Calculate Type 0-Calculate Calculation and Cafeteria

Reading of markings. The clocking events are placed on the base and the period set is processed.

1. For the Time and Cafeteria Control with Access management and security offline Senior, in reading the clocking events you should select the files of related clocking events in the grid below on the window. Will be inserted at the base with clocking events date until 30 days less than the starting date of the period set for reading and the clocking events with a date greater than or equal to the starting date of the period. Marks dated less than 30 days will be rejected on reading.

Important:

The system will include reservations with smaller date (up to 30 days), but these clocking events are not calculated. A message will be displayed in the log that there are >so many> date clocking events less that have not been calculated.

2. For the Time and Cafeteria Control with Access and security Senior management online, just render the calculation. The clocking events must already be in the database.
   
   The calculation type ' 0 ' can be rendered as many times as necessary. What should be noted is that the files of clocking events should be read only once. If the same file is read three times, the clocking events will be tripled at the base.
   
   The calculation with type '0' calculates the previous day also, whenever there are markings to be calculated.

Example:

Period to be calculated: 10.02.2002 on 12.02.2002.

Calculation type = 0

The system back to the previous day (2/9/2002) checks for clocking events to be allocated/calculated and makes the calculation for this day too.

This is necessary because employees who work on the third shift have clocking events on a day to be allocated the day before.

It is important that for the previous day are not made adjustments, because the calculation they may be lost.
