Commands
Through this option you can send commands to offline collectors Codin 805/9000.
In order to use the send routine of commands is necessary to follow the following steps:
- Install the sink application, PGRWIN, from which will be sent the commands (the same machine on which is installed the Time and Cafeteria Control module) and run the executable Application generator that comes with the PGRWIN, to generate the file for the sink with a name that can be up to 12 positions. This name will be entered in the record collector. Can be used the same name for all collectors, depending on the functionality of each sink.
- Report correctly the settings of the PGRWIN installed in Sinks > > 9000 > 805 CodinDefinitions.
- In Collectors> Central Management, register one or more Centralizers (ARL) to group the collectors. The centralizer code will be entered in the collector's register.
- In >Record Collectors, register all offline Codin collectors that will receive commands from the Control module and Cafeteria. The registration of collectors is necessary to inform the Central code management, the Number of Terminal (also known as alpha code), the name of the application of the Collector and the lists for each collector.
- Fill in the configuration (SeniorConfigCenter.exe) the camp site for collectors ' lists, informing the path where is installed the application PGRWIN.
After the above settings, can be made the commands and the generation ofLists.
Important
The PGRWIN version superior to the 3.06 version do not generate more processing status on the window. This is a limitation of the TCPBATCH application. EXE of telematics, and the Senior does not have what to do to work around this situation. Although not shown on the status, the commands are executed normally.
Codin collectors models 805/9000 produced by Intelligent Systems Telematics S/a.
Status
Returns the status of the collectors, as the options indicated.
Characteristics
It provides the following information:
- Type of card reader terminal features (barcode, magnetic stripe or perforated card).
- Firmware version of the terminal.
- Lists that are loaded at terminals.
Buffer
Tells how many records are in the normal area and in the area of backup of the memory of the terminal.
Communication
Provides the date and time of the last gathering took place and the number of retransmissions performed (how many times the terminal needed to relay a block to the PGR 805).
Errors
It provides the following information:
- Number of correct entries through perforated card in the terminal.
- Number of entries wrong through perforated card in the terminal.
- Number of correct entries by magnetic card.
- Number of wrong entries through the magnetic card.
- Number of correct entries through barcode card.
- Number of entries wrong through barcode card.
- Date and time of last fall.
- Date and time of the return of electricity.
- If memory error has been detected.
Codes Reports on which codes (application and lists) are loaded into the memory of the terminal. For each code that is in memory, it contains the name of the file, the time and date it was loaded, and the scan status, indicating if what is in the terminal memory corresponds to what was registered in the PGR 805.
Active Function
Shows the function that is active in the terminal.
In order for the collectors to be shown, enter the Group code and press Enter or Tab. It is also possible to show only some of the Collectors of the selected Group informing their codes in the field Collectors.
To return the status of the collectors, you must select them in the grid and click the Run.
Commands
This tab allows the sending of commands to the collector. In order for the collectors to be displayed in the grid, you must enter the Group code and press Enter.
To send the command, you must select the desired command type and the collectors to which it will be sent, and click Run. The available commands are:
- Unlock - Send command to unlock selected collectors.
- Lock - Send command to lock selected collectors. With the sink blocked will not be possible to make appointments.
- Reset Errors - Clears the collector error log.
- Delete Backup - Allows you to delete the records stored in the backup area of the terminal memory, only the tags already collected. In this case you cannot collect up the markings.
- Delete Lists - Deletes the lists that are loaded in the collector.
- Change Function - Changes the currently active function in the collector. This is not the function treated in the control of point and Cafeteria, on Separation of clocking events .
Load
In this tab you can load lists for the collectors. For this, one must select the desired option and the collectors that will receive the list, and click the button Run. The types of lists available are:
- Block List - Contains the registration number of the badge that will not have access to the company. The list is generated by the system by checking the access permissions, clearances, schedules, blockages and restricted areas. You will only access the badge that is not in the list.
- Track Control - Used to check if the employee badge has the correct path of the card. The control is performed by the most significant digit of the card. Performs the following checks:
- If the name tag is present in the list, and the badge is equal to the list of tracks, this is considered valid.
- If the badge is not on the list, however, the badge is equal to that stated in the application, is also considered valid.
- If the name tag is present on the list, however, the badge is different, so is considered invalid and blocked the access.
- List of Counters - Used to limit the number of employee accesses in a time interval. Each badge is associated with a maximum number of hits and a counter. The counter value is set in the application loaded on the collector. In charge of the list counter is loaded with a set amount of hits. Every passage in this collector list is updated, decrementing the counter.
- List of Passwords - Each badge can have a password of up to 8 digits (configurable in the Application) previously registered in the system.
The access device (sink, Ratchet, etc) search in the list the corresponding password to the badge, allowing or denying access. - Message List - Contains two messages to be displayed on the collector for each badge number. Each message can contain up to 32 characters.
- Time List - The time list defines which terminal the badge will have access to. This lists each badge number is associated with working codes 8. Each journey is valid for 1 day, so this list is valid for 8 days. The first record of the file reports on the date on which the first round goes into effect.
- Exception List - This list contains the registrations that did not use the time control, that is, they will have access regardless of the informed journey. Will be generated on this list employees who:
- Have a history of badge open (holder or provisional).
- Are not parted with a situation that blocks access (field > prevchar= >= nextchar=>B>></MTLINGO>block access>> prevchar=>o> nextchar= >/=>> the register of the situation).</MTLINGO>
- Have permission for the clock (permissions are reported on the "Access"of the employee's cadastral form).
- Table of Jornadas - It has the code of the schedules of access and their respective bands, in which the accesses are allowed. By a technological limitation, are entered in the list at most 4 tracks of access for each time of the day.
| Workday | First Time | Second Schedule | Third Time |
| 01 | 07:45-08:15 | 11:45-12:15 | 18:00-18:15 |
| 02 | 08:00-09:00 | 12:00-13:00 | CONTO03 |
| 03 | 14:00-15:00 | 18:00-19:00 | ORDER |
The workerwho owns the journey has access to 07:45 01 08:15, 11:45 to 12:15 and from 18:00 to 18:15. Already the workerthat owns the journey will have access to 08:00 02 09:00, 12:00 to 13:00, 14:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00. That is, >CONTO03> indicates that the journey continues on 03 02.
- Release List - Contains the registration number of the badge that will have access to the company. The list is generated by the system by checking the access permissions, clearances, schedules, blockages and restricted areas. You will only access the badge that is in the list.
- Date / Time - Sends the date and time of the Point and Node Control Server.
Collection
This guide allows you to collect the markings made on the collectors. To perform the collection, you must select the Collection Type and click on Run.
Normal Transfer
The system will collect the clocking events from the latest collection. That is, only collected the clocking events which have not yet been collected. After collected, the clocking events will be stored in files that are saved in the way informed the Codin 805 settings/9000.
Backup Transfer
Collects only the records already collected earlier and which are still in memory of the terminal. You must enter the desired period in the fields Initial date and Final date.
Normal Transfer w / Lock
