Automatic Process of Mobility

This process will automatically carry out the sending of employees and the return of data of the point markings, made through the applications Point Marking | HCM and REP Point Marking | HCM. For this, two automatic processes must be created: one to receive and other to send information.

Process code
Enter the code and description of the automatic process.

Owner System
Select the abbreviation of the Time and Cafeteria Control module that will be the owner of the task. Thus, when the task is run, it will be destined to the system correct module.

First Name
Report which processes will be run in a specific server, without these processes be run by the other servers which use this same database. The Location code is not mandatory for running the process.

Frequency
Check the information regarding the frequency of execution of this process. Use the Frequency to change these settings.

Only on Business Days
Indicate if the process should be executed also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (every day registered in the table of holidays).

Predecessor Process
Indicate whether this process will only be executed after the end of the execution of another process. For this, it is necessary to report the type of predecessor process (if it is a Report process, Calculation, etc.) and its code. Its execution is done one minute before the main proceedings.

Example:

• Process 1: Calculation of Evaluation;
  
• Process 2: Evaluation Report.

It is desired that the Process 2 only be run after running the Process 1. Then, in the register of process 2, one must indicate the predecessor type 4 (Calculations) and the Predecessor Code 1. With that, the Process 2 will be run only if the Process 1 has been successfully completed.

Process can Disable
Inform yourself if an error occurs in the execution of the automatic process, whether it should be disabled or continue running in the next periods.

Generate Log Message
Define if a log message must be generated if there is any error when running the automatic process.

Responsible E-mail
Report the e-mail of the person responsible for the process, to send a log message when an error occurs in the running of automatic process. For this procedure to be performed, it is necessary to fill in this field, select the check box Enable email sending in the Senior Settings Center, under Network Connections> E-mail Sending.

E-mail User Authentication
Enter the email address of the administrator user who will authenticate in the application. The email for authentication must belong to one of the users added to the "Mobility - Point Marking - Administrators" group. This email is for the exclusive use of the user being set up, ie different users (different owners) should not use the same email.

password
Enter the password of the administrator user email, informed above, and that must belong to one of the users added to the group "Mobility - Point Marking - Administrators".

Type Action Mobility
Indicate which action will be performed by the automatic process:

• "1 - Return Mobility Markups": files that contain point markups registered via the application in the cloud through services are returned. The downloaded file is written to the directory specified in the Mobility Tag Collectoron the Handouts screen (FR000ASS);
• "2 - Send Mobility Collaborators": all employees that are marked with the "Mobility Point Dialing" option are sent to the application in the Indications tab Modules of the Employees screens (FR034FUN), The 3rd ( FR034TER) and Partners ( FR034PAR ).

Automatic Reading
Set whether the system will automatically read the markings as they return from the application.

Language Code
Report the code of the language in which the automatic process will be run.
