Registration of Jobs

In this screen are registered the existing positions in the company and also others that will be used. All registered jobs must receive a title, Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) and Salary structure.
Guides
Report the code of the jobs structure to which the job belongs.
Report the code given by the company to identify the jobs.
Job name (in this field, the name must have up to 30 positions).
Report the full name of the job, without abbreviations.
Shipping Assistant.
Report the code of the job complexity, and can be: L - Low, M - Medium or H - High. According to the complexity, it is possible to define the training requirements, schooling and other.
A job with medium complexity needs schooling at a senior level.
If the company uses alphanumeric codes in the registration of jobs, fill in this field. It can be used in reports to camouflage the numeric encoding of the job, by adopting, in this case the Alpha code.
Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO)
Report the code of this job, according to the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO).

The code reported will be used for the Caged* and RAIS*.

Information about CBO 2002 can be found on the Ministry of Labor website ( http://www.mtecbo.gov.br/cbosite/pages/home.jsf).
Report the code of the job hierarchically superior to the job that is being registered.
Indicate to which hierarchical level the job belongs as, for example, leadership, supervision and management. This information can be used as requirement in the screening/selection in the Recruitment and Selection module.
It is only a cadastral information, which can be used in a workflow for making decision. It is possible to check to which hierarchical level the worker job in question is related to and, from this information, opt for stopping the process or perform another action as, for example, create a pending for a certain subject.
It is not possible generating the leadership registration only with information of this field. What can be done is: use it as a way to help the customized rule/routine that will generate the leadership registrations.
Note
Currently, the system does not have a routine that generates the leadership per hierarchy. In this situation, a rule or customized report must be created. For this purpose, it is necessary to involve the Customized Services team.
Report the Acting Area of the job as, for example: Board, Management and Supervision. This information can be used as requirement in the screening/selection.
The number of hours registered in this field is used in routines of salary adjustment, being that the worker salary is calculated based on this information.
The field is visible only when, in Companies registration (Companies > Companies), the Control Contract Hours field is with value S.
This field is considered by the system only when:
- In Companies registration, the Control Contract Hours field is with value S.
- In Salary Structure registration, the Information field is with value 2-Monthly; the Type of Salary reported for the adjustment is 1-Monthly Paid Worker.
Indicate the nature expense of the job.
It carries out a classification of jobs, through the type of System of Jobs. This information can be used in salary changes, when there is need to change salaries only for a group of jobs (administrative or executive).
The system of job is a table that the company can define according to its classification need.
Indicate the creation date of each job. The system uses this information validating, if at the time you want to use this job, it already belongs to the company’s structure of job.
Indicate the extinction date of each job. The system uses this information validating, if at the time you want to use this job, it still belongs to the company’s structure of job. This date can not be changed after the start of eSocial
Due to the generation of the S-1030 and S-1040 layouts, it is not possible to include an extinction date if there are active history linked to this charge. It is also not possible to change the extinction date after the start of eSocial.
Report the percentage that will be considered in the calculation for the premium of function.
In Charges and Salaries, this field is only displayed when the module is integrated with Personnel Administration.
CNH Required
Inform if the position in question requires the employee's CNH registration for the generation of eSocial. If "S - Yes" is informed, it will be verified if the complementary form of the employee is CNH (Contributors> Cadastral File> Complementary (FR034CPL)).
The data of the driver's license should be informed if the employee performs the activity of driver of transport of passengers and / or cargo.
Mandatory Class Organ
State whether the position to be registered requires filling in the field referring to the Required Class for the generation of the eSocial. If "S - Yes" is informed, it will be checked whether the employee's supplementary form includes the Mandatory Class Body (Contributors> Cadastral File> Complementary (FR034CPL)) This field must be filled in if the employee holds a position in which the registration in the corresponding class organ is obligatory.
Professional Board Abbreviation
Report the Professional Board Abbreviation referring to the job.
Report a path to the file. It will be open when clicking the Description button, on the footer of the window,

This file can be a text document that describes the job.
This field enables to attach a file to the job information. The main intention is to enable the user to report the path to a file which contains the Creation Law of the job. The file reported in this field can be open through the Creation button existing on the footer of the window.
This field enables to attach a file to the job information. The main intention is to enable the user to report the path to a file which contains the Extinction Law of the job. The file reported in this field can be open through the Extinction button, existing on the footer of the window.
Note
It is enabled only when the job extinction date is registered in the Extinction Date field, located on this window.
Authorized Electrical Installations
This field allows to send information of workers to the eSocial, who are authorized to work in electrical installations.
A brief description about a certain job can be added in this field.

Beginning Date
Register the beginning date of salary information.
Salary Structure
Report to which salary structure the job belongs. The structures (salary tables) must be registered on the Information of Salary Structures window. The company can use this information to structure its workers’s salary, when there is transfer of job. Or, to classify the jobs before the salary table(s) of the company.
If the company does not use this information, the field must be left zeroed.
Report to which initial class/level of the salary table, each job fits.
Report to which final class/level of the salary table, each job fits.
Report the class and maximum level that the worker can reach, if there is no instruction required in the job. That is, through rules, in the Jobs and Salaries module, the company may check if the worker has the minimum instruction required by the job, and if not, it will not receive salary adjustments (except legal adjustments), when its salary reaches the maximum salary reported as the maximum in the instruction class/level.
Indicate the type of salary of the worker, that will be related to each job.
Indicate the schooling required for this position.
Report the quantity of experience time required, according to the information in the Type of Experience field: from Y-Years or M-Months.
Register the quantity of points that the job has reached in the evaluation of jobs, which will be useful for the maintenance of the salary table. It will be also used to adjust the job in the corresponding class of the table.
Note
The following rules per process are available for this tab:
- 480 - Enter Salary Information of the Position;
- 481 - Change the salary information of the position;
- 482 - Delete the job salary information.
They will be called in the processes to Insert, Change and Delete Salary Information, making available in the rule the fields from tables of Jobs (R024CAR) and Record of Job Salary Information (R024HIS) and with support to user field. It will not be possible to change the value of key fields from the two tables via rule.
Note
These rules per process will also be called through the Structure button of the job information, therefore, the TipoInfSal system variable must be used in the rule, in case you want to know if the rule has been called by the process of the Salary Information tab or by the Structure button. The variable will have the following value:
- When the process is performed by the Salary Information tab;
- When the process is run by the Structure button.

This tab allows to attach files related to the job. It displays the list of files to the left, the panel for previewing files to the right and buttons for actions related to the files in its inferior part.
List of Files and Display Panel
The Attachments are displayed in a list containing the name of each file and a description.
When the file selected in the list is a supported image (*.BMP;*.GIF;*.JPG;*.PNG; etc.), it is displayed in the previewing panel.
When clicking on the name of the file with the right-clicking a context menu is displayed with the following options: Open, Save as, and Remove.
This tab is used to insert information about public offices.
Fill out with the date from which this information is in force.
Define if the job has possibility to be accumulated to others, or not.
Report if the job has possibility of special time counting.
Indicate if the job requires or not exclusive dedication.
Report the law which has originated the public office.
Report the date of the law publishing.
Define the situation which has generated the law.
Santa Catarina - e-Sfinge
The fields present in this section are used in the generation of the file archives for e-Sfinge, from Santa Catarina.
If it is a Public Organ, this field will be available to select, for each position registered, the types of chart: general, specific or special.
If the Board uses multiple companies to control assets / inactive / pensioners, all companies need to have the same fee structure.
