Requirements

It allows to register all necessary requirements, so that a candidate can fill a particular position, to do so you must use the Requirements folder. On data of type range, the user must fill out only the requirements in which it wants to handle exceptions. If all them are valid, can be left blank.

If the company uses the open tender routine, these phases will be inherited for the open tender information.

Training Course Entity (+)

Identify the code of the Training Course Entity that the candidate must be attending. 0 - Containing The keywords must exist within the curriculum. If applying filter with value ‘Test’, the system will display only candidates who have in their curriculum the keyword 'Test'(E.g.: 'Filter Test', 'Test', 'Other Filter Test');
1 - Do not containing Opposite situation to the condition "Containing", that is, the keyword(s) cannot exist within the curriculum;
2 - Starting with The keywords must be the beginning of some word in the curriculum. If the research is applied with the value ' test ', will only be shown the records that start with ' test ' (e.g. ' Filter Test ', ' test ');

Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Superior. That is, when selecting the Superior checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.

Subordinate

Indicates if a certain Technical Skill must be considered when generating/registering a Performance evaluation of type Subordinate. That is, when selecting the Subordinate checkbox for a certain skill, the user will be indicating that this skill must be evaluated in evaluations of this type.

Similar Job
