Positions
Make the registration and maintenance of the jobs of a given structure. Each structure may have as many positions as needed.
Before creating new jobs, you must register Structure of Stations. To use the work routine, perform a Restructuring Workplaces, create the posts according to their characteristics and allocate the employees that are in the standard structure.
Structure of Positions
Please inform to which structure the work station will be registered / changed. For the structure "001-Standard Structure - Internal system use" it is not allowed to make changes to the standard position, in this way, the system does not allow to change its characteristics. In addition, it is not allowed to create new jobs within this framework.
Position Code
Determine the code of the post to be registered / changed.
Duplicate
With this button you can access the Work Station Duplication.
Information
Date Creation
Inform the date of creation of the Job Post. Required field.
The date can be changed when there is no employee allocated at the job and when it is higher than the date of creation of a second position feature.
When registering positions, the codes of positions cannot contain spaces in their extremes, which may result in inconsistencies if this practice is not adopted.
Description
Please provide a description for the job. Required field.
Profile
Enter the profile set for the Position. The features of position will be enabled for registration according to the profile informed.
Last User change
User who made the last change in the registry of this station.
Last Date / Time change
Inform the date and time when the last change in the information of this position has occurred.
Characteristics
Define the characteristics that make up the station.
Beginning Date
Inform from which date the reported characteristics are valid. The same position may have different features, since in other periods.
When you change the field Date Creation the system, the system automatically adjusts the Date Home of the first review of the characteristics of the Post, provided that the new creation date of the post is lower than the date of creation of a second Post feature.
Various Positions
It allows to inform if this position involves several jobs. In this field it is possible to inform 'Y' only if it is defined in the Profile.
Note
This field is associated to the extent of the employee:
- When Several positions = "N - No", the system considers the jobs with characterized and uncharacterized jobs that have been defined within the scope of the user.
- When Several positions = "S - Yes", the system considers only the jobs and positions that have been defined, which have been defined in the scope of the user.
Job
Please inform the position valid for this position.
Contributor type
Enter the type of employee valid for this position.
Type of Vacancy
Enter the type of vacancy that is valid for this position. When there is information in the Bond, O Type of Position will be filled automatically.
Taker
The field is enabled only when the Taker Feature of the Profile of Positions FR017PER window is "Optional" or "Mandatory", being the type of feature configuration also valid for the field.
Note
This field is used only for the generation of eSocial Lotação*, and is not related to the Routine of Takers of the company information.
Jobs
When in the Several Jobs field it is reported the option 'Y', the other jobs which will be valid for this position in this grid, must be indicated here. Here you define the characteristics of the job and in which positions the employees can be.
When the field Change in the Characteristics of the Postthe Miscellaneous Ticks screen (FR000ASS), you have the option "Automatically update histories" or "Ask if you want to update the history and the employee's registration", the Updating of records linked to the characteristics of the FRACCOOL) is opened and allows you to inform the destinations for the altered jobs in the characteristics grid, when it has some stocking at the workstation.
A particular job did not use the field Various Positions, only an informed position, and starts to use various positions, but none corresponds to the previous position of the characteristics. Thus, when set to "Automatically update histories" or "Ask if you want to update collaborator logs and records" in the field Change in the Characteristics of the Postthe Miscellaneous Ticks screen (FR000ASS), the Update of entries linked to the Job FRACCOOL) that allows to inform to which position configured in the characteristics of the position the employees of the previous position must go.
The same situation is valid when it is the case that the characteristic of the job has three positions (1, 2 and 3) informed and in these employees have been allocated. When changing the characteristics, from 1,2 and 3 to 4,5 and 6, in the update screen it is essential to set the before and after. That is, inform that the employees of post 1 of this post will be relocated to position 5, and those in positions 2 and 3 in the position 6. And, for this situation, feature title 4 will not have any allocated developer.
Special needs
When in the field Allows PcD it is defined that the station allows to inform the deficiencies allowed for that work station in the period of validity of the characteristic, this grid is enabled. The deficiencies allowed for this job must be reported in this grid.
Rule by Entity
When inserting, changing or deleting features, the rules per entity that are configured in Tables > General > Rules per Entity (FR000RPE), will be executed, bound to the R017CAR entity.
When inserting a new position, and already informing its features, the rule of change will be executed, because the first feature is inserted directly by the database and the Feature tab opens in the condition of editing the existing register.
Groups of Users
In this tab you should be informed of which user groups the informed employees / users are members. When informing a group of users on this window the user will automatically inherit its permissions and ranges. This operation has no influence on the user groups registered in the Senior Gerenciador de Usuários.
Control of Vacancies
Only available with specific owner of Job Control by Job Post. When registering a position, the system must allow the user to inform how the control of vacancies of the position will be, on a historical way.
Control vacancies
Inform how will be control of vacancies of each job. If the control of vacancies is done through a pooling station, the balance will be calculated considering the expected and effective picture of all the posts that compose it. The occupation of grouped positions does not depend on the forecast headcount, since it does not exceed the quantity of vacancies of the grouper position.

Grouper Position
It is possible to report the grouper position when the type of control is 2. The grouper position must be from the same structure of positions in question and must control the vacancies.
Salary Information
Wage Structure Tell which salary structure the job belongs to. The structures (salary tables) must be registered in the Register of Salary Structures window. The company may use this information to provide the salary of its workers, when there is a transfer of the position. Or, for classification of positions before the salary table(s) of the company. If it does not use this information, leave the field zeroed.
Class / Level Instruction
Inform the maximum class and the level, which the worker can reach, if has no instruction required in the position. That is, the company may check if the worker has the minimum instruction required by the position, and if not, it will not receive salary adjustments (with the exception of legal adjustments), when its salary reaches the maximum salary reported as the maximum in the instruction class/level.
Quantity of Points
Register the quantity of points that the position has reached in the evaluation of positions. It will be useful for the salary table maintenance. It will also be useful to adjust the position in the corresponding class of table.
Premiums
According to the Decree MTE No. 1885 from 12/2/2013 - that determines the receipt of hazardous premium for workers who perform security activities, and carrying out specific jobs - in this tab it is possible to register the Risk Premium per Job, regardless the Org. Unit where this professional acts.
Beginning Date
Register the beginning date of the premiums for the position.
% Insalubrity
Indicate the percentage of insalubrity due,and may be zeros This information will be returned in the function: RetAdiEmp and in the PerInsEmp system variable.
% Hazard
Indicate the percentage of Hazard due,and may be zeros This information will be returned in the function: RetAdiEmp and in the PerInsEmp system variable.
Factor Length of Service Men
Indicate the factor to convert the period worked by the worker on these percentages, to calculate the length of service for retirement. This information will be returned in the function: RetInfSalPos.
Factor Length of Service Women
Indicate the factor to convert the period worked by the worker on these percentages, to calculate the length of service for retirement. This information will be returned in the function: RetInfSalPos.
Special Retirement
Indicate, if the worker is entitled, the amount of years due to Special Retirement. This option will be returned in the functions: RetInfSalPos and in the ApoEspEmp system variable after running the RetAdiEmp function.
Position entitles special retirement with 25 working years, if requiring non-special retirement, it allows to multiply this length of service by 1.4 for men and by 1.2 for women.
End Period
It enables to close the additional records informed in the system, making it possible to take other types of records in the sequence of search. That is, with this period, it is possible to finalize an existing record and assume a lower hierarchical level. Competency considers the last day of the month in the search for valid addition.
Attachments
The functionality of attaching multiple files on a window is composed of a guide containing a list of attached files, a preview pane and a panel with the option to attach file.
The Attachments are displayed in a list containing the name of each file and a description. When there is no attached file, the file name is not displayed. To activate the option to attach a file it will be run the opening window of the Windows' files. When informing the file, this will be stored and the name of the file must be displayed.
The description of the name of the attached file appears as a hypertext link (underlined and blue color). When clicking on the file name with right-clicking a context menu is run.
When the selected file in the list is a supported image (*.BMP;*.GIF;*.JPG;*.PNG; etc.), it will be displayed in the preview pane, otherwise, it is displayed in the same location as the "Preview not available" message.
This Panel is displayed on the right side of the list of attached files and allows resizing.
