The Ranking of candidates may run as one more step in the selection process. The result of the points obtained by the candidates will be presented at the Score column.
In effect, individual personnel administration module or RS (when not integrated with the personnel administration module), will be suggested the affiliate code and the wages reported on request. In effect, the fields will be available; Consider Request affiliate, if any (yes/no) and Consider the Salary of the request, if any (yes/no). If Yes, will be deemed the report data on each request, otherwise what will prevail will be informed on the registration screen.
In the case of employment agency, will be displayed, for information purposes, the minimum number of candidates that the client requires for filling a vacancy. Will not be made any check regarding this information. To provide this information, it is necessary to go in miscellaneous/Indications-Registration folder and inform "S" as the Agency Company Jobs. Then inform the minimum number of candidates in the Minimum quantity field candidates in business/other companies/Register-Registration folder.

Will not be allowed to restore or commit candidates when the request is cancelled or terminated situation, in case of need should be changed this situation in the registration of the request. External candidates that were recorded but had their execution canceled in the personnel administration module (exclusion), the situation 4-Admitted/Transferred will be changed to 3-Quitter and record the situation 4 will be changed to 1-active in the process. When is internal candidate, where the developer participated in a process of internal selection and execution through a subsidiary and transfer this branch history is deleted, this candidate will be again with 1-situation active in the process becoming available again to be effective.
Internal candidates who have been effected, but have been effected canceled by excluding all records (post, salary, place, etc.) on the date of admission, the situation will be changed to "3 - Desisting".
To select the Starting column of each candidate, allows you to use the rule 411 process-Effective Display tables/candidate/per-process Rules. Will be available in the rule table records R126CAN (Vague Candidate Requests). The EfeTiv variable (0 = Unchecked, 1 = checked), allows you to identify if the field Effect is being cleared or checked.
The candidates who were hired several times in the company, can be traced by R126CPE table (Accepted fill), across the fields:
- EmpEfe - Company in which the candidate was effective
- TipEfe - Type of contributor in which the candidate was effective
- CadEfe-registration in which the candidate was effected
Next to the request code, presents the situation in which she finds herself: in progress, Canceled or Terminated.
Functionality of the buttons available
- Filter - allows certain candidate situations to be considered in the load of the grid. The filter used will be visible just below the job information in the Activated Filter field.
- Record -is used to confirm the manpower or restorations of manpower in the database. Right now makes it possible to use the process-337-Rule Change Maintenance. This rule also runs through the option selection/maintenance. To identify in which window the rule by 337 process is running, you can use the system variable "OriRpp" that returns 1, identifying that the rule is being enforced by effective window of Candidate or 2 when performed by the maintenance screen.
- Candidate-this button is intended for the registration of the external candidate window or plug the internal candidate (developer). Useful to check or change the information of the candidates.
- Request-aims to call the registration window from positioning on request already selected in the effective screen.
- Effect -using this button it is necessary that a candidate is already stated to be effective in the grid, as the markup in the field Effect. Will be presented with a window where the day, month and year of execution. As suggestion will be the current date, but can be changed. This date is implied on window candidates for effective personnel administration module or RS (when not integrated with the personnel administration module). After pressing the button Include, the situation of the applicant is changed to 4-Admitted/Transferred and next is written the date of admission. Need to press the record button after starting the candidate (s). Allows you to use right now the rule for 638 process-before Effect Candidates. The candidate's effective date will be available in the "DatAdmEfeCan" system variable. The rule will be provided the R126CAN table records (Vague Candidate Requests).
- Restore -this button is used to cancel an establishment, provided that the candidate is not in fact admitted in the personnel administration module. To restore, the candidate has to be in situation 4-Admitted/Transferred. Need to press the record button after you restore the candidate (s). To use this button, make the Restore Candidate, in Miscellaneous> Special Screens> Windows Screens.
- Cancel -this button discards any changes made on the screen, since that has not been saved by the record button. Used to select another request.
- Help -displays the help of effective screen.
- Out -has the function to close the screen. If any change was performed on screen, is displayed warning message to cancel or not changes.
- Mark all — allows the field Effect is marked collectively to the limit of available places.
- Clear All -allows the Starting field is unchecked collectively.
- Quick search - allows you to locate a candidate faster on the grid. This feature should be used only for the location of a given candidate, so some features of the screen in use will not be available.
- Ranking [Calculate] -provides the window to calculate the ranking of the candidates.
- Ranking [Detail] -offers a column in the grid to candidates with detailed information requirements-score used.
Permanent candidates via requests generated from public tender, can be found at selection/contest/Manpower and the Query "popup" menu on the window Basic card, identifying the public contest that generated the admission/establishment or the job history of this contributor.
