Generating Lists
This option lists are generated to be loaded in Codin collector 805/9000.
To generate the lists you must select the desired list, inform the collectors, and optionally a range of company employees, location, etc. Codin for collectors, the lists are generated in the directory entered in field default location to record collectors ' lists of configuration (SeniorConfigCenter.exe). They will overlap the existing lists as the name of the files used.
- The Situation range, informed on the Selection, is only available for the "2 - Block" list. When is informed this scope, will only be sent on the list the employees that have a open on the current date and with the situation.
- Point and Meal Control Point only generates lists for collectors whose communication is of type "1 - Off-line" (defined in Collectors> Register, field Communication).
- For access control based on timetables, are used 3 lists: access times, Days and times of access exception.
- When using the Point Control and Canteen module - Portaria 1.510, only the release and lock lists are available.
- In the generation of lists for collectors with Model Rating = "13 - Point Controller (REP)", will only generate list for Third Party (Employee Type = "2") with RAIS Links = "50", and for Employees (Employee Type = "1").
The lists available are:
- List of Release-Contains the registration of the badge that will have access to the company. The list is generated by the system by checking the access permissions, clearances, schedules, blockages and restricted areas. You will only access the badge that is in the list.
- Block list-Contains the registration of the badge that will not have access to the company. The list is generated by the system by checking the access permissions, clearances, schedules, blockages and restricted areas. You will only access the badge that is not in the list.
- Counter list-used to limit the number of accesses of the clerk in a time interval. Each badge is associated with a maximum number of hits and a counter. The counter value is set in the application loaded on the collector. In charge of the list counter is loaded with a set amount of hits. Every passage in this collector list is updated, decrementing the counter.
- List of Messages-Contains two messages to be displayed in the collector to each badge number. Each message can contain up to 32 characters.
- List of access times-the list of timetables defines which terminal the badge will have access. This lists each badge number is associated with working codes 8. Each journey is valid for 1 day, so this list is valid for 8 days. The first record of the file reports on the date on which the first round goes into effect.
When the list is generated with the Date of First Day the first record of the file will be generated with zeros. This means that the days of the list will be considered for every week. So, the generation with date reset should only be used for employees whose schedules/timetables do not change. The list with date reset does not consider the holidays, being necessary to block these days through another list. - List of Conferences -access for each journey code defined in the list, time is associated with the access time.
- List of Working Times Management exception-this list contains the plates did not use the control of timetables, i.e. will have access regardless of the journey. Will be generated on this list employees who:
- List of Meal times and list of Meal days-work as the list of times of access, except for collectors with cafeteria.
