Release
The goal of the release schedules is justify the period that the employee is away from the company. In this way, the employee absences that are included within an release will be cleared in the situation shown here.
This screen has a consistency that allows it to be not registered a schedule in a period in which the developer is away. To achieve this consistency, are considered both the date and the starting and ending hours of programming.
Situation
Notify the situation to the release schedule. The time in which the employee was absent will be calculated in this situation. If programming is performed after the reading, it is necessary to redo the calculation.
Searching for records in this field (key F3) will only display situations of types 14, 17, and 23, which are the only types that can be used in Outbound Authorization.
Authorization Type
Inform the developer responsible for type permit this programming.
Only those employees who, in the Access tab of the Cadastral File, have "S" informed in the field Authorizes Collaborator Output.
Authorizing Company
Enter the company code of the employee who is authorizing this schedule.
Only those employees who, in the Access tab of the Cadastral File, have "S" informed in the field Authorizes Collaborator Output.
Authorization Registration
Enter the registration of the employee responsible for authorizing this schedule.
Only those employees who, in the Access tab of the Cadastral File, have "S" informed in the field Authorizes Collaborator Output.

Notify any message on the release, which may be listed in the report HRPR010. GER-release.
