Indication Modules - Collective

On this window it is possible to indicate collectively the participation of workers in the Human Capital Management | HCM module, independently of the customization of the license file, that is, it is possible to configure a module before acquiring it.

Important

The option to deselect the participation of workers in the modules may be done only individually, from the Indication of Modules folder, available in the Admission Form of employees, third party and partners.

This window counts on an advanced filter, through the one the user can report a customized field, using all the available fields in the information of employees (R034FUN Table).

When consulting, the system displays it in a grid. It is possible to select workers who must be indicated for the counting in the module by using mouse right click on the window to select all options, deselect and invert selection or click on the title of the columns, where all the values in it will be listed. When leaving the window, the last filter used per user will be saved.

Module

All modules belonging to the Human Capital Management | HCM module, which have participation control, will be demonstrated in a list. When changing the selection of the module, the option of filters are deselected and the selections are undone.

Advanced Filter

Optional information. A customized filter may be inserted with any field from the R034FUN table manually or using the resource available from the button . This filter can be composed by one or more commands, as shown in examples below:

Search all active workers from companies 10 and 11:

(NumEmp = 10 or NumEmp = 11) and SitAfa <> 7

Search only workers from company 10:

NumEmp = 10 and TipSex = 'F'

Search all workers from company 10:

NumEmp = 10

Workers Grid

Data from workers who do not have indication of participation in the selected module will be demonstrated.

Indications of Modules Grid

Captura Decree 373
Allows defining if the worker will be considered or not in the routines of the Captura Decree 373 module. If the employee does not have the indication to be considered in the module, his participation will be impeded in certain routines. This happens only if the Captura Decree 373 module is in the license file.

Time Management
Allows to define if the worker will belong or not to the Time Management module If the company is considered in the module, its participation will be impeded in certain routines, because it will be considered within the routines of the Time Management module, for example, in the calculation of the Clocking Event Evaluation and in the Hour Bank calculation. This option is visible only if the license file has the Time Management module.

Notes:

When deploying the Time Management module, the default for all workers already existing on the database will be having this field deselected, that is, not belonging to the Time Management module.
The standard of this indication in the admission will always follow the indication set on the Counting of Workers window.

Mobility Point Marking

The Mobility Clocking Event indication, when indicated, allows the user to perform clocking events via Clock in/out application.

Notes

Remember that, for integrating the application with the Time and Cafeteria Control module, some configurations are required and, the application use is not immediate. Consult the complete documentation in Mobility User Guide.

After the worker indication, it is automatically included in the user group “Mobility - Clock in/out - Workers”, in the SGU (User Management System). Remember that, this group must be already created. This change will take effect only after running the rule MobilidadeSincronizar and of the sending automatic process of worker (FR300MOB).

Some validations are performed by the system at the indication moment:

If the user associated to the worker and the user associated to the manager has emails reported in the user information in the SGU, because the emails are required to carry out login in the application;
If information as: full name, PIS*, user email (SGU, Email field), manager user email (SGU, Email field), CNPJ and company name (Branch Information) are reported.

The system will return all users associated to the worker through the window: Others > Users > Associate Worker (FR034USU). If there is more than one user associated to the same worker, it is checked if the users have different emails. If they have the same email, the worker clocking event for the Mobility module is blocked.
