Worker Indicate the worker ID number. The quantity of positions for this number is defined in Others > Indications.

When defined in International Configuration of Tables, may there be up to four additional fields for registering names of workers (first and second names, followed by fatherly name and motherly name).

Buttons

Photo

The button calls the option to register workers, third party and company partners photos. The button is only enabled from the Worker Name field.

The registration of photos can also be made in Workers / Photos.

All photo editing, how to cut and save the cropped image, should be carried out through the screen Pictures.

Duplicate

The button can be used to facilitate the registration of worker data, mainly when the worker is a company ex-worker, because all documentation data can be reused.

To use the option, select the information that must be duplicated, position the cursor on the worker code and click the button. Go through all the fields by typing Enter. Note the Admission Date field, because this date is suggested for all the admission records.

Permissions

The button is enabled when the cursor is positioned on the Permission field (Time and Cafeteria Control module) so the user can query permissions that have collectors in the range.

New ID Number

The button can be used for including new workers or duplication of registrations, suggesting a next numbering available for worker registration.

Users

Click this button to access the user association screen for employees (FR034USU). This window allows to create a new user for the worker, or that it be associate to an user already existing.

Permanent Employment

Click this button to access the Candidate Enhancement screen (FRCANEFE). This screen allows candidates to perform selective processes, internal or external, individually or collectively.

In the Recruitment and Selection module, this button is only available if it is not integrated with the Personnel Administration module.

Readmission

This button allows you to access the readmission screen (FRREADMI), which serves to readmit employees who have been disconnected.
