In this field it is possible to inform the registration code of the type of activity.

Main record
In this field it is possible to inform if it will be the main activity of the worker.
In this field it is possible to inform if the features must be consisted. This option is enabled only if the Main Record field is defined as 'N'.
Position Additional Payment
Indicate how the Position Additional must be calculated:
- 0 -Does not pay
- 1 - Position Initial Salary: Searches the initial structure, class and level defined in the position and applies the percentage for the additional of Position
- 2 - Position End Salary: Searches the structure, class and final level defined in the position and applies the percentage of the additional of Position
- 3 - Position Market Salary: The system uses the Salary Structure Level field to find the calculation basis of additional. The structure market level is indicated in this field.
Example: Level = 02 - The system will search in the Position information, the initial class. In this class, the second level found will be the market level. - 4 - Highest salary of all: The system calculates the types 1, 2 and 3, and of these, the largest is paid on payroll.
- 5 - Lowest salary of all: The system calculates the types 1, 2 and 3, and of these, the smallest is paid on payroll.
- 6 - Difference of Initial Salary of Additional Position in relation to the Main Position Initial Salary: Searches the salary (class and Initial level) of the additional position and pay the difference found in the main position salary (class and Initial level).
- 7 - Difference of Initial Salary of Additional Position in relation to the Main Position Final Salary: Searches the salary (Initial class and level) of the additional position and pays the difference found in the main position salary (Initial class and level).
- 8 - Salary of Substitute: The record indicates who is being substituted. The last salary record (the latest one) of substitute is the calculation basis for the additional.
- 9 - Substitute Salary Difference: The difference resulting from the salary of substitute compared to the salary of the substituted is paid.
The options "8 - Salary of Substitute" and "9 - Difference of Substitute's Salary" are available only when the Holder/Substitute field is S - Substitute.
Percentage of Additional Position
Enter the percentage that will be used in calculation of position additional.
For the calculation, the system searches the first percentage reported in the registration of the record of worker's additional position. If there is no percentage indicated in this register, then the system checks this field in the information about the type of Activity. When there is no salary set at the Position, the system searches the salary of position defined in the Position.
When this field is filled out with the value "Yes", the system considers the additional records of position to present information in the SMSG011.GER - LTCAT - Service Order (EHG). If the field value is "No", the system considers only the main records.
In this field, it is possible to inform the goal of the type of Activity or other information that is deemed necessary.
