ERPP Information

ERPP is the acronym for environmental risk prevention Program. This record has as main objective to identify the physical area covered by the control of the ERPP.

Through this window, it is possible to include, change and delete the ERPPs registration.

Organization Chart Table
To register a ERPP cannot change the code of the organization chart Table when this ERPP is already bound to any review of EHG that has informed local.

A same record of ERPP can only have companies with the same organization chart. To change the chart of a company linked to a directory of ERPP, this company is not a member of ERPP set, and on the branches of this company, the register must be closed with the last date of the amended information.

Office Structure
To register a ERPP cannot change the Code Structure of positions when the ERPP is already bound to any review of EHG that has positions posted.

A same record of ERPP can only have companies with the same structure of positions. To change the structure of positions of a company linked to a directory of ERPP, this company is not a member of ERPP set, and on the branches of this company, the register must be closed with the last date of the amended information.

Informa Exame
This field is informational only, for use in rules and customized reports.

Responsible PPP
In this field, you can inform the Responsible PPP only when there is a registrant in the module (through the window directory of People) and/or linked to a collaborator. If it is not being used the routine of people, it is possible to register the Charge through the affiliate registration PPP.

PPP Examination Justification
Justification to list the PPP, when no tests.

Strategy and Methodology

Describe a customized action methodology for the PPRA. When this field is filled in, its content is presented as a new section of the PPRA Conceptual Part (SMGH001) report, just after section "3 - General Stock Planning".

Guide Reviews

In all registration of ERPP is required to register at least one review.

Revision
You cannot repeat the same code in a ERPP.

Beginning
The system does not allow the registration of more than one valid review in the same period.

Responsible LTCAT Guide

In this guide it is possible to define those responsible for the environmental report (LTCAT), which may be valid for all branches affiliated to the PPRA Register.

Beginning
The system does not allow the registration of more than one person in charge of the LTCAT in the same period.

Resp. LTCAT
When the EHG is used, LTCAT is replaced by this branch of the register of the ERPP.

Branch Office Guide

Org. Unit
Through the Site you can link a ERPP to a branch and specific location. In the generation of PPP by EHG, the information from particular site dev ERPP will be considered, overriding the comprehensive information on ERPP for specific period subsidiary.

This feature allows the registration of information in third-party environments ERPPs (borrowers).

Branch
It is not possible to register, in the same period, a branch or filial\local that is valid in another directory of ERPP.

You cannot delete a branch or a ERPP filial\local that already have jobs or employees.

Risk Activities Guide

In this guide you are informed of where the PPRA should look for the descriptions for the activities of risk, being it possible to be from the GHE review register, job description or job description, with the possibility of using the three options simultaneously .

GHE activity
It defines whether risk activities will be sought from the GHE Review in Security> PPRA by GHE> Review of GHE, in the field of Risk Activities.

Activity Charge
This option is only active when the system is configured to use the description of positions of historical form.

Job Description items
This field is enabled when the Job Activity field is set to Yes. You can only report items from the Structure of positions defined for the ERPP. To insert multiple items, separate the addresses by using a comma.

Post Activity
This option is only active when the system is configured to connect the EHGs with employees through the workplace.

Structure Posts
This field is enabled when the Activity field Station is set to Yes.

Post description items
This field is enabled when the Activity field Station is set to Yes.

LTCAT Guide

Fill in this guide for LTCAT print information. When issuing any report that uses this information, the system first checks to see if they are populated in this PPRA record tab. If it does not find it, check the same fields in the LTCAT tab of the security settings by company screen (FR086DEF). If both are empty, the section will not appear in reports.

Activities desc.

Position or Post
Through these buttons you can access the job description and positions desired tab according to the respective button used. These buttons are not available when only the Occupational Medicine module is installed.

Duplicate

ERPP Button

Opens the PPRA Duplication screen by GHE (FRDUPGHE), where it is possible to individually duplicate a current revision of the GHE for a new revision.

GHE Reviews button

Opens the Duplicate Revisions GHE (FRREVGHE), where it is possible to collectively duplicate multiple revisions of the GHE.
