Requirements Group
It allows to include, change, or delete the Requirements Groups.
Information
Goal
If desired, include information about the goal of this Requirements Group.
Duplicate Button
Through this button it is possible to access the Duplication of Requirements Group window.
Note
On the inferior right part of the window, the system displays the user, date and time of the last change carried out in this information.
Revisions and Items
Whenever any change is required in the group of requirements, just register a revision to the group.
Revision
It is mandatory to report the revision number. When registering a new revision, the system enables to copy the requirements from the previous revision.
Beginning
It is mandatory to report the revision beginning date.
End
The end date must be left blank, because it remains open-ended until the beginning date of the next revision be registered, and is automatically filled out with the last date before the new revision.

Improvement
For each revision of the requirements group, it is possible to register one or more improvement requirements, since the use of the group is configured to allow the register of these requirements, in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Improvement Courses field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the fields will be disabled.
Course
It is mandatory to report the course code.
Requirement
This field is enabled only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Requirement field is defined as Y. When the field is not displayed, the requirement is always considered as required.
Description (Requirement)
Displays the description of the requirement.
Score
This field is available only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Score field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the score will be zeroed. Report the desired score for the course.
Training
For each revision of the requirements group, it is possible to register one or more training requirements, since the use of the group is configured to allow the register of these requirements, in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Training field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the fields will be disabled.
Training
It is mandatory to report the training code.
Situation
Report the training situation.
Description (Situation)
Displays the description of the situation.
Requirement
This field is enabled only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Requirement field is defined as Y. When the field is not displayed, the requirement is always considered as required.

Displays the description of the requirement.
Score

It is mandatory to report the competency identifier.

Displays the description of the competency.
Revision
It is mandatory to report a valid revision for the competency.
Description (Revision)
Displays the description of the competency revision.
Application Profile
Allows to report the application profile of the competency, if there is. Otherwise, the field is not disabled.
Description (Profile)
Displays the description of the application profile of the competency. when there is.
Minimum Grade
This field is visible only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Requires the minimum competency field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the field is disabled. Only one valid grade can be reported for the proficiency table of the reported competency revision.
Minimum Concept
This field is visible only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Requires the minimum competency field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the field is disabled. Only one valid concept can be reported for the proficiency table of the reported competency revision.
Description (Minimum Concept)
Displays the description of the minimum concept reported.
Requirement
This field is enabled only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Requirement field is defined as Y. When the field is not displayed, the requirement is always considered as required.

Displays the description of the requirement.
Score
This field is available only when in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group, the Allows Score field is defined as Y. Otherwise, the score will be zeroed. Report the desired score for the course.
Focus
The following fields display a selection box that is used to select the evaluation focus valid for each one of the competencies, since the respective indications available in Jobs > Requirements > Use of Requirements Group are defined as Y.

Jobs and Positions
Allows to register the Jobs and Positions which have the requirements defined in the group.
Sequence
It is mandatory to report the sequence number.
Type
It is mandatory to report the type of the item.
Description (Type)
Displays the description of the type.
Beginning
It is mandatory to report the date on which the group becomes valid for the Job or Position.
End
If desired, reports the date on which the group becomes valid for the Job or Position.
Est. Charges
This field is enabled only when the Type field is defined as 1 - Job. Report the code of the desired jobs structure.
Job
This field is enabled only when the Type field is defined as 1 - Job. Report the code of the desired job.
Reduced Title (Job)
Displays the reduced description of the job.
Est. Posts
This field is enabled only when the Type field is defined as 2- Position.
Position
This field is enabled only when the Type field is defined as 2- Position. Report the code of the desired position.
Reduced Description (Position)
This field displays the reduced description of the position.
Information Button
Through this button, it is possible to access:
- The Jobs window, when the Type field is defined as 1 - Job;
- The Positions Information window, when the Type field is defined as 2 - Position.
Search Button
Through this button it is possible to access the Search of Jobs and Positions window.
