Requirements per Org. unit/Job

When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.

Corresponds to the registration of the exceptions of skills per job. In the Requirements folder, allows to register the block of technical and personal skills. Through the Training folder register the training requirements, in Improvement the requirements for improvement courses and in Knowledge knowledge requirements.

The blocks of technical and personal skills are registered per org. unit and job. The exception per Org. Unit and Job is used when a job has certain skills, however, due the fact it is allocated in another org. unit, only in that org. unit there may be differentiated skills. Then, a block of differentiated skills will be registered for that org. unit.

In the Requirements folder, through the Duplicate button, allows to copy the requirements from an org. unit and job to another destination.

In cases when there is no blocks of skills registered, the routine can check the technical skills registered in the own job, according to the indication in the Checks Job Requirement field, available in Others > Indications, Information folder.

Organization Chart Table

Report the organization chart table code.

This field will come filled out with the code of the org. chart table current when the window is defined to Open Blank, according to the definitions of the Performance Configurations window (To access the Performance Configurations window, just press right-clicking on the Requirements per Org. Report the org. unit code according to the org. chart.

Structure of Jobs

This field will be filled out with the code of the structure of jobs current when the window is defined to Open Blank, according to the definitions of the Performance Configurations window. To access the Performance Configurations window, just press right-clicking on the Requirements per Org. Unit/Job window and choose the Performance Configurations window option.

Report the path to the desired file, which can be open through the Description button, present on this window.
