Search For Candidates
This window is only displayed when the new RS is used.
To use the Search window Candidates for the first time in the new RS is necessary to create a special index.

Using this window you can search resumes of candidates, internal or external, using keywords and filters.
The window is composed of four panes:
- Panel search keyword
- Filter panel
- The results pane
- Actions pane
When this window is opened, the system warns you about possible candidates out of date and offers the option to update. When the upgrade is confirmed, the data screen of the candidate's Research is open.
At the bottom right of the screen, displays the Full Panel of candidates, with the number of candidates, and also how many are outdated, if any. When there are candidates out of date, it is necessary to click on the button Update. All the candidates are up to date so that the keyword search is performed.
Search Panel by keywords
In this Panel you can perform candidate search.
The window still has the Search parameter. in the result, that enables you to make new research, considering only the candidates presented on the result of the first survey.
Through the maximum amount of candidates, it is possible to reduce the number of results for the search. So that this number remains fixed in the upcoming research, it is necessary to select the check box for the optionSave setting of maximum quantity of candidates.
Note
You cannot use the symbol "#" in the search, if the database used is the Oracle. In this case, the search will return all records.
Filter panel
This panel allows you to filter candidates displayed in search. You can add default filters or create criteria for each filter.

Important
- The default filter "Rise of the candidate" is shown automatically. Its two values (internal and external) can be marked, but at least one is required.
- Some filters must be completed, while others must be marked.
- A filter is only considered in the research when it's marked with an X.

Add filter
This button opens a menu with the filters available for selection:
- Request filters: the option opens a new window called registry search where you can search from the existing requests.
The results pane
In this Panel are presented candidates selected by the search. The Panel displays a grid with curriculum information, requisitions and folder, displayed for the candidates selected from those filtered.
The columns Dt Application and Application Situation, from the Results Pane, show the date and status of the application of the participants in the selection process, helping to identify the new candidates that have not yet been evaluated, among a very large volume of records.
Important
When the search returns more than 300 candidates, it is recommended to make a more refined search.
Context menu
By clicking with the right mouse button on one of the candidates, is displayed, among others, the option Block Curriculum. When a candidate is blocked, it is no longer displayed in search of candidates, because your file listed as "not recommended". In order for the candidate to be considered, you must change your situation in your registration.
Curriculum Guide
Allows you to view the selected candidate's resumé – written in HTML format in the registration of the candidate.
Request Guide
Allows you to view all requests of which the selected candidate has participated or is participating in. The solicitations appear in descending order from your date.
Folders Tab
Lets you view the folders of candidates from which the selected candidate is part. The folders are sorted by their description.
Important
- Are listed only in folders that the user is allowed access (private folders created by the user and public folders).
- You can select one or more folders and remove the candidate from them through the button Remove the folder.
Actions pane
This pane displays buttons for several features of the screen.
Buttons
Curriculum
When this button is triggered, the report of résumés marked or the candidate selected is displayed.
Note
When generating the report 022-dev Curriculum (RSCL022) referring to internal candidates by clicking this button, all sections of the report are presented.
Information
Clicking this button opens the registration window of the selected candidate, placing the record of the candidate chosen. When the candidate is internal, opens the registration window of the contributor. When the candidate is external, is open to the candidate's registration screen.
Show Photo
Displays the picture of the candidate marked when in the results pane, the column Photo is displaying "Yes".
Replace candidate
When this option is checked, the system replaces all candidates that already are part of the requests marked in the selection window of requests with candidates marked in the grid of candidates-i.e. the candidate list of the requests is zero and the new candidates are added.

When you click this button, which only remains enabled when there are candidates marked, window appears Select
Requests.
Notes
- The per-process Rule 336-Insert Candidate Maintenance, which allows you to query the R126CAN table (Candidate Vacancy Requests), has been made available for this button.
- If there is default selected requests – defined in the selection window of requests – requests not selection window is opened, running the settings automatically.
- To send candidates to requisitions, the system checks what is defined in the field concurrent selection processes (Settings > General > Selection, General tab):
- When the Stop option is set for the field, the candidates present in more than one process are not sent to request.
- When the prompt option set, the system issues a warning before sending the candidates present in more than one process.

To activate this button, you are taken to the selection screen that allows you to send Requests applicants to request other than the standard requirements (also defined in the Selection window ofRequests).
Important
Through this button you can also change the default queries.
Send p/folder
To activate this button, which is enabled only when there are candidates marked, window appears Select Folders of candidates.
Manage Selection
To activate this button, the window Management of the selection process is presented. When there is a default set, the window is initialized with this request.
Subtitle
Reports which the colors used to indicate requisitions or folders of candidates.
Custom Buttons
When properly configured by the Screen Search tab General Settings (FRDEFNRS), the Search Candidates screen will display custom buttons that allow you to query, through reports and rules, external and internal candidate information.
- The buttons are only displayed when, among general settings, they have a name and a template or rule informed, and only while the field Use you have "0 - Both" or "1 - Candidate Search".
- When the buttons are associated with reports, the input screen must have the information filled in with the data for the candidate that is selected on the screen, varying whether it is external or internal.
- When the button is associated with an LSP rule, either the candidate record selected (External Candidate (R122CEX) table for external or Core Collaborator (R034FUN) for internal) and the TipCan system variable ("1 - internal" and "2 - external ") must be available in the rule.
When you click this button, the system opens the window Update of the candidate's Research data. This window allows you to update the registration of candidates.
