Position Duplication
Through this process, it is possible to duplicate the Position and its structure.
The system displays the code and the name of the origin position in the title of the window.
Information about the fields:
Code
The code of the origin position is suggested and the code of the new position must be reported, which must be different from the positions already registered.
Description
In this field, it is mandatory to define a description for the new position.
Consider in duplication
It is possible to select the items related to the origin position that will be considered in duplication. By default, all items of the list are selected.
Features
The reviews of the features from the origin position and its structure (jobs, disabilities) will be copied.
Hierarchy
The new position will be included in the same level of the origin position, considering all types of hierarchy and their respective reviews.
Description of Positions
The reviews of the description of the origin positions will be copied.
Groups of Requirements
The new position will be included in all the group of requirements that the origin position is bonded.
EHG
The EHG records of the origin positions will be copied.
When there is a license file for Control of Vacancy per Position, the Headcount per Position will be duplicated with quantity of vacancies zeroed and Record of Control of Vacancy per Position.
When copying information, the system considers the creation date of the new position, so that the new position cannot be bonded to some reviews of items related to the origin position.
The user fields will be considered during the duplication.
The extinction date of the origin position will not be copied. The extinction date of the new position will be zeroed.
The active user of the system at the duplication moment will be assigned to the user of the last change.

The system allows customization of the duplicate information through the process rule 839 - Duplicate Workstation.
