Stages - Internal Candidate
This window matches the record of the steps to be performed by internal candidates in the recruitment and selection process. Your registration can be done manually or by GeneratingSteps. The steps completed by the candidates can be listed through the RSSE008 model. GER available in > Selection List.
In the record of the steps of the internal candidate is possible using the following rules:

Inform the code request.
Enter the step code. On the query button (...) will be presented only the steps related to the request.
Information
Inform the day, month and year of the stage.
Inform the note/average achieved by candidate. Can be used when the step is an assessment, i.e. own brand 2-application of tests/evaluations.
Inform the evaluator's opinion on this candidate. Will be allowed to report the opinions registered using 05-recruitment and 99.
Inform the developer step evaluator. The evaluator's data can be typed in or generated by the generation routine steps, from valuers as defined in the registration step.
For the steps automatically generated by the Generate routine Steps that have the type 3-medical exams, a link will be created with the R108RES table (Tests Results), with the fields: CodRqu (request Code), CodEta (step) and SeqEta (Step Sequence), the situation will obey the following criteria:
- If all exams are in the 'Requested' situation, the status of the step will be changed to 0 = Not started.
- If all exams are in the 'Realized' situation, the stage status will be changed to 2 = Completed.
- If all exams are in the 'Canceled' situation, the status of the step will be changed to 3 = Canceled.
- If all the tests are with the situation ' Not Done ' or if there are tests with different situations, the situation will be step 1 = in progress.
Allows you to attach a single file with the directory from step of the candidate. To open, save or remove the file, click on it with the left mouse button.
Opens the screen Link Register, in which the steps can be linked with the interviews. For this it is necessary to configure the type of activity the Kinds of steps (located in tables > Recruitment > Steps > types of steps). At the launch of a step for the candidate you can inform a register, which may be an opinion of the picker, the Psychologist or higher.
Note
This button is only enabled if the step type registered has the kind of activity defined as 1-interviews with picker, 4-interview with Psychologist or 5-interview with the Superior.
