Jobs Structure
It allows to register the job structure, through the Structure and Levels folders.
In the Structure tab, it must be informed on which job level the workers will be registered.
In the Levels tab, it must be defined the quantity of levels and positions of the company jobs structure.
Register a code for each job structure. This code will be entered in the company register, so the structure that the company will use.
Description or name of the structure of jobs that is being created.
Structure
Register the level of workers, WPRP and Research.
Inform in which job level the workers will be registered.
Note
It is not allowed to change the Level of Workers when there already are workers registered in jobs of different levels. This checking will be made only to the current Structure of Jobs and if the level reported is different from zero.
Indicate to each level of the jobs structure they will be considered for verification of vacancies (in the Headcount module).
If this item is informed with "3", when performing the normalization all workers that are on a level greater than 3, they will be considered until this level.
Indicate which level of jobs structure may be considered and treated in some specific reports. The job description will be the same description as this level.
Note
The system does not do any automatic process with the information of this field, therefore, when filled out or not, the treatment of jobs structure will be the same.
Inform the level of the job code and subsequently the description that must be displayed on the window and in the models of the Register Form.
Only the contractual job will be displayed as parametrized in this option. The part of job changes will be fully demonstrated.
The job structure of the company has three levels, being that the workers have records in the 3 level:

Using the table above, let's say that a worker has a record with the 1.1.2 job. The demonstration would be:

Levels
Register the levels of job with quantity of positions and the description items.
It is possible to make changes only in levels of a structure when there is still no job registered for this structure.
Inform the levels of each job and the quantity of positions of each level.
Items
It allows to register the items that the company wants to use in the description of jobs, such as autonomy, experience and decision-making level, for example.
To delete one or more items from the grid, press the CTRL and DEL keys on the line to be deleted.
Register the items used in the description of all jobs that make up the structure. When accessing the window for jobs registration, all items registered will be displayed, being that the module does not allows the user to delete these items from this window. It is only allowed the deletion of comments attributed to them in a differentiated way in each job.
