Tracking Steps
This window allows you to view the progress of the stages of the request in relation to internal and external candidates through a graph. In the grid will be presented, the steps of the request, the period that includes the date of beginning and end of the steps, the percentage of completion of the steps and the color representation of the situation. Will be considered only with the status completed. The steps defined in the request not start date or end date or both, will not be represented in color on the chart, only in the calculation of the percentage of completion.
To use this query is necessary that steps have already been defined in the request, that there are already marked candidates to participate in the selection process and who have registered through the routine steps automatically Generate Steps or informed on window steps manually from internal and external candidates (Employees/candidates/Steps steps).
Will be presented in the following grid, represented by colors:
- Red-steps that have not been completed within
- Yellow-Steps (< = 50%) partially completed
- Green-Steps (> 50%) partially completed
- Blue-Steps completed on schedule
- Step-Step defined in the request to the internal or external candidate must complete.
- Initial-Day, month and year of the beginning of the stage. Steps that do not have start and end date will be considered only in the calculation of the percentage of completion.
- Finish-Day, month and year of the end of the step.
- %-The percentage of completion of the Corresponding steps.
