record will be rejected.
  With this option selected, the fields "Company" and "Type of Worker " will not be shown on the Selection window of the evaluation calculation. Therefore, the user will only be able to calculate the evaluation to the active company and to the type of worker informed in the field " Type of Worker for Reading" (below). In addition, only the files relating to the active company (configured in " Collectors > Models" in the tab "Company", will be displayed on the evaluation calculation window.
• No - The reading is done based on the worker ID card (default behavior).

Contributor Type for Reading

Report the Type of default worker that is used by the system to record the time events when they are read based on the number of the workers ID number.

Consider the File of the Portaria 373 of the Current Day

Report if the files from Captura Decree 373 referring to the current day can be read for the Time and cafeteria Control module, as below:

• Yes - The files may be normally read , either manually or via automatic process of calculation.
• No - The files cannot be read. They will not be shown on evaluation calculation window and will be ignored by the automatic process of calculation. The reading these files can only be made on the day following to which they refer to.

Inform which operations must be considered as time adjustments and that, consequently, prevent that a particular date be reevaluated when the calculation with type 1 informing "N" in the indication "Undo the Situations Adjustments" is done.

1. Changes of Situation
   It will be considered as adjustments only the changes made in the situations. Therefore, if generated markings are changed, these changes will be undone when calculating the type 1 count, even if "N" is reported in the field Undo Hit Situations Calculation Calculation screen (FRCALAPU), or the field Undo hits is selected on the Recalculation screen in the Point Management module.
2. Changes of Situations or Time Events
   It will be considered as adjustments either the changes made in situations or changes made only in the time events.

Consider Exception Periods in the Calculation
If you use the feature that allows system users with extensions to branch, location, cost center, salary type, contract type, job title, link, and lot to work with different calculation periods and hits, that is, with exceptions . When entering "Y - Yes", enter the desired periods in the Exceptions tab on the calculation definition screen. With this, users that have the scope that is defined in the exception period, will work with the calculation periods and different hits.

The topics below do not consider the exception period, just the normal calculation period:

• System variables that return period dates, among others: IniCal, FimCal, IniApu, FimApu, IniAce, FimAce, DatIni, DatFim, MesExt, etc., in the rules:

Reading of AFD Files

This indication allows to define if the reading of time events is:

Type	Description
1 - Only by PIS	This option already comes indicated, when updating, by default of the system. In reading, the PIS is returned and, if it has more than one ID number, it stores these time events directly in R070MNC table.
2 - Company \ Collector Branch by PIS:	The PIS register is returned, which is in the time events file, by Company\Branch that is configured in the collector.

Apu. of Type 3-Flexible with Clearance

Type	Description
1 - Consider firstly the period worked	The system respects the period worked before and then verifies the departures, which will be considered until reaching the total hours of the set time for the day.
2 - Consider firstly the absence	The system firstly respects the absences and after that checks the works. While verifying departures, the amount of planned hours is limited, after which the works are checked and can all be turned into extra.

Beginning date Law 13.103 Drivers

This indication is optional and, when set a date for beginning of validity of law 13,103, the insertion of time events using reservation (Type of time event 20 - Time event of reservation) will be blocked to the user.

The definitions of reservation situations will be available for query of periods evaluated prior to the law.

Dealing with time bank on branch transfer
Determine if it will be possible to process the employee hours bank through the screens History and Collective Histories. By choosing "S - Yes".

Display confirmation when clearing after deleting generated tags
Determine if the Point Management system will only check the existing markings (of the screen), when the number of them on the day is different from the amount of the generated ones scheduled in the time. A confirmation message for this execution is displayed after deleting a meal markup generated on the hit screen, when editing the markings, and also when performing the check. For the new Point Management interface, this message is displayed only when you perform the calculation.

In this tab it must be informed, for each module, the percentage of the maximum number of workers available in license file that must be achieved for it to be sent an e-mail warning that the license file is reaching its limit. The e-mail address to which the notice is sent must also be informed separately per module.

Example: If you enter 97 in the column "Warning Overflow Prop. (%) ", and the owner has a maximum allowed number of 900 employees for that module, when there are 873 registered employees (97% of 900), the system will automatically send an e-mail to the address entered in the column" E-mail to Warning "of the respective module.

The checking of this percentage is made each time that the routine of systems that carries out the license file validation is used (Evaluation calculation, payroll calculation, etc.). There is a control so that the warning email be sent only once a day.

Exceeding License File Grid

Description (Module)

Displays the module name. I will be shown only the modules present in the license file of the client.

Warning Overflow Prop. (%)

Inform the percentage of the maximum number of workers available in license file that must be achieved, for it to be sent an email warning that the license file is reaching its limit.

Email for Warning

Inform the address to which a warning email is sent when the percentage informed in "License File Overflow Warning" is reached

From these fields the customer may inform how the control on the inclusion of the Binding records is done, as well as the Job and Schedule, when the code informed is the same as the previous one.

Inform how the control of the Employees' Links histories should be controlled.

Allow Same Positio
n Inform how the control of Employee Positions should be controlled.

Allows same Schedule
Inform how the control in the worker's Schedules records must be.

In this folder will be defined the criteria of use of the People routine to be made available in all modules of People Management | HCM.

Enable People Routine

If set to "Yes", the People menu is enabled just before the Collaborators menu.

Automatic search

This field is only enabled when the field "Enables the People Routine" is defined as Y - Yes. In this field it is possible to define if the window for searching people must or not be automatically displayed by including a new worker.

Employee vs. Person link

Set the mandatory binding between the worker and the person.

Dependent x Person link

Set the mandatory binding between the dependent and the person.

Candidate x Person Link

This markup is used when there is integration with the Recruitment and Selection module, in the candidate registration screen, to define the treatment of the link between the candidate and the person (mandatory, optional or not to generate).

Uses workstation

Set whether to use the job routine. If you inform "S - Yes", the routine is enabled and the necessary menus for registering and maintaining the stations will be displayed.

Composition Workstation

Inform the composition of the position to be generated in the implementation of the proposals for creating new positions.

Change in Job Post Features

Inform the expected behavior of the system when the characteristics of the workstation are changed, indicating if the entries linked to the station should be updated according to the new characteristics. The linked records that make up this control are: employees and their history, requests for vacancy and requisitions.

Requests and requests will only be handled and considered if there is integration with the Recruitment and Selection module at the owner.

It will not be possible to change the characteristics if there are requests or requests related to the station that are outside the scope of the active user.

This implementation is not available for SQL Server and Sybase Server banks.

Block Access Invalid Triggers
The field allows to define if the checking must be made or not.

Verification Type
Regardless of the type of checking chosen, it occurs only in the first login of the day.

Enter the email of the Database Administrator to send warnings about invalid triggers.

This tab is displayed only when the new Recruitment and Selection module is used.

The default values for records can be defined or selected in the following items:

  When informing the default training course with this default value, it is possible to inform any description for it.
• Default Improvement Course
  When informing the default improvement course with this default value, it is possible to inform any description for it.
• Standard Teaching Entity
  When informing the default teaching entity with this default value, it is possible to inform any description for it.

In this tab it is possible to define a letter paper (via HTML code) that is used in the routine of email sending of Human Capital Management | HCM module.

Enable QL Legacy

In this field, the user defines if it wants to enable the menus and fields of the legacy from the Headcount module.

• Yes. When informing this option, the menus and fields from the Headcount module legacy will be available.
• No. In this case, the menus and fields from the Headcount module legacy will be unavailable.

The fields related to the legacy of the table of openings that are enabled/disabled are as follows:

Uses Control Vacancies per Posto

This option enables you to activate the Job Control and Workplace Budget routine in the Schedule and Budget.

Maintain Job Reservation History Requisitions

Options:

• "1 - Yes" - When completing, canceling or suspending a requisition, in case there are pending candidates for admission to the Personal Administration, the system maintains the vacancy reserve until its effective date.
• "2 - No" - When completing a request, the system does not keep the reservation of vacancies.

After created requisition for the post ADM01, to increase the table to 5 vacancies on 01/01/2016 and selected 3 candidates (1,2 and 3).

On 01/02/2016 3 candidates were successful in Recruitment and Selection.

On 01/02/2016, candidate 1 was admitted to the Personnel Administration, on 01/03/2016 candidate 2 was admitted and candidate 3 was not yet admitted.

Summary of Vacation Receipt
The field allows to define a customized model for the summary of vacation receipt. If no value is informed, you will use the FPRE064.COL model -Summary of Vacation Receipt.
