Job security settings - EHG

Using this screen you can define if the EHG should be used and also how employees are bound to the EHG.

Routine of EHG This is a required field and has the following options:

1. Enable GHE only: this option is used to activate the GHE routine, displaying the GHE routines menu (Safety> PPRA by GHE).
2. Disable: this option is to use to disable the GHE routine. In this case, the menu of GHE (Security> PPRA by GHE) routines is not displayed.
   
3. In deployment: this option indicates that the GHE routine will be used and is in the implementation phase, so the menu of the GHE (Security> PPRA by GHE) routines is displayed. When this option is set, the GHE register has no impact on the EPI Examination and Distribution Generation routines.
4. Enable and maintain legacy: this option indicates that the GHE routine is already active (with legacy) and so the menu of the GHE (Security> PPRA by GHE) routines is displayed.

Dev connection with EHG The field has two options:

1. Directly by the Contributor: This is the default value displayed by the system, and can only be changed if in the GHE Routine field the value is 1 or 3. Only when this option is selected, is the menu > Employees > Historical EHG is enabled, because it allows each employee to link your EHG.
2. Through the Collaborator's Work Desk: This option must be used when the Work Desk routine is configured.

Risk Activities
Defines how risk activities will be recorded according to the following options:

1. By item description of position / p
   ost: the risk activities are recorded by item description in the position and / or job. When using this option, PPRA registration (Security> PPRA by GHE> PPRA Register), Risk Activities tab, the fields are available GHE activity, Activity, Description Items Cargo , Post Activity , Structure Posts and Description Items Post and on GHE Review (Security> PPRA by GHE> GHE Review), tabs, the field Risk Activities is made available.
2. By item description of the position / post or directly in the pos
   ition: risk activities can be defined either by item description of job and / or job position or directly by job or position, allowing the link with the activities registered. When using this option, PPRA registration (Security> PPRA by GHE> PPRA Register), Risk Activities tab, the fields are available GHE activity, Activity, Description Items Cargo , Post Activity , Structure Posts and Description Items Post and on GHE Review (Security> PPRA by GHE> GHE Review), tabs, the field Risk Activities is available and also the screen Activities (Tables> General> Activities).
3. Directly in charge
   : the risk activities will be defined directly in the position or job, allowing the link with the activities registered in Tables> General> Activities. When using this option, PPRA registration (Security> PPRA by GHE> PPRA Register), Risk Activities tab, only the fields Activity and Post Activity and on GHE Review (Security> PPRA by GHE> GHE Review) the field Risk Activities is not available.
