ERPP duplication by EHG

In this screen it is possible to individually duplicate a revision of the GHE and PPRA.

Information regarding the GHE review images and risk agent documents will not be duplicated.

Duplicate ERPP

First you must inform:

New ERPP*
Description of the new PPRA*
Review of the new ERPP*
Description of the review of the new PPRA*
Date of commencement of the review*
End date of the review

Note

To the ERPP and revise the ERPP is not allowed to report values that already exist in the system.

You can also choose which items that are doubled:

Duplicate ERPP
Duplicate Responsible LTCAT
Duplicate GHE **
Duplicate GHE revisions **
Duplicate Reports of risk agents
Duplicate reports measurements of risk agents

** In this case, the dates of the records are maintained as the original record that was used for the duplication.

Note

The registration of branches of the ERPP will not be duplicated, for the reason that a branch may only be valid for a single register of ERPP during the same period.

Duplicate EHG

First you must inform:

Description of the new EHG*

You can choose whether the items below will also be duplicated:

Duplicate reviews of EHG
Duplicate Reports of risk agents

Duplicate revision of EHG

To duplicate the revision of EHG first must inform:

New revision of the EHG*
Description of the new revision of the EHG*
Date of commencement of the review*
End date of the review
Review of the ERPP *

* Required fields

For the field review of EHG, the system should not allow the user to notify values that already exist.

At the moment of informing the date fields the system should do the same consistency regarding overlapping revisions.

Is allowed to choose if the items below will also be duplicated:

Duplicate reviews of EHG
Duplicate Reports of risk agents
Duplicate reports measurements of risk agents

** In this case, the dates of the records will be maintained as the original record that was used for the duplication.

Duplicate Report Risk agent

To duplicate the information Risk agent Reports first must inform:

Review of EHGdestination *

To the fields above the system must only allow report values that already exist.

It is also allowed to choose if the items below will also be duplicated:
