Duplicate EHG Revisions

This screen serves to duplicate, collectively, multiple revisions of the GHE. Since they are usually reviewed annually, this screen makes the process more practical when there are many revisions to duplicate.

Duplication can be done entirely (all reviews of GHEs) or a particular group of a particular PPRA. After processing, the previous revision is closed with the date one day before the start of the new revision.

Important

The operation performed on this screen does not have rollback, that is, you can not undo the duplication once it is completed.

Fields

ERPP

This field is automatically populated with the source PPRA code to be duplicated, from the code selected on the PPRA registration screen (FR583CAD).

GHE (+)

Select the GHE that contains the revisions you want to duplicate.

Reference Date

Enter the start date of the period that the system must reference for fetching the source records.

Suggestion to fill in for new revisions

These fields are used to define the following information about the new revisions that will be created with the duplication:

GHE Review

Enter a code and description for the new revisions to be created.

Validity

Enter the start and end date of the new revisions.

PPRA Review

Select the PPRA revision that will be used as a reference. Only the revisions duly registered in the PPRA in question and that are within the defined period of validity are available here.

Duplicate

Reports

Select this check box if you want to duplicate the reports contained in the original revision.

Measurements

Select this check box if you want to duplicate the measurements contained in the original revision. This option is available only when Reports is selected.

Use

Use these options to determine the date of the new record of reports and / or measurements.

Original date

Select this option so that the new report and / or measurement records assume the date of the original revision being duplicated. In the case of measurements, the system will all the measurements carried out in the origin review.

New revision start date

Select this option so that the new report and / or measurement records assume the start date of the new revision that will be created. In the case of measurements, the system will only duplicate the last the original revision.

Grade GHE | Review Source | Destination Review

After filling in all the fields and selecting the desired options on the screen, click Show to display in this grid all revisions available for duplication contained in the parameters that have been defined. As the grid name suggests, the information for the selected GHE, the source revision, and the target revision is displayed here.

Confer the information and select the rows of the records you want to duplicate. If there are inconsistencies in any of the submitted records, the row appears unchecked in the grid. The panel Comments details of the inconsistency found, facilitating treatment.

By right clicking on the grid, you can select or deselect all rows at once. When all the desired revisions are selected, click Process to start the duplication. Once the processing is done, you can not undo it.

Show

After filling in all the fields and selecting the desired options on the screen, click this button to display in the grid all available revisions for duplication.

Process

After selecting the desired revisions in the grid, click this button to start the duplication. Once the processing is done, you can not undo it.

Log

Displays the processing log.

Cancel

Removes the information from the screen and cancels the operation.

Exit

Cancels the operation and closes the screen.
