Models
It makes the encoding and registers of the collectors, informing the directory where the markup files and their layout will be recorded. The setting will be associated with records of the collectors.
Information
Model Notify the collector model. According to the selected model, the Spot Control and Canteen will automatically provide the layout of your pattern. If your sink model is not registered, choose "Other".
Notes
When filling this field with the "96-Mobility" model, intended for recordings of point markings made via the application, the fields below are automatically filled by the system with the following information:

You can only register a manifold with model 96.
Protocol Inform the collector communication protocol.
Controller Model Enter the driver model.
If one of the values below is given, it will be suggested for the field Model Rating, the value "13 - Point Controller (REP)" for the field Model Rating.

Model Rating Tell what model pickup classification.
- For collectors approved for Portaria 1.510, the Model Rating "13 - Point Controller (REP)";
- When you do not have Portaria 1.510 and have a collector for point control only, you must inform Model Rating "07 - Point Controller".
Files in AFD Format Notify if reading appointment files will be in the AFD format (source file) for REPs (electronic Watches Point) approved.
- "S - Yes": file layout shall be as defined by Portaria 1.510;
- "N - No": layout will be defined in the field Marking Record.
This field will only be enabled when Model Rating = "13 - Point Controller (REP)".
Directory Files Tags Enter the directory where are the appointment files generated by the collector, and that will be read by the system. You can learn up to 200 positions.
You can also select the appointment files through their initial letters, your extension or your full name, using the symbols "*" asterisk and question mark "?" Similarly used in DOS.

- Collectors used for Mobility must have the folder in which the files are saved shared and accessed through the network.
- When using 96 - Mobility Collector, this field is required for the integration to work properly between the system and the application Clocking.
Directory Rejected Tags Enter a directory where will be written the files containing the rejected reading. In this directory the system will write a file with all clocking events rejected and the original file will be renamed. This directory is optional and can be equal to the markings. The name of the file with the rejected will be formed by the original name of the file the more literal _ Rej more original extension.
The original file was dot.txt with 500 markings. 480 clocking events were read and rejected 20. The system will generate the file dot_rej.txt specified directory, if it exists.
- When using markup file reading in AFD format (Files in AFD Format = "Y - Yes"), this field is mandatory, otherwise the following message will be displayed: "Files in AFD format may have rejected PIS tags not registered, directory must be mandatory for rejected tags.";
- When using the model 98, sink is not generated the file clocking events rejected.
- When using 96 - Mobility Collector, this field is required for the integration to work properly between the system and the application Clocking.
Master Registration
Inform the format of the information provided by the collector to the Ponto Control and Canteen module, with a maximum of 35 positions, representing them by the letters below. If not exist, leave blank.
- D: for the day;
- M: for the month;
- A: for the year;
- h: for the hour;
- m: for the minute;
- E: company code.
You should enter the number of layout positions in the letters.
"DD" for the day (which has two positions).
If there are symbols, such as commas and others, simply enter them in the same position as the layout.
When using markup file reading in AFD format (Files in AFD Format = "Y - Yes") this field will be disabled. The same treatment is followed in the Sites tab if Standard Site is not used.
Registration Marking
Notify the appointment file format provided by the sink, representing the information by the letters below, using up to 100 positions:
- C: developer badge code;
- D: marking day;
- M: month of marking;
- A: year of marking;
- h: time for marking;
- m: minute of the marking;
- R: dialing code of the dial;
- r: Alphanumeric code of the dialing clock;
- F: marking function code;
- X: code of the marking function, in hexadecimal;
- q: quantity, use at most four letters (qqqq);
- d: direction of marking. (Currently the direction of the marking will not influence the calculation);
- P: site code. You should only be informed when using routine Sites;
- p: employee PIS code;
- E: REP Number - Collector Tax Number;
- S: NSR number of the marking.
You should enter the number of layout positions in the letters.
"DD" for the day (which has two positions).
Notes
- The letter "r" refers to the alphanumeric code that can be registered in the field Terminal Number present in Collectors> Cadastre;
- The letter "q" is generally used for meals with quantity, in grams, calculated by means of a balance in the cafeteria;
- The letter "X" is used when the clock sends the function code in hexadecimal pattern. In this case, the registration of the function in the Control of Point and Dining is normal, because during the reading of the markings the hexadecimal code is transformed into numerical;
- If there are symbols, such as commas and others, simply enter them in the same position as the layout. For information and it does not concern the control of point and Cafeteria, notify zeros.

Sites
This tab is available only when you do not use a default site, which is set in the Miscellaneous Default Site. This feature solves the problem of customers who have collectors that do not send the site code in the markings, and they don't want to use the functions to separate the clocking events between the various sites. This allows them to be informed several sites for each sink model.
This setting per site will be used in the calculation calculation, where the screen will list the files according to the directories defined in the model registration. If the client uses default Web site, all the files will consider the site set on the Miscellaneous Assignments screen as default. When not in use the default Web site and the files are not defined by site, the clocking events are engraved with the site code = 0.
Site
Enter the code of the Web site whose appointment file directory is specified.
Dir. Files
Enter the directory where the markup files of this site are.

This tab will only be enabled when "S - Yes" is File Read by Record, on the screen Miscellaneous Ticketing. It must be informed and their respective companies file directories of markings. In addition, only files related to the active company will be displayed in the calculation calculation screen, according to the directories registered here.
Note
Check in the Manual of this screen, that the Reg. In the tab site, that the letter "C" should be used to identify, within the markup file, the position of the employee's registration number, and not the badge number.
Company
Enter the company code whose appointment file directory is specified.
Dir. Files

The information on this screen is available for viewing only when the system is integrated with Ronda Senior of the Senior, and its changes can be defined exclusively through it.
