Position Structure
Through this window it is possible to register a position structure.
Information
The information of position structure precedes the Position registration and its features in Companies > Positions > Positions.
In the structure "001-Structure Standard - internal use system", it is not allowed to make changes to the default position, in this way, the system does not allow to change its characteristics, in addition, it is not allowed to create new jobs within this structure. Before creating new jobs, it is necessary to register a Job Structure.
To use the Position routine, must perform a Position Restructuring and create the positions according to its features and allocate the workers who are in the default structure.
Organization chart
Whenever a new current org. chart structure is informed from certain date, a new feature must be created, with the new organization chart for the positions which org. unit feature is mandatory and the new org. unit corresponding.
Jobs
Whenever a new current org. chart structure is informed from certain date, a new feature must be created, with the new jobs structure for the positions which job feature is mandatory. The job can be copied only for the new feature if it continues valid in the new structure.
Description items
The items registered in this tab are used in Charges and Salaries, in Positions> Positions> Description in the Position Description pane in the selected revision.
Job Openings Plan
This guide is only available with the owner of the Frame Control by Workplace routine and has the purpose of grouping the definitions related to the control of the table of vacancies by workstation. Each position structure can have one or more plans of vacancies.
There must be only one current plan for companies that use the positions structure. The term of the plan must be less than 24 months. The validity of the plan will not be allowed to be changed when there is some register in the table of Headcount per Position.
It is possible to indicate if the absent workers must be considered in the calculation of the balance, by deducting the quantity of absent workers away from staff. The register of situation is defined if the absence situation must be considered and which is the grace period. Example: Only sick leave is greater than 90 days.
It is possible to indicate if the vacancies available of requisitions in progress must be considered in the staff count. In the information of the type of request, it is also possible to indicate if the personal request must be considered in the headcount.
It is possible to indicate if the requests of vacancy openings must be considered in the staff count. The requests under approval will be considered.
Balance = Forecasted opening – ((Staff - Absents) + No. of vacancies of requests in progress + No. of vacancies under approval). Balance Date: It is possible to indicate which will be the reference date used to determine the balance of vacancies.
It is possible to indicate how many days grace period must be considered to determine the balance of vacancies. It is enabled only when the Date Balance field is 4.
It is possible to specify the unit of time used to define the visualization of the balance evolution based on the reference date displayed when the user tries to perform an operation and there is no vacancy.
Configured as Unit of Time 1-Weeks and Interval before 5 and interval after 5. When registering an admission to 5/13/2013 and there are no vacancies for the position, the balance evolution per position with 5 weeks before 5/13/2013 and 5 weeks after this date, will be presented.
It is possible to indicate the frequency in which the balance must be displayed before the reference date, whereas the unit of measurement selected.
Exhibit the balance of five weeks before the reference date, where the Periodicity = Weeks and Interval before = 5.

Exhibit the balance of thirty days after the reference date, where the Periodicity = Days and Interval after = 30.
It is possible to define the control of vacancies per position when transferring workers from positions.
It is possible to define how the control of vacancies per position will be when admitting workers.
Note
The checking of the table when creating requirements and opening of vacancies in the Recruitment and Selection module, it is determined by the indication "It Consists Vacancy" in the register of the type of requests.
When the type of control is 2-Checks existing vacancies and it allows to include subject to permission, when the balance of vacancies is zero the system will present a window requesting the user data and password that will authorize the operation. This user must be a member of a group that allows to authorize movements.
It is possible to define the default profile that will be used for the creation of new positions to implement proposals of this type. Only the profiles whose type of position can be occupied will be available.
You can set the default profile for new groupers. Only the profiles whose type of station is grouping are available.
It is possible to set the default hierarchy for approval of proposals for the positions creation. It will be available only the types of hierarchy with a valid revision at the beginning date of the plan validity.

When this field is marked with "N - No", the system will not allow you to exclude the vacancy plan if there are employees in the workstations. Otherwise, the system allows operation.
Inform the Appointment to be used to generate occurrences of pending for proposals approval, to the proposal evaluators.
Inform the rule that must be called after each occurrence of appointment generated.
Inform the quantity of occurrence days, to be added to the end of the occurrence execution.
Allocate Hierarchy
Determine how new jobs in the hierarchies should be allocated:
- "1 - As put father": allocates the new rank in all the hierarchies in which the father station consists;
- "2 - It allows to select hierarchies": it allows in the effective, the selection of the hierarchies in which the father station consists;
- "3 - Do not allocate": does not allocate the new rank in the hierarchies.
Manage temporary vacancy
Indicate if the plan in question will serve to control temporary vacancies.
Hierarchy Temporary Vacancies
If you define the use of the temporary vacancy control, determine the default hierarchy to use in approving proposals for changes in the vacancy area. It will be available only the types of hierarchy with a valid revision at the beginning date of the plan validity.
Companies that use the vacancy plan
It allows to indicate which are the companies that use the plan of vacancies and if the plan is active. I will be allowed to indicate only companies that use the position structure of the plan. When informing the company, the system must check if it is set out in another plan which the period is overlapping the current plan and will impede the operation.
Important
- When registering a plan of vacancies, the daily, weekly and monthly calendar of this plan will be persisted and kept on the database.
- When inserting a plan of vacancies or change the validity period of the plan, the calendar will also be updated.
- When generating the daily, weekly and monthly calendars, it will be considered the last day of period of the plan.
