Requirements
It allows to register all necessary requirements, so that a candidate can fill a particular position, to do so you must use the Requirements folder. On data of type range, the user must fill out only the requirements in which it wants to handle exceptions. If all them are valid, can be left blank.
In the Points tab, it is possible to save the points for each requirement to be used for calculating the ranking of candidates.
Through the Training tab, register the training requirements, in Improvement, the requirements regarding improvement courses and in Knowledge, the knowledge requirements ..
Report the date from each the prerequisites identified below would be valid. Whenever there is a new date registered, the previous is no longer valid.
In the screening/Selective of the Recruitment and Selection module, the system will always consider the more recent prerequisites, by comparing them to the requirement date. A screening/Selective without requirement, it will be consider the current date of the system.
Requirements
The fields: Minimum Weight, Maximum Weight, Minimum Height, Maximum Height, Minimum Age and Maximum Age refer to the respective data of the job occupant. These fields are not mandatory, however, if they are filled out with zero, will not be checked by the system.
Field of Activity:
Defines the field of activity from previous jobs for the job occupant.
In this field, it is possible reporting the data interval to be consisted (for example 1-4), that is, any value that is within the registered interval will be considered.

The fields: Vehicle (+) , Marital Status (+), Request (+), Nationality (+), Educational Level (+), Qualification (+), Personal Reference and Religion refer to the respective data of the job occupant. In all them, it is possible reporting a data interval to be considered by the system. If in any of these fields is reported as “1-4”, for example, any other value within this interval will be considered.
Notes
For the fields: Vehicle, Request and Qualification, we considered the following information as pertinent:
- Vehicle: determine about the need or not for the job occupant has its own vehicle.
- Request: the reasons that led workers to request change of function, schedule, sector or unit;
- Qualification: training area of candidates.
Evaluation Group, Questionnaire Group and Phase Group
Report the code of the evaluation group, questionnaire or phases, in the respective fields.
When creating a personal request for this job, the Phase Group will be taken into account and phases will be generated as requirement in the request information.
If the company uses the open tender routine, these phases will be inherited for the open tender information.
Administrative Region(+): define the administrative region in which the candidate leaves.

Set the font of recruitment which must be originally the candidate who will fill the position.

Report one or more keywords to be used in the screening/selective process. The field has a capacity of 255 characters, and can have multiple keywords informed, always separated by comma.

The reason of deletion by key word, in sorting/setting when a candidate in this requirement will fail for the reason 44 for candidate and 45 to collaborator.
The Elimination of internal and external candidate for key word is a lengthy process, with low performance. The more keywords they are informed slower will be the screening process.
Report one or more keywords which will be used in the screening/selective process. The word(s) reported will be searched in the external candidate information, Curriculum tab. If there is at least one word indicated in the curriculum, this requirement will be met according indication of the next field.
If the candidate does not have a curriculum registered on the window for candidate information, curriculum folder, it will be eliminated by reason 48-Keyword not found in the curriculum text, independent of the search option chosen.
Curriculum Keywords - Search conditions
Report the following possibilities:
| 0 - Containing | The keywords must exist within the curriculum. If applying filter with value ‘Test’, the system will display only candidates who have in their curriculum the keyword 'Test'(E.g.: 'Filter Test', 'Test', 'Other Filter Test'); |
| 1 - Do not containing | Opposite situation to the condition "Containing", that is, the keyword(s) cannot exist within the curriculum; |
| 2 - Starting with | The keywords must be the beginning of some word in the curriculum. If the research is applied with the value ' test ', will only be shown the records that start with ' test ' (e.g. ' Filter Test ', ' test '); |
| 2 - Ending with | The keywords must be the end of the word in the curriculum. If the research is applied with the value ' test ', will only be shown the records that end with ' test ' (e.g. ' test ', ' Test '). |

Note
Report the improvement course that the candidate should have attended to exercise the job. For the courses which have the languages subject, the following items will be requested: Reading, Writing, Conversation, the following configuration: Fluent, Good, Reasonable, Does Not know. These requirements can be considered in the screening.
It aims to identify if the requirement is relevant or not for the recruitment and selection processes.
Report the quantity of points for this course (requirement) that will be used for calculating the candidates ranking. Not to consider this requirement in ranking leave the field with zero.
Allows reporting the Equivalent Group for this improvement course that the candidate must have in its record. This field will be enabled if in Others > Indications - Information tab, the Uses Equivalence per Routine field is reported as Y - Yes.

The fields below will be displayed only if the Items per Evaluation Focus indication is reported as Y on the General Definitions of Evaluation window.
Indicates if a certain Knowledge must be considered when generating/registering a Knowledge evaluation of type Self-Evaluation. That is, when selecting the Self-Evaluation checkbox for a certain knowledge, the user will be indicating that this knowledge must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Superior
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Superior. That is, when selecting the Superior checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Subordinate
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Subordinate. That is, when selecting the Subordinate checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Similar Job
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Similar Job. That is, when selecting the Similar Job checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Client
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Customer. That is, when selecting the Customer checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Supplier
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Supplier. That is, when selecting the Supplier checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Instructor
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Instructor. That is, when selecting the Instructor checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
Consensus
Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Consensus. That is, when selecting the Consensus checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.
