Description of Jobs
This window is available only when in Other > Indications, Information tab, the Job Historical Description field is defined as Yes. In this case, the Description button appears on the Jobs registration window, and this window may be accessed.
Through this window it is possible to describe Jobs and Positions.
This window comprises:
- Filters which make possible to search for desired jobs or positions.
- Jobs tab with its descriptions.
- Positions tab with its descriptions.
Jobs tab.
This tab is divided into:
- Listing of Jobs according to the reported filters and their respective revisions:
It is also possible to filter the jobs. A field that allows to insert the name of the desired job or part of it is displayed at the top of the listing of jobs. To make the filter, click the button
. Each job listed has the option “New Revision”. When clicking on it, a field is enabled to report the new revision date. When there already is a revision registered, it is possible to copy the revision information for the new date. To delete a revision, click with the right button on it to enable the Delete Revision option.
- Job Descriptions Grid in the selected revision:
For each revision of job, this panel displays the items that describe the job, registered in Tables > Jobs > Structures, Items tab.
In the chart on the right, it is possible to include additional information for each job description item in the selected revision. The limit of the description is up to 400 characters. If it exceeds, check the description or the possibility of dividing the information into more than one record with the same period.
- Risk Activities Grid:
It enables to determine the risk activities linked to the selected job. The activities reported in this grid can be registered from the menu Tables > General > Activities.
- Detailed Description Grid
Presents description in details about activity selected in the Risk Activities grid.
Positions Tab
Note
This tab is available only when the Position routine is enabled.
This tab is divided into:
- Listing of Positions according to the reported filters and their respective revisions:
It is also possible to filter the positions. A field that allows to insert the name of the desired position or part of it is displayed at the top of the listing of positions. To make the filter, click the button
.
- Filter positions of the Job: This field has a selection box that when checked, only shows the positions of the selected job in the panel of jobs.
- Advanced Search: When clicking this option, a window for the advanced filter of positions is displayed, with the following options:
- Filter the Positions with features below the date:
- For the fields below you can enter several items, as long as they are separated by commas:
- Company
- Branch
- Local
- W. Cost Office HierarchyType Contract
This field has a selection box that when checked enables a field for the date that must be considered in the filtering of the fields.
Each job listed has the option “New Revision”. When clicking on it, a field is enabled to report the new revision date. When there already is a revision registered, it is possible to copy the revision information for the new date. To delete a revision, click with the right button on it to enable the Delete Revision option.
- Job Descriptions Grid in the selected revision:
For each revision of job, this panel displays the items that describe the job, registered in Tables > Jobs > Structures, Items tab.
Note
The Positions allows the user to determine differentiated descriptions from a same job to different departments of the company. For example: The responsibilities of the Production Coordinator job are the same for the whole company, however, the main results are different for the Production Coordinator of Weaving and Dyeing.
In the chart on the right, it is possible to include additional information for each position description item in the selected revision.
- Risk Activities Grid:
It enables to determine the risk activities linked to the selected job. The activities reported in this grid can be registered from the menu Tables > General > Activities.
- Detailed Description Grid
Presents description in details about activity selected in the Risk Activities grid.
Important
The Risk Activities grid will be visible only when on the Labor Safety Configuration window (FR000SEG), the Risk Activities field is with option 2 - Per description item of job/position or directly in the job/position, or 3 - Directly in the job/position.
Buttons
"+" (plus sign)
Used to separate risk activities. It will be available when on the Labor Safety Configuration window (FR000SEG) the Risk Activities field is with option 1 - Per item of the job/position description or 2 - Per item of job/position description or directly in the job/position.
Job
Through this button it is possible to access the selected Job Information window.
Position
Through this button it is possible to access the selected Position Information window.
