Maintenance
This window is only displayed when the old RS is used.
Presents the pre-selected external and internal candidates who have undergone the screening or selective process. It allows you to include, exclude or change candidates as well as their situation in the process. The inclusion of manual external candidates may be curtailed as the field situations in selection/settings/General-General folder.
Manual inclusion of internal and external candidates may also be made through the successful candidates button that will allow you to identify other candidates who participated in selection processes to the same spot in other requests but that are available, i.e. were not in place yet.
Next to the request code is shown the situation in which it finds itself. When the request is not in progress or is cancelled or terminated, situation will be disabled the inclusion of candidates, as well as the maintenance of the situation.
Through the [Stage], offers the registration steps for maintenance. By Acomp. Stage, presents the position of the steps of the internal and external candidates.
Using the [Quick Search] button allows you to locate a candidate faster on the grid. This feature should be used only for the location of a given candidate, so some features of the screen in use will not be available.
The Ranking of candidates may run through this window by the button Calculate. The result of the points obtained by the candidates will be displayed in the Score column that will be made available by pressing the Detail button.
Hint
When working with the score ranking as the last step in the process, you can configure grids to order by score (descending).
The window is divided into two grids. The first is related to external candidates and the bottom with the internal candidates. Through the [Candidate], makes it possible to call the registration window of the external candidate when it's set a candidate or the basic plug when you're set internal candidate.
Internal and external candidates who were eliminated by Selective process or Ranking can be viewed in the corresponding grid, since the routine disposal history is enabled, as the Historic Disposal field located in the record of the request. The data of the candidates eliminated will be maintained by the Selective and Ranking process, by clicking on the record button. This to avoid a large volume of information often irrelevant, if consider the eliminated from screening as well as those eliminated by reason 26-post and 45/46-performance area. The candidates eliminated manually will continue to be presented regardless of the deletion history.
On this screen, you can use the following rules for process:

Notes
The purpose of these rules is not to amend the record itself and make interference in other tables.
The per-process rule 337 is used in this window and also on the effective window of candidates, key [Write]. To identify in which window is being performed, you can use the system variable "OriRpp" that returns 1, identifying that the rule is being enforced by effective window of Candidate or 2 when performed by the maintenance screen.
Company
Identifies the company code for internal candidates. The search window of this field considers the situations:
- The company (s) informed in the General requirements (button) of the Requisition screen;
- When it is not informed of company coverage, the filter will be made by the company informed on request.
Situation
Inform the situation where the developer is.
If a candidate who is active in the process and that for some reason don't want to participate in the next steps, we can change your situation to quitter.
Type Selection
This guy demonstrates in what state is the candidate that is, went through selective sorting, ranking or has been included manually.
