Example:
The employee has 20 hours of negative balance. The company chooses to >disregard> 40% of this value. Then the system will make a positive eight-hour release and the employee will have to compensate for only 12 hours.
Calculate Extension Inform if the deadline to compensate the bank hours should be extended if the employee is away. This tagging works in conjunction with the field Extend Bank of Hours of the situation register and with the field Extending Away Periods of the Bank of Hours.
