Collectors
This option must be encoded and registered company collectors.
In order to use the online communication with the collectors, it is also necessary to have the system Ronda Senior.
Information
site
Enter the site to which this collector belongs. This field is available only when no default site is used, defined under Miscellaneous> Markings, field Default Site.
Collector
Pickup code. Can be between 01 and 999.
It is a sequential code to identify the collectors, not needing to be equal to the number inside the sink.
Collector Model Enter the collector model code. Models can be registered in Collectors> Models.
Only models whose category is "1 - Terminal" or "3 - Controller Card" can be informed. By default, models registered by Point Control and Canteen will always have the category "1 - Terminal". Models in other categories can only be registered by the Ronda Senior.
Central Management Notify the code Management Center (ARL) this collector. The exchanges are registered in Collectors> Central Management.
Application Name
Enter the name of the application that will be loaded on the clock. It will be used by collectors to send commands. The application is a file generated by the Telematics that contains the definitions of the collectors ' operation online.
Communication
Inform what kind of current communication of this watch.
- Watches registered as off-Line will be shown in Collectors> Codin 805> 9000> Commands;
- If the Point and Dining Control is not integrated with Access and Security Management, only "1 - Off - Line" and "3 - Off" will be shown.
Terminal Number Register the numerical code collector, using only the first two positions. If the collector does not have it, leave it blank. This alpha code will be used only in reading. For the rules, correct and other registrations is used the numerical code.
In online access, when the Point Control and Canteen is integrated with the Security module, this is the code used for access control of employees, because the centralizer can operate with hexadecimal codes.
The alpha code must be equal to the internal code of the collector, and for both, their configuration commands.
In online, this code is represented sequentially (from 0 to 11) in the field CODIN of the DAT07.DBF file located in the centralizer directory.
Example:
Watch Alpha Code = 4
CODIN = 000010000000
Whenever changes the alpha code of a collector, its Centralizer (ARL) should be centered, as it only takes the new codes on startup.
The Terminal Number (alpha code) is required for all Codin 805/9000 off-line collectors.
IP adress Report the number of the IP address. This code is defined in the equipment, and is specific to each collector. Use the full address, with the 12 positions.
When this field is left to zero, the message "do you want to Confirm Ip Reset and Change communication For Disabled?". By clicking "Yes" in this message, theCommunication of this collector will automatically be changed to "3 - Off".
This field will only be enabled when the Type of Communication of the reported collector model is "3 - TCP-IP".
Company
Inform the company in which the collector is physically allocated.
Inform the branch on which the collector is physically allocated.
These last two fields are available when the Ponto Control and Canteen module is set up with Portaria 1.510 and when the field Reading the AFD Files, in Miscellaneous> Markup, Point tab) has the option "2- Company \ Collector Branch by PIS".
Addresses
Change Date
Enter the date of change of the collector address, this date will be for collectors address control.
Address Collector
Enter the address of the collector. This field is used in tax reports.

Lists
Enter the lists that may be generated for this collector. The generation of lists is done in Collectors> List Generation.
Description (List Type)
Select the type of list that will be generated for this collector.
The type of the list that should be used in the Spot Control and Canteen to generate the list of collaborators for the REP's (Electronic Point Clock) collectors is the "1 - Release List". To generate this list for the manufacturer Telematics, under Collectors> Models, the following configurations are mandatory:
- In the field Model Controller = "16 - CodinReP";
- In the field Model Rating = "13 - Point Controller (REP)".
List Inclusion
Please provide a name for this list. The name is optional, and if not posted, the system will generate a default name.
Example:
For a release list from site 1 and collector 1, the name will be "lb001001". This feature is very specific and is not the most usual.
The name of fixed list applies in specific cases such as:
- When the company, for example, has only one collector;
- When the company has several collectors and everyone has the same permission, ie all collectors use the same list;
- In case of collectors that must have different permissions and the generation uses default name, it will always override the default name with data from the last list generated and the previous one is lost. In this case the list with Auto name is more advisable, the advantage of each sink have their own permissions.
The lists will be generated in the directory Default location for recording picker lists Configuration Center.
The information on this screen is available for reference only, when the system is integrated with Ronda Senior. Changes can be defined exclusively through the Ronda Senior.
Records of Tax Numbers
In this tab you can enter more than one fiscal number for a ticker recorder. Fiscal number histories must respect the period of each other without overlapping. If there is overlap between records, the system generates a message stating that there was overlap.
Initial dat
e Initial date of tax number in collector.
Start Time
Initial time of the fiscal number in the collector.
Final dat
e Final history date on collector. When not informed, it means that the open tax number can not be registered to a new one without closing it.
Final Time
End time for history on collector.
Tax number
The Tax Collector's Number is the number of watch manufacturing. This number is used in the reports.
