Equivalence

The equivalence can be used by the company that has its structure of jobs defined and desires to turn it equivalent, for example, with a structure of recruitment jobs, or salary research.

In the selective process of the Recruitment and Selection module, it will be considered the job equivalent to the requirement job, in the checking of the intended job. The jobs from the official structure used by the company as well as the equivalent jobs from the same structure or from another, will be registered on this window. When registering a new requirement, the equivalence information will be registered in the Experience requirement, Job Equivalence folder.

The window allows to register equivalence among jobs and their respective required experiences, through the folders: Jobs and Experience.

The jobs considered as equivalent, as well as the structure to which they belong, must be registered in the Jobs folder.

The experience required for the equivalence must be informed in the Experience folder.

Experience

It allows to register the equivalence groups and sequences with their jobs and their experiences. Inform the code of the jobs structure.

Equivalence Group

This group will be used to group several equivalent jobs that will form the necessary experience for a particular job. Several equivalence groups for a same job can be registered, being that a group of equivalence will be always required.

Sequence

Indicate the sequence within a group of equivalence. A group of equivalence can contain one or more sequences, being that the experience will be required in all registered sequences.

Minimum Time

Inform the required minimum time of experience in months. If not required minimum experience, inform zeros.

Points

Report the quantity of points for this requirement that will be used in the calculation of the ranking.
