Consultation of Permanent Employments in Open Tenders

This consultation allows to identify the open tender that has generated the admission/permanent employment or the job record of this worker. This window will be available only if the routine of open tender is enabled in Selection > Definitions > General, Open Tender folder - Uses Open Tender field. In the Personnel Management module, will be available if integrated with the Recruitment and Selection module.

The grid presents the following fields:

Admission

Worker’s admission date.

Open Tender Year

Year when the open tender that has originated the permanent employment occurred.

Open Tender No.

Number that identifies the open tender that has originated the permanent employment.

Est. Charges

Structure of jobs used in the permanent employment.

Job

Code of the job used in the permanent employment.

Reduced Title

Reduced name of the job used in the permanent employment.

Hist. Office

Job record date. In internal tenders that generate job changes it will be different from the admission date.

Request

Code of request in each the candidate has been turned permanent.

Type of Candidate

Indicates the origin of the candidate that has been turned permanent. It may be Internal or External.

Permanent Employment

Date of permanent employment of the Candidate. This date can be different from the admission date both for internal and external candidates.
