Ranking of candidates
This calculation can be considered as one of the stages of the selection process of candidates, because it allows the Picker to eliminate those who did not achieve the minimum required score (note).
The ranking will be considered candidates that have not been eliminated in the process of sorting/selective, but will allow are considered in the calculation of the ranking all candidates regardless of whether or not pre-selected in sorting/setting. The universe of internal and external candidates can be filtered through the [selection] button.
Will be displayed on the screen, the minimum score required for the candidate to be considered in the ranking and the sum of the score of the requirements for internal and external candidate.
After the ranking calculation, the total points of the candidate is written in the table R126CAN (Candidate Vacancy Requests).
The ranking score reached by the candidates will be available in the Maintenance and Effectiveness screens by clicking the Detail button.
Consider Selected
Check this field to consider only candidates who have been selected in the screening/setting or who have attained the minimum score.
Consider All
Check this field to consider all candidates regardless of whether or not selected in sorting/setting. It's the same logic used in the selective sorting/to inform everyone.
Eliminate candidates who do not achieve the minimum score set
Check this field to disregard candidates who do not achieve the score given on request. External and internal candidates will be deleted for the reasons 47-Score obtained in the process and reason-48 Score respectively, obtained in the process and if the request is indicated to retain the history of deletion, the reasons for elimination will be available in the history folder of the external candidate's record and in Employees > > Historical requests. The score achieved by the candidates will be recorded in the R126CAN table in the MotExt and MotInt fields.

Through this button you can see the maintenance of the information of the candidates. When the new RS (when in Various Indications >, aba registration, the RS version field is set to 1 – New RS) is used, the name of this button is to manage.
