It allows Improvement Courses
Define if in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, Revisions and Items tab, the Improvement tab must or not be active for this use.
When defining “No” for this field for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the requirements of improvement already defined will be deleted.
This information may be used for the requirements of this requisition, of the Recruitment and Selection module.
It allows Training
Define if in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, Revisions and Items tab, the Training tab must or not be active for this use.
When defining “No” for this field for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the requirements of training already defined will be deleted.
This information may be used for the requirements of this requisition, of the Recruitment and Selection module.
It allows Competencies
Define if in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, Revisions and Items tab, the Competency tab must or not be active for this use.
When defining “No” for this field for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the requirements of competency already defined will be deleted.
It allows Score
Define if the Score field must or not be enabled for this use in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, Revisions and Items tab, in the Improvement and Competencies tabs.
When defining “No” for these fields for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the score of requirements from groups bound to this use are zeroed.
It allows Requirement
Define if the Requirements field must or not be enabled for this use in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, Revisions and Items tab, in the Improvement, Training and Competencies tabs.
When defining “No” for these fields for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the requirement of the requirements from groups bound to this use is changed to “Required”.
Evaluation Focus
The following fields define if in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the Revisions and Items tab, Competency tab, the fields of the evaluation focus are displayed or not for this use:

When defining “No” for these fields for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the evaluation focus are changed to “Yes”.
Require minimum competency
Set whether in Jobs> Requirements> Requirements Groups, Review Guides, and Skills and Items, the fields Min. and min Concept must be enabled.
When defining “No” for these fields for a Use that is already defined in a Requirements Group, in Jobs > Requirements > Requirements Group, the grade of minimum concept of requirements from groups bound to this use are zeroed.
Goal
If desired, include information about the goal of this Use of Requirements Group.
