Candidates to be Turned Permanent
This option allows to turn the internal or external candidates permanent, individually or collectively. The candidates available on the screen will be those who have undergone the screening / selective process in the
Type of Permanent Employment: Includes three possibilities:
| Individual | Indicate this field to turn the external or internal candidate permanent (worker, third party and partner) |
| Collective | All candidates are presented in the Collective. When this option is used, it is possible to select only the candidates from a same Request. |
| Readmission | Indicate this field to turn a candidate permanent, who has already worked in the company. |
By the variable TypeEfeCan, it allows to identify if the effectiveness is of the Individual or Collective type.
In the individual permanent employment, the registration will be carried out directly in the Employee Register after the user reports the new ID number. It is possible to verify by the variable InsColEfe if the employee was registered by the effective routine or by typing in the base card. In the Collective, the Collective Permanent Employment window is enabled, on which the data common to all involved candidates will be reported. The Readmission option will be available only if there is a candidate to be turned permanent (Recruitment and Selection), who has a CPF* as worker and has not any active contract at the permanent employment moment. To turn permanent by Readmission, click the Permanent Employment button from the Employee Register; after, a window will be displayed, on which the user must set the Readmission option and the system will automatically load the candidates to be turned permanent. The information of the contract of this last CPF* on the database will be demonstrated in the Information field from the grid. The user can still change the information set as default, by another contract that the candidate has previously had. Regarding to the ID card, the generation of the ID card record for the worker will use the same ID card number from the previous contract. If the ID card is no longer available, that is, in the previous ID card record there is no end date or if the ID card number is being used by other worker, an alert will be emitted to the user about the need to register a record manually. When clicking the OK button, the procedures for filling out the next Collective Permanent Employment window follows the same concept as the collective permanent employment. Furthermore, the system will perform a backup of the ID number in question, in the range indicated in the company information. The first free ID number within the range will be used. In this routine, the system allows to use the rule per process 469 - After Readmitting Worker. To use the Readmission routine, it will be required to report Y in the Uses Readmission Routine field, in Others > Indications.
Through the Fast Search button, it enables a field to find a given candidate. By default, it will be the candidate Name but allows to select other information when clicking the titles of the fields in the grid.
The following fields will be presented in the grid:
- Origin: May be E = External Candidate (blue) or I = Internal Candidate (green). The internal candidates from other companies will be presented in red and cannot be turned permanent. The procedure for these cases is to use the routine of Branch transfer.
- Candidate: Corresponds to the External or Internal Candidate information (Worker, third party, partner)
- Admission: Presents the day, month and year in which the internal or external candidate has been turned permanent in the Recruitment and Selection module.
- Request: Presents the code of the request related to the candidate.
- Information: A code of information will be suggested for each candidate. If there is any interval of existing information, will be filled out.
- Medical Form: This field will be enabled only if the Security and medicine module is integrated to the Personnel Management module. In the SM module will be considered the parameters defined in Medicine / Definitions, Medical File folder as well as in the RS module, in Selection / Definitions / General, effective folder.
At the end of the process, it is possible to consult the log that is available in Others > Log > Processing, by the Type of Processing 83 - Candidate Permanent Employment, which will demonstrate the process and generation of the medical form, that is, how the medical form has been generated, if it has been suggested by the system or typed by the user, if it has been changed by the rule and if has been generated by the rule or if the one suggested is available and, finally, which was the medical form saved for the worker. This log must always have a beginning and an end.
- Open Tender Year: Presents the year of the open tender performed by the candidate, which has originated this request.
- Nr. Contest: It shows the number of the public tender carried out by the applicant, for which it has obtained approval.
The previous two fields will be enabled in the grid when on the database it is indicated to use the open tender routine, as indicated in: (Recruitment and Selection) Selection > Definitions > General, Open Tender folder - Uses Open Tender field = Y.
- Turn Permanent: Available only in the collective permanent employment and readmission. Allows indicating the candidates who will be really turned permanent and suggest an ID number for the candidate that is selected. Will turn permanent only the candidates who are indicated. When setting the Turn Permanent field, the range of user will be respected, which will run the rule per process 23-Number of the New ID Number if there is a rule reported.
In the collective or individual permanent employment, the user may use the rules reported in Selection > Definitions > General - Permanent Employment folder, in the Initialization Rule, Ending Rule, Rule Before Turning Candidate Permanent and Rule After Turning Candidate Permanent fields.
Automatic Generation of GHE History on Enforcement
During an implementation, whether individual or collective, the system has the option of automatically creating Homogeneous Exposure Group (GHEs) records for the employee, provided that:
- There is integration with the Work Safety module;
- Use GHE connection by employee;
- There are GHEs informed in the vacancy requisition.
Thus, at the end of the effectiveness process, the system creates the records with the following information:
- Collaborator that is being implemented.
- For external candidates, the system sets the start date of the history from its date of admission.
- For internal candidates, since these are already collaborators and may be associated to several GHEs, the system:
- considers the date of effectiveness of the employee as the beginning of the record;
- verifies if there is a current history on the effective date for each GHE, if positive, it is disregarded and the next GHE is verified. In this case, the current history is not close d;checks if there is a future history of GHE, if positive, includes the history with an end date
- History sequence (automatically generated, according to the amount of request GHEs).
- GHE of the request for which the candidate was executed.
- For external candidates, the system will keep the end date of the history reset.
- For internal candidates, check if there is a future history of GHE. If so, the end date of the history will be the day immediately preceding the beginning of this future record.
