Manage The Selection Process
Using this window you can manage the releases of the steps of the selection process of candidates in a given request.
This window is only displayed when the new RS is used.
This window allows you to use use the following rules for process:

The window consists of five panels:
- Filter panel requests
- Requisition data Panel
- Panel of candidates
- The details pane of the candidate
- Actions pane
This panel allows you to filter all the existing requests, regardless of access permission and situation.
You can mark more than one situation.
Filtered requests are displayed below the filter fields and feature code information, capacity and number of slots of the requests.
By default, the system displays the first request in the list panels to the right. To view a different request, you need to click on it.
This Panel reports the detailing of the filtered requests.
This Panel presents candidates that are part of the selected request, ordered by name, and you can configure other type of ordination.
Mark
When candidates are marked, the Status buttons and Delete are enabled in the action pane.
The details pane of the candidate
This pane displays information of the steps, the ranking and the communication of the candidate selected on the Panel.
Stages Tab
This tab displays the steps of the selected candidate.
Each field is displayed in a different color that varies according to the date, the note and the opinion of the stages of the selection process:
- Green: date, note and opinion of the step within the expected
- Red: date, note and opinion of the milestone off the expected
- Yellow: date, note and opinion within the expected but not all informed
- Gray: the candidate's step not yet registered
- Empty: Step disregarded.
Important
- The steps have not yet registered for the candidate can also be displayed.
- Double click the grid to open the window steps Steps.
Aba Ranking
This tab shows the details of the candidate's ranking.
Communication Tab
This window will display the communication history with the candidate. The following fields are displayed:
Double click on grid of communication opens dev-screen, where Communication can be included new records of communication with the registered candidate, or even attach related files.
In this Panel are displayed buttons for the various features of the screen.
Important
- This button may have a different name, which may be registered in Settings > General > Selection, Aba Curriculum.
- When there are no records in the grid to candidates, the button is disabled.
Notes
- When only one candidate is marked, the window displays the status and registered already for this justification candidate selected. When several candidates are marked, the situation and background are shown empty.
- When you click this button, the system checks what is defined in the concurrent selection processes (Settings > General > Selection, General tab).
- When the Stop option is set for the field, the candidates present in more than one process are not sent to request.
- When the prompt option set, the system issues a warning before sending the candidates present in more than one process.
Include
Through this button you can access the window to search for candidates to select new candidates external or internal to the process.
Cand. Aptos
Through this button you can access the Query screen of candidates able to Spot and if any, select new candidates for the request.
Note
When you click this button, the system checks what is defined in the field concurrent selection processes (Settings > General > Selection, General tab):
- When the Stop option is set for the field, the candidates present in more than one process are not sent to request.
- When the prompt option set, the system issues a warning before sending the candidates present in more than one process. "
Ranking
Through this field it is possible to access the Ranking window Candidates.
Execution
Through this button you can access the window Effect.
Communication
Through this button you can access the screen Communication with the candidate.
Custom Buttons
When properly configured by the Screen Search tab General Settings (FRDEFNRS), the Manage Selective Process screen will display custom buttons that allow you to query, through reports and rules, external and internal candidate information.
- The buttons are only displayed when, among general settings, they have a name and a template or rule informed, and only while the field Use with "0 - Both" or "1 - Manage Selective Process".
- When the buttons are associated with reports, the input screen must have the information filled in with the data for the candidate that is selected on the screen, varying whether it is external or internal.
- When the button is associated with an LSP rule, either the candidate record selected (External Candidate (R122CEX) table for external or Core Collaborator (R034FUN) for internal) and the TipCan system variable ("1 - internal" and "2 - external ") must be available in the rule.
