Select Request

 

Using this window you can add the candidate (s) marked in window search for candidates to one or more requests.

 

This window only shows requests with status "in progress" and those for which the user has access permission (as mark "Allows maintenance" user settings and responsible for requisitioning).

 

Information about the fields

Filter

 

Through this field is possible to filter the list of requests as the filter text is modified. The filter is applied to the field code, company name, description of the post, and branch office.

 

Marked requests continue to be displayed even if the filter is changed.

Request grid

The grid displays the following fields on the request:

• Selection
• Request
• Company
• Reduced Description (Post)
• Branch
• Reduced Title
• Qty Vacancies

Don't ask again confirmation of requests

When this option is selected, requests marked become standard requests. So, to mark the candidate in the Candidate Search screen, and clicking the Env. p/Req, is shown a hint with requests already selected and the button is disabled because the candidates are sent automatically to those requests already defined as default.
